I wanted to do something really special for my students because they worked super hard, and it was AWESOME! Everyone had so much fun, especially on the ride home at night. The lights looked so cool, the music was playing, and it felt really fancy. We even got complimentary drinks, which made it even better. The driver was really nice and looked very professional. He showed up on time, told us everything we needed to know, and made the whole trip smooth and fun. Seeing all the students smiling and having such a great time made it totally worth it. It was one of the best days ever! read more

We had an incredible experience with The Luxury Experience Transportation for our wedding weekend and cannot recommend them enough! Willie was our driver, and he was absolutely wonderful from start to finish. We had a large group and used Willie and his beautiful, comfortable black Sprinter van for multiple trips throughout the wedding day, including transportation for our bridal party, groom's party, and family. The Sprinter comfortably accommodated 14 people and was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. Willie was communicative, accommodating, pleasant, and incredibly flexible. With so many moving pieces during a wedding weekend, having someone we could completely rely on for transportation made everything so much easier and less stressful. He was always professional, punctual, and willing to work with our changing schedules and needs. We truly could not have asked for a better experience. It was an absolute 10/10, and we will definitely be booking with Willie and The Luxury Experience Transportation again for any future transportation needs. We are so grateful to Willie for helping make our wedding weekend run so smoothly! Highly, highly recommend! read more

This night was a very special night for me. I planned a date night for me and my daughter (13 years old) to take her to her first concert. I looked around for either a limo or any type of driver that could get us there and back and decided to go with LUXURY. IM SSSOOOOO HAPPY I DID. Not only was the vehicle extremely clean with plenty of space. WILLIE (the driver) suggested a dif time for us to head to our event in LA due to the Friday traffic. I appreciate this because I truly would have ran into some problems. Willie was such a gentleman, extremely professional, helpful and def a good time. My daughter was so excited when she saw what was waiting for her outside. He opened the door for us, played any music we wanted, even showed us some new artist we had not heard of and cracked some jokes, After our concert he was waiting right outside and got us home safely. All in all, more than I expected and will be using this company again. 100% recommend. read more

Excellent service! I had booked two months in advance for the service for a planned vacation trip. Willie followed up with the schedule appointment a week in advance to confirm. He arrived to my home on time to drop me off at LAX Airport. He was well-groom, dressed professional, and presented himself as such. He offered a cold bottle of water for the long LA drive. Helped with my luggages loading/unloading in and out of the car. The vehicle was cleaned inside and out and smelled fresh. Very reliable service!! No complaints. read more

I work for a global company and we host colleagues and customers from all over the world. Often, they require transport from LAX to the Inland Empire and various destinations throughout SoCal. I needed a last-minute, unplanned transfer and TLET came to the rescue. It was a pleasure working with Willie. They are on time, friendly, easy to work with, and professional. My guests provided me with great feedback from their experience. I'm so grateful to have a source that I can depend on which makes my job just a bit easier. Willie came highly recommended to me by another private driver who had a prior commitment the day of our Andrea Bocelli concert at the Hollywood Bowl. Willie showed up right on time for pickup, professionally dressed in a suit, super personable, and friendly. He helped us load our food and jackets into a spacious, spotless Suburban, and we settled in for the journey. The car was clean with ample room for the four of us, with Fiji water for each; and even though there was traffic, the trip was relaxing and driving was excellent. We arrived with the perfect amount of time to comfortably settle in, and agreed upon pickup time. When it came time to leave, Willie was front and center at the crowded pickup location. There was no waiting- we simply got right in and left! Virtually impossible at the Hollywood Bowl. The trip home was equally relaxing and relatively quick given the hour. I should note that Willie came all the way from his home base in Rancho Cucamonga to Thousand Oaks for this trip, then back. That's dedication. Thanks Willie for being a huge part of our unforgettable evening with Andrea Bocelli! Now, about one of those wine tours... we'll be in touch again soon! read more

The Luxury Experience really made our vacation stress free! We were traveling to LA for the week of Monster Jam world finals. We had never been to the area, I was nervous to rent a car with all of the stories I had heard of traffic in LA. The stories ARE TRUE! Willie Showed up every day on time. Dressed in a suit he was professional and personable. His Suburban was clean and had fresh waters for us. Willie was extremely knowledgeable of the area. I gave him a list of places we would like to go each day and he planned the route. We visited both Disney Parks, Universal Studios, Hollywood Walk of fame, Hollywood sign, Rodeo drive, Beverly Hills, SOFI Stadium and the Santa Monica Pier. On days that our kids had different things to do he was able to get them each to their location safely and pick them up safely. Willie made my family and I feel safe throughout all of our travels and made our entire trip 10x better! I cannot recommend him enough. Donna Asbury read more
