The lights looked so cool, the music was playing, and it felt really fancy. We even got complimentary drinks, which made it even better. The driver was really nice and looked very professional. Willie was our driver, and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We had a large group and used Willie and his beautiful, comfortable black Sprinter van for multiple trips throughout the wedding day, including transportation for our bridal party, groom's party, and family. The Sprinter comfortably accommodated 14 people and was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. Willie was communicative, accommodating, pleasant, and incredibly flexible. With so many moving pieces during a wedding weekend, having someone we could completely rely on for transportation made everything so much easier and less stressful. He was always professional, punctual, and willing to work with our changing schedules and needs. We truly could not have asked for a better experience. It was an absolute 10/10, and we will definitely be booking with Willie and The Luxury Experience Transportation again for any future transportation needs. We are so grateful to Willie for helping make our wedding weekend run so smoothly! Highly, highly recommend!

Great customer service goes a long way, and their kindness left a lasting impression. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again in the future for transportation needs. As a business that handles a pre-pay service, this company does back handed charges for their…read moreservice. What i mean is that a quote is given for service once the customer outlines the need. The quote that is emailed out states " this does not include gratuity." The emailed quote does not say that the gratuity will be included automatically. That detail becomes clear AFTER they charge the customer for the entire service. Then, on the return home, we left on time but we arrived home 18min after the agreed upon time. Now this could be because the driver did drive a little slower but I'm not complaining about his driving. My second complaint was how after the company (the next day) added additional $63.20 was charged to my credit card without permission. So in review, an additional $120.00 was charged for gratuity without disclosure, then an additional $63.00 was charged without permission. If communication were made to say that this is their policy, then there is some understanding but the driver never said that this might happen if we are late or no email or phone call was made to authorize the second charge. Very back-handed business dealings. Oh and I contacted the bank to say the second charge was fraudulent.
