Prior to finding ADA PRO, I was stuck (and getting real anxious) on how to transport my mom, who's disabled and in a wheelchair, to LB airport. Taxis with wheelchair accessibility are unreliable; Uber/Lyft & other airport transportation services don't have sedans big enough to carry all of us + luggage, or only have vans/SUVs which are too high for my mom to get into. We had a very good experience with ADA Shuttle Service when arriving and leaving LAX . They are easy to communicate with over text, reliable, flexible and reasonable. ADA Shuttle are one of those rare businesses that aren't looking to make as much money as possible through hidden charges or by taking advantage of unforeseen circumstances. Yes, they have a reasonable cancellation policy like any other company, but, for example, our plane arrived late and they adjusted accordingly without any penalty or issues. ADA PRO is the best way to go! I've never had such great service (transportation) ever! Victor is amazing! He quoted me quickly and answered all of my questions. Our flight got delayed on day of pickup and he was kind enough to tell me that they were having delays at the airport and to check before proceeding with the ride. Low and behold my flight was cancelled and we were rescheduled until the next morning, Victor was super nice and rearranged transport for the following morning. The following morning a driver by the name of Mel picked us up and he was super early but I didn't even realize it until I poked my head out the window. I think he was waiting for the exact pickup time before letting us know. He took us early and was super nice! They had a lot of room as I did tell them I was taking 3 luggages and a couple of umbrella strollers. They had beyond enough room! The ride was super smooth and quick! If you're looking for a good price round trip airport shuttle I highly recommend ADA PRO! I will forever be using them as they were convenient if you don't want to leave your car at the airport and pay a lot of money per day. We used this service for a recent ride to and from LAX. The drivers kept in constant touch with us and they were prompt and courteous. The vehicles were sparkling clean. We had several pieces of luggage as well as a mobility device and the drivers handled it all with no problems. We appreciated that the pick up was curbside at LAX which was super convenient. ADA Pro was great! We usually park at the airport and leave our vehicle but since our trip was longer we decided to use their services. They had competitive pricing and pick up and drop off to/from the airport was so easy and seamless! They called right before the trip to confirm our reservation and the night of our departure our driver was on time and same with pick up when we got back home. Took the shuttle from Cypress to LAX and back for a cruise out of Florida. The driver going was Victor and he was great. We requested the van because the ladies took a lot of luggage. He made loading and unloading effortless. He also got us to the airport with plenty of time. Returning the flight was delayed 2 hours. When we landed I received a text welcoming us back and saying that Sabino would be our driver with his phone number. He loaded the luggage and got us home safely. My brother on the other hand had arranged his transport with another company, and had to take an Uber to Lancaster. Great communication, service, and the drivers. read more

Grant the owner was very accommodating and the service was great! We called him last minute within a few hours of our flight out of LAX for 6 passengers and 10 luggages from the San Fernando Valley, 2 days before Christmas and they were like Superman to the rescue. We were impressed on how clean the van and how courteous the driver were. We also booked a ride on the way back with them but did find our daughter able to pick us back from the airport. We cancelled our ride back with them 24 hours prior to them picking us up and Grant gave us a full refund minus a small cancellation fee. My story starts a few weeks before our plane flight. I reserved our transportation van for my family from a large company. I've been in contact with them almost every week to confirm our arrangement. The night before we were supposed to leave going to LAX airport, I received an email saying that the company was sorry and they regret to inform us that they cannot pick us up and bring us to the airport. They never called to let us know even when I was just talking with them a few hours before that email. Mind you, our pick up time was at 8 AM because our flight was at 12pm. so I frantically called several transportation companies to try and get a van. Almost all of them cannot accommodate us because it was a last minute request or charged us through the roof. The only company that gave us a fair price was ADA pro. I caleed ADA and Victor (the owner) answered (at 8pm) the phone and assured us that he will be picking us up the next day. I later learned that it was supposed to be his day off to spend with family and play volleyball but he still squeeze us in . The van was amazing. It was new and very clean and even had a car seat and booster ready for my 5yr old daughter. At the airport I wanted to give him a tip but I didnt have any cash but he just smiled and said "you go and enjoy your trip with your family". If that is not amazing I don't know what is.
