One of the easiest parts was arranging transport from the John Wayne airport to a hotel near Disneyland for 2 separate groups of 5 including LOTS of luggage. I contacted Sunny's Transportation (because of very positive reviews), talked to Sunny, and he set the whole thing up for me very easily. The van picked the first group up from the airport on time. It was prepared with a car seat for my granddaughter, as I requested. We had a very comfortable ride to the hotel with Sunny, who was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The flight for the second group was delayed by a couple of hours. That wasn't a problem for the pickup, because Sunny's checks on flights and arrives at the airport at the appropriate time. That van was set up correctly with booster seats and a car seat as I requested. It was smooth sailing with Sunny's Transportation. I couldn't have been happier with the service and highly recommend them!

We fly to Japan every year and are forced to fly out of LAX each time and it's such a journey with a toddler, from pre-booking parking, shuttle to/from the parking, and especially coming back to the US jetlagged, trying to get a shuttle and then fight traffic going home. For just a little more than the cost of parking at LAX, you can use Anaheim Town Car service and get to/from LAX in what feels like true luxury! We get notifications 24hrs prior, 1hr prior, and a few minutes prior to pickup on the way out and arrived a little earlier than promised. Ignacio was our driver/chauffeur and he was fantastic. We requested a toddler car seat and it was ready for my son with a movie playing that kept my son occupied the entire ride. I looked around for other child car options but some quotes were totally unreasonable for U*^r like services. It felt like being driven in a limousine, although I believe it was a Suburban. Ignacio was attentive, handled our bags, drove really well and smoothly the whole trip. We got dropped off at our terminal and off we went. On the return trip, it was much the same, 24hr notification, 1hr notification, and Ignacio messaged me about 30 mins prior to our scheduled time, he was already at LAX waiting for us. Our flight took about 30mins longer than scheduled, I let Ignacio know and he assured us it was not a problem at all. We took additional time getting through customs and I felt bad to make him wait longer, but Ignacio was so polite and let us know it was just fine. Once we got through, collected our bags, went outside and let Ignacio know where we were, he promptly picked us up and took all our bags for us and we were again driven smoothly and safely home. Not a care in the world for us on our trip home. My family agreed why didn't we think of this before? This service was worth it's weight in gold and then some. Ignacio was so polite, attentive, took our bags all the way inside for us and just a pleasure to have driving us. We will definitely use Anaheim Town Car Service for any future trips/vacations and we really hope it'll be Ignacio driving us again and we can take all the stress out of getting to the airport. The morning of our flight we found out that our flight got cancelled (while we are already at the airport), and that we had been moved to a later flight 3 hours later. I notified the driver of our shuttle soon after we had ironed out our new flight details. I received no response from the shuttle company until we landed in LAX in which I received a text from the driver stating that due to the delay and other conflicting reservations, he would not be able to pick us up right away. We would either have to wait another 2 hours or cancel the pick up and receive a refund (understandable). At that point we were done waiting and I decided to cancel the shuttle from LAX to the hotel and receive a refund. We ended up renting a car and a car seat. During our entire 3 day vacation in Anaheim I tried to contact the company to confirm my cancellation and receive my refund. I emailed, texted, and left voice messaged but got no response. I called the number provided on their website but no one ever answered the phone. I have yet to receive a confirmation email from godisneylandshuttle stating that they will be issuing me a full refund. It doesn't seem like they want to give me back the money I paid for a service that I never received. THIS IS FRAUD.

I found Airport Rides and read the positive reviews, so I requested a quote. Within two minutes of sending my quote request, I received a phone call from a gentleman named Anthony. I provided Anthony with pertinent information, including the date, location, number of passengers, luggage information, and return transportation details. Within 15 seconds, Anthony provided me with a round-trip quote, tax, and tip for his drivers, which was hundreds of dollars less than what other shuttle companies had quoted me for one-way transportation. I had to confirm three times during our phone conversation whether there were any additional fees, since his price was sooo much better than anyone else's.
