We had to wait over 1 hour for the pickup after the 12 hours flight. They kept saying the driver should be here in 10-15 min. but it was all lies. We have waited for over an hour. We booked 3 weeks in advance and paid in advance. They have no ability to solve the problem but keep asking us to understand their situation. Why do we pay for all these ridiculous nonsense. Use a uber probably would be better choice. Very bad service and charge a lot, not worthwhile at all. read more

I tried to book a shuttle for a wedding and the man on the phone was so difficult. He was not accommodating at all and kept interrupting me when I was trying to explain what we need. Wow! Service was wonderful. Our driver deserves a rating of 6 stars, not 5. Driver arrived about 10 minutes early (4:20am) to take us to LAX for a 7:01am flight. Service was professional, courteous, and helpful. We arrived safely with plenty of time to check bags, go thru TSA and relax a little before boarding. Return flight same driver. Again service was excellent. First text message from driver, we were still on the plane. Once we picked up our bags we walked outside and to text the driver with the pillar letter and number where we were waiting. Wait was about 10 minutes. Once again a safe comfortable ride home. My dad can't walk very far at all and needed a ride home from LAX at 5:30pm, pretty much the worst time to be on the road. I was worried that Uber might cancel on him if traffic was bad. I called Johnny and he made room for my dad right then, arranged for him to have Diego drive him solo so he could get home sooner. Very reasonable and affordable. They delivered as promised. I'd leave more stars if I could! Booked SUV service door to door the day before for a major concert and these guys far exceeded our expectations. Cheaper than scheduled Uber/Lyft for luxury service! We got a slick ride with our own driver who assured us he was ours for the night and not to worry about when the concert might be over, since the artist was known to play late. We simply texted when it was nearly over and he was waiting for us front row of the ride share queue. I've never gotten in and out of the Forum faster, he even offered to have anything we wanted to drink or eat post-show waiting for us! I had been using Johnny's shuttle service for years and had been very happy with their service, however after confirming with them on our pick up to take us to the airport they did not show up. They didn't respond to phone calls or text messages and just left us hanging and scrambling to get to make our flight. I never heard from them again until they confirmed my next scheduled pickup, which I then canceled. The response was we had multiple clients that day that didn't get picked up and when I explained my poor experience their response was "OK I understand our other customers were much more understanding but I do understand that other people are different like I said it wasn't our fault. I can't help it if the website goes down. Thank you have a good night" I'm pretty disappointed at the lack of business ethics and customer service read more

I think we became the customers from hell for them. I screwed up on the booking process, had to change the time of pick up a few times a day before and then on the day of the pick up 5 minutes before the driver arrived we got an email from united airline that the plane got delayed for 5 hours, then we changed the pick up time a few times more. And on top of that, it was 6 AM on Christmas lol.... But they were extremely professional and flexible. Always responded to us with nice tone and kindness... However this company trains its employees on customer care is top level incredible because I probably couldn't have handled the nightmare customers like us. I originally booked Johnny because of his Yelp reviews, but I re-booked him based on his communication, attitude, friendliness, punctuality, drivers and his super clean vehicles. We had a bit of a traveling nightmare thanks to a certain airline that I won't mention and Johnny accommodated my last minute request. Don't use car shuttles often unless I am away for a long period of time and parking is more expensive than a shuttle. They were on time. You don't know if you are getting a car or a shuttle. You also don't know where to find them unless you keep in contact with them, especially when you're at the airport. Kind of hard if you have physical disabilities because they ask you to walk to a spot that is easy for them and not you. They are on time and really nice. They don't tell you ahead of time that your quote is more if you use a card to pay. Just say that you will pay the extra and take it out of their tip. They will make an exception. That kind of upset me. I made sure I went to the bank for the return trip, even though I was on vacation. But the actual service is pretty good. I would use them again if parking is more expensive than their charges. Not the most reasonable, But in Covid times, I am okay with this. Else, I'd be just as happy with the regular, less expensive shuttle. read more
