Best limo company I have ever used!! Contacted them for pick up in LA county to Temecula. We wanted to do a wine tour for my sisters birthday! It included the transportation round trip and 3 wineries with wine tastings in each. The price was great for all that it included. Our driver JORGE was absolutely amazing!! Our limo driver was fantastic, we had a great experience with him. He did; however, make the mistake of locking the keys in the limo. As we had to get to the next winery to make our dinner, we had to take two Ubers to get there. Our limo caught up with us at the next winery and did drive us home from there. I asked Jeff to reimburse my guests for the Ubers and to possibly provide a credit for a future ride, Jeff refused stating instead of calling an Uber, we should have contacted their company. We rented the party bus for a 16th birthday celebration and it was absolutely amazing. The bus was clean, looked like new, air worked great (it was a hot day) and the sound system rocked! Chris was our driver and he was the best! The party bus is huge, it's definitely not easy to maneuver (especially down the small streets and alleys by the beach) but he was a pro! He was very cautious and we did not worry at all as he drove 20 teenagers around! He was so patient and so kind with the kids, he always had a smile on his face and really went out of his way to make it a great night for them! He also had great ideas when we asked for some suggestions as to what we could do with a bus full of 16 year old's in the midst of a pandemic. Rented a 32 passenger party bus with a bathroom for 5 hours in the LA area and it was so much fun! Jeff was super helpful in the booking process and answered all my questions when needed. Our total was about $1400. Our driver was Pablo, everyone LOVED him. He was so attentive and got us anything we needed. We did two stops - one hour at santa monica pier and 15 min at the LACMA lamps. The bus was perfect for our event, but there were a couple things I would take note of. 1) The speakers aren't the greatest quality, the higher the volume was it felt like the music was a bit distorted. 2) There were two bars on our bus, a larger one in the front and a smaller one in the middle. Definitely take into account how many drinks you're bringing on the bus! We just left the drinks that didn't fit in the ice box in tote bags off to the side. 3) Maybe bring extra toilet paper or make sure to emphasize to your group to use whats on board sparingly! I reserved a Limo to seat 8 for my 40th Birthday celebration in Temecula. The driver was suppose to pick us up at 10:40am, he texted at 11:00 and couldn't find our address, once I confirmed the address he arrived at 11:05. The Limo was so hard to get in and out of, we squeezed 8 people in and it was very uncomfortable. We had used another limo service the night prior and that Limo was comfortable and we're weren't as squished. Anyway, the driver wasn't familiar with the Temecula area so it took a while to get from one point to the next. The transportation was nice to have as we were wine tasting and didn't want to bother with driving or Ubers but I wasn't impressed with this company, the car or the late pickup. read more

Rented a limo from Diamond Limos for a birthday celebration. Driver Gary was great! My complaints: I rented the Chrysler 300 limo, a Lincoln stretch showed up. The radio only worked with one speaker, talk about a buzz kill not having music u can hear over talking. I rented for 8-10 people, thankfully not 6 showed up but I could not imagine 2 much less 4 more people, it was pretty cramped with just 6. I did like that it was fully stocked with vodka, champagne, and whiskey. I just didn't appreciate not getting what I thought I paid for. And check your equipment and make sure it works before renting it out. I will prob not rent from diamond limos again. read more

I usually never would write a review but I have to after reading some of the other reviews here. At least I know We were not the only ones with a HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE with this Company. First we booked with Jeff and told him this was a Brides Wedding Dress shopping day. ( so Exciting for her) Ok so Driver arrives on time and we all pile in Limo. Hotter the Hell inside and Air not working. Cornel our driver said just push this button to High it will work fine. So We thought maybe we had to get moving for air to circulate. Not the Case. IT was miserable inside and one of the Women was ill. We gave our Itinerary to the Driver we were to be in San Diego at 12:30 for Bridal Appointment. After trying to sit as close to the Air Vents as possible and suffer through sticking to the seats and BOOB Sweat. I finally noticed we were completely on the wrong Freeway. This driver had us 38 miles in the wrong Direction. After asking where he was going he apologized, he input the address wrong. Now we are very late to appointment. After calling the Bridal salon we are told they are booked solid and we had to rush with less then an hour because they had back to back bookings or reschedule. Just what a first time Bride needs is to be told to Hurry selecting her wedding dress. We arrived at 1:05 had less then an hour , But we got a Dress Thank God. I thought Limo Drivers were suppose to get out and open yur doors for you and make sure their is Ice and cold beverages in the limo. Not this driver. Anyway we told him we were going to Pacific Beach for Lunch and Drinks, We arrived ok, However, when were called for him to pick us up we were told we had to Walk three blocks to a STARBUCKS, In Heels all dressed up, WHAT!!! he claimed there was no where for him to park. We had to send a Photo in a TEXT to show him there was plenty of room to pick us up outside and asked Kindly again Please make the Air Work it is to hot inside this Limo. Again we were told it was on High. Nightmare continues., Next I specifically told Him we are going to Ventana in Escondido for a 5:30 reservation and made sure he had correct address and told him You can not miss the place its on top of the Lexus dealership three stories above the freeway. Ok so good to go right. AWW Wrong. Guess where we wind up this time. In a Dam Apartment Complex, in Escondido with driver saying where is this I cant find it. He drove right past it !!!! Then it took forever to find a place to turn this dam Limo around to get back out of this Apartment. I verbally told him the directions until we pulled in at 6pm. Late Again. we stayed until 7pm our original drop off time. Needless to say we lost over an hour of our time getting lost and sweating like Little Pigs in this sweat Box all day, only to be dropped off and told We owed 1 hour over time. Worst Limo Experience ever and I rent a Lot of limos , This Jeff was referred by a Friend as he was the father of her sons friend so we thought we were in good hands. The worst part is when I sent the email with all the issues, this was Jeff Bergmans Response. Hi Patrice, Thank you for your email. I'm very sorry to hear that your experience with the Bride/Bridesmaids was not better with our Driver Cornel. He's been with us for many years and always get's great reviews. He blames his dispatcher system and myself that he did not have my order in, when in fact I called the day before and within the hour to make sure the limo was to arrive on time and that the company had our credit card, gratuity and signatures in the system. This was one of the most embarrassing and disappointing experiences I've EVER had. The owner is rude, unprofessional and conniving, once he has your money. I rented a party bus for a "girls night out" for 30 of my customers. The bus was too crowded even though the owner assured me there was plenty of room. The bus was not stocked with water like they said, there was one bottle of cheap champagne, the bathroom door kept locking us out, the driver was braking in a way that almost caused some of us injuries, not to mention texting while driving. The driver missed the exit and made us late for our reservations. IT GOT WORSE. While we were at dinner, the driver notified me that the bus would not start. The owner sent a mechanic. Who didn't show up for hours. Luckily I was able to call another company who was able to get us home. The owner of Diamond limos had no way of getting us home. THE CONTRACT MAKES YOU PAY EVEN IF THE VEHICLE BRAKES DOWN AND YOU ARE LEFT STRANDED ON THE SIDE OF A COLD ROAD IN DOWNTOWN LA, WAITING ON A MECHANIC. Because I signed the contract, my credit card company would not void the transaction and I ended up paying the full amount. I had a first hand witness that saw the bus finally fixed and able to drive away at approx. 2am. The owner lied to the credit card company and told them the bus was fixed 15 minutes after we left. The driver was kind throughout the nightmare, but that hardly makes up for the rest of the experience. The lack of integrity in this man was appalling.
