I contacted Sunny's Transportation (because of very positive reviews), talked to Sunny, and he set the whole thing up for me very easily. The van picked the first group up from the airport on time. It was prepared with a car seat for my granddaughter, as I requested. We had a very comfortable ride to the hotel with Sunny, who was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The flight for the second group was delayed by a couple of hours. That wasn't a problem for the pickup, because Sunny's checks on flights and arrives at the airport at the appropriate time. That van was set up correctly with booster seats and a car seat as I requested. It was smooth sailing with Sunny's Transportation. I provided Anthony with pertinent information, including the date, location, number of passengers, luggage information, and return transportation details. Within 15 seconds, Anthony provided me with a round-trip quote, tax, and tip for his drivers, which was hundreds of dollars less than what other shuttle companies had quoted me for one-way transportation. He pulled up within 5 mins of my last message when we had our bags conveniently right outside the terminal. It was so easy I didn't even need to rent the $8 USD luggage cart and my kids didn't have enough time to complain about any wait. Oscar was really helpful with our bags and had all the car seats already installed correctly! All seats were facing the correct direction, solid, tight and the only adjustment needed was for the actual seat belts themselves to secure the kids. Oscar offered us bottles of water and we were off to the hotel. On the way we had a nice chat and he was totally OK with the youngest child crying for a bit while navigating LA's notorious traffic (he said it was light but to me it was busy). They provide car seats for $15 each trip and it's very convenient to have that as an option for infants and/or children who will be traveling with you. The shuttle service will text you the night before your trip with information details about the van and later an ETA (estimated time to arrival). You can call the 1-800 number almost any time you have questions. I say almost any time because I don't think anyone was available to answer at 4am Pacific Standard. Other than that, there is always someone who will answer and answer your questions or change your pick up needs.
