I needed a last minute limo for my daughter and her friends and they were able to get me one that was perfect for the 4 girls. Marti was an exceptional driver and kept me updated until they were home safely. I will definitely use them again and refer them out! read more

Had an emergency situation and Gerardo did me a solid! I will forever use this company or the one he recommended in my particular emergent situation. Stand up guy with great integrity. Made calls for me and texted me information. I highly recommend this company!! Thanks Gerardo, for doing me a solid. read more

Excellent service, from the pleasant phone conversation with Gerardo to our driver Eduardo (I think that's his name, sorry). Booked last minute for my daughters 2020 High School graduation due to COVID we were only allowed a drive-thru ceremony. What better way to drive-thu than with a party bus! Gerardo suggesting personalizing the bus with window markers to mark the occasion for our 2020 Grad and we couldn't be any happier. Will definitely be booking in the future. read more

I wanted to arrange for a drop off and pick up to/from LAX. This was a special vacation trip and I wanted to hire a limo for the transportation. I contacted OMG Transportation and had the pleasure of speaking to the owner, Gerardo. He was very friendly and extremely professional. Gerardo quoted me a fair price, and I reserved the limo through him. He was very communicative throughout the entire process. The driver promptly arrived at our home and had a bottle of champagne and a Happy Birthday balloon for my girl. The drive to LAX was perfect. Gerardo, himself, picked us up upon our return and was once again so nice and very professional. I highly recommend Gerardo and OMG for your transportation needs. read more

Always prompt clean and comfortable cars. I would highly recommend this company for transportation to anywhere you need.

After 13 years of flawless service I consider this team family. Gerardo is the man with the plan, and I thoroughly appreciate when he picks me up. All his team are great, and the value is second to none. Airport transfer, a night out, party bus? It's all covered and a guaranteed great night. Hit me up if you need more feedback. read more

Amazing service! Gerardo was such a gentleman and took care of us more than we deserved. The bus itself had the best interior and sound system, perfect for the all night party. And Gerardo made sure to get everyone home, even making additional stops. We unfortunately made a mess, and he was so understanding about it. He cleaned everything promptly and still was such a gentleman. Hopefully, any customers who get the privilege of riding with him won't make a mess like we did. But I guarantee this is the best party bus/limo service you can get! read more

Dorado is a good guy! After getting screwed by the previous limo service, I was scrambling to find another limo service to pick up my mom. I'm now 1 day away and everyone's booked out including OMG transportation. Spoke to Dorado on the phone and told him my situation. He was super helpful, trying to find a car for me, even tho his cars were all booked out, he called his friends in the same business. He even suggested several options to try to help me. I ended up not getting a limo but he really demonstrated what good customer service looks like. In the future if I need a limo again, I'd defn use him. His rates are also very reasonable. read more

This best car service by far. Communication is excellent and our driver was on time and professional. We needed to go LAX and I added a pickup for my son. All I can say OMG is my new car service for all of my travel and events. Outstanding service! read more

My family have been with OMG Transportation for a little over a year now and their service is impeccable. I highly recommend them if you are looking for the comfort, luxury and ease of arriving on time to any of your important events. Quality is quality and you get what you pay for. read more

Gerardo at OMG limos was a great guy to work with for our wedding. It was a complicated shuttle service schedule consisting of three vehicles but he handled it like a pro because he is one. He's been doing this for I believe over 20 years and knows all the kinks that could happen in a wedding transport. He was upfront and honest with me about the costs and the challenges we could encounter with transport. In the end his team got us to and from our multiple destinations in style and on time! The rides were always comfortable and my family was impressed with the limo selections he brought out! Gerardo is also a good guy to work with so check him out for your next event because I know I will the next time we need driver services. He was also upfront with when he would run my card which I appreciated day of the wedding when I knew a Bunch of payments would also be running through the same card. He took the stress out of the transportation game for me which I appreciated on our wedding day! Thanks Gerardo! read more

Used this company for transport to LAX and pick up at LAX. Very professional and prompt service. Received email on our drivers name several days prior to pick up. We were picked up at our home and arrived on time for departure at LAX. We were in communication with the driver on arrival at LAX and was picked up on time and arrived home safely. We will definitely use them for our limo or airport transport in the future. read more

Thank you, you guys exceeded our expectations and made travel to and from LAX actually fun. We will definitely use you again. Over and beyond service!!! Thank you. read more

Superb Service! On my last two business trips to Ireland, I used the standard Airport shuttles, and became ill both times (unfortunately, I'm prone to motion-sickness), from the poorly-kept vans and the multiple stops. In addition, destinations to the Inland Empire mean much longer waits at LAX, as there are fewer shuttles travelling there. I was extremely pleased with Mr. Ortiz' service - the drivers were punctual, courteous; the vehicles super-clean and comfortable! And it was a pleasure to do business with someone who knows where _Chino Hills_ is..... Mr. Ortiz even asked me what beverages I wanted - a very nice personal touch. OMG Transportation is _the_ way to get to and from the airport! read more

Used OMG for my sons 15th birthday. Gerardo was very professional, answered all of my many questions and was very helpful with setting up my reservation. Augie was our driver, he was here promptly at the time we requested. He was very friendly, professional and accommodating. Since the limo ride was for my son and his friends Augie called and let me know when the kids had been dropped off and picked up at each location which I really appreciated as a mom responsible for all the kids attending. I would definitely use OMG again. Thanks Gerardo and Augie!!!! read more

On the one day there is a huge protest at LAX, not only was our flight delayed out of Maui, but our other transportation flaked out on us as well. What to do? Call Gerardo, who we have used a couple of times in the past, but we will use exclusively in the future. Not only was it no problem for him to schedule a driver at midnight on a Sunday night, in the middle of a protest with a million cops and protestors, but he didn't even charge the extra that he could have! That is what I call great service and a company that wants to have my business in the future! OMG really lived up to its' name, and I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a company that gives top-notch service at a very competitive price. read more

Our driver Alex was amazing! He arrived in time and took us to and from our destinations without any problems. This was a last minute event and everything turned out better than expected. We would definitely hire this company again! read more

It was such a pleasure to work with Gerardo for our wedding. OMG Transportation was the first limousine service I called for our wedding on December 3, 2016 and I was pleasantly surprised with their rates, honesty, and service. Wanting to do my research, I called around to other limo services in the area and OMG Transportation still provided the most bang for our buck. We had a large wedding party & needed transportation for 18-20 people (wedding party, B&G, a photographer, and videographer), so we utilized a party bus. Our driver (unfortunately, I forgot his name) was very prompt, never got lost, and was polite. He drove us around for a total of 8 hours (pre-ceremony, off-site pictures/lunch, reception). The bus itself was clean and well-maintained. I would definitely recommend Gerardo and OMG Transportation for your limousine/party bus needs. read more

Truly wonderful service. On two occasions I have been a difficult customer and this company has treated me well both times. The first time my wife, 2 young children under 4 yrs and I missed a flight from NY to Long Beach. The next flight landed in LAX and I called frantically as bags (including car seats) were on flight to Long Beach. Somehow Gerardo and company managed a way to arrive at LAX with two car seats, then drove to Long Beach airport to pick up our bags, then drove us back to where we live in Claremont. Despite the significant increase in workload for driver we were treated with respect. Wow... Second time was last week when transportation plans fell through one hour before I boarded a 8:00 pm flight from NY to LAX with my two kids. Called Gerardo and he said "no problem!". He personally picked us up and drove us from LAX to claremont arriving ~1:30 am. You will have a hard time finding a car company that provides such outstanding service. Thanks Gerardo and company! read more

Our experience was great with OMG Transportation. We had a car pick us up from Upland to LAX and we were happy with our service both going there and coming home. The drivers were friendly, professional, and accommodating. They also drove safely and got us there on time and picked us up on time. We were happy with our experience! read more

Very reliable and great service. So glad we found this place. Gerardo was so nice when we booked his car for an airport run. The car was clean and in good condition . Our driver had coffee in the car for us. Nice touch! read more

Gave Gerardo a call based on reviews here for my wedding. Booked him a few months in advance for a date in the midst of prom season. He promised me an excellent price and guaranteed availability even during busy season and I never felt like he was trying to over promise. read more

OMG Transportation was extremely accommodating according to my needs. I am a senior in high school, that had the responsibility of finding an affordable limo for my 18 person group. Not only did OMG have the lowest prices, but every time I needed to change a pick up location, or change my payment options Gerardo was great. I would just shoot him a text and he would change my information right away. The limo was always on time to pick us up, and was in great condition! Overall a great experience with a great company. read more

I am amazed by this company. The owner of this company Gerardo is a gentleman in every sense of the word! He assisted my family when we really needed it the most. I highly recommend OMG service if you are looking for an honest and professional transportation company. read more

My experience with this limo company was so great that I made a Yelp account just to write this review! To rent a limo for an event, I called over 10 limo companies and in the end, I knew I had to pick this one. The price was great and just by talking to Gerardo, I knew that I was in good hands. The driver was punctual and courteous and my night went smoothly. I'm happy with my choice of OMG Transportation and I definitely will use them again for any future limo reservations! read more

If I could I would give this place 10 stars! I booked a party bus with them for our large wedding party. Gerardo was very helpful and professional while he answered my questions and helped me figure out drop off and pick up times. On the day of the wedding, our driver arrived before the scheduled time and was dressed professionally and was very pleasant. Also, the party bus was clean and stocked with ice and complimentary beverages. So much time, money and planning goes into a wedding that people who have never had to plan one will never understand that so much of it has to do with simply being on time and how hard this is to actually accomplish especially with a wedding party of 20. Yet, Gerardo and our driver made this part of our planning so easy. If you are looking for wedding transportation, book with OMG Transportation, trust me they will take care of you. I have been part of wedding parties where the driver was late, got lost and charged the bride and groom for the extra time on the spot, even though it was their fault, unprofessional drivers that look messy, etc. and it totally ruins everything. So all you brides and grooms...I'm going to tell you now that a big part of ensuring your day goes smoothly is staying as close to your timeline as possible. Book this place because you will be hard pressed to find any other transportation service of this caliber with competitive prices. read more

Gerardo... heaven sent! Gerardo and his team came through with all the bells and whistles!! I had to cancel a booking I had with another limo company due to the owners rude behavior. With less than 24 hours till prom I was scrambling all over the place for a limo. I knew just by the professionalism that Gerardo provided over the phone this was going to be a good thing. He was patient, understanding and so very helpful! He went above and beyond. This experience was one of the most pleasant experiences I have ever had. He never over promised but he certainly OVER delivered! We were pleasantly surprised, all 12 students were excited and so thankful. The H2 limo was a white beauty inside and out! Plenty of refreshments for the kids. The driver Andrew VERY professional and certainly knew his way around town. The students arrived in a timely manner to prom and returned the same from prom. He reviewed the rules and policies in a very professional manner and offered the same respect to the students as he did with the parents. The next day, Gerardo extended a courtesy follow up call to ask how everything worked out! who does this anymore???? OMG knows the importance of customer service and they exceeded all of my expectations! I expect to call Gerardo back for prom 2015. I know what I am paying for and what I will receive will be worth every cent. OMG is the way to go... don't look any further. OMG was the best! Thanks guys! PS One of the parents has a family member that owns a limo service and she couldn't believe the great price we received ON TOP of the great service!! read more
