Never again!
I called for a taxi at 315pm and the dispatcher said it would be about 15 minutes before someone arrived. At 340 the dispatcher called back and said a car was on the way and as the taxi neared they would call. At 349, the taxi driver called and said she was around the corner and would be there to pick me up in 10 minutes. Twenty minutes later, I called the taxi driver and she said she was on the exit bridge by where I was but it was in standstill traffic. As I sat watching the bridge the traffic moved with the light. Another 15 minutes and I called back asking where she was. She repeated the story - on the exit bridge in standstill traffic. I explained the business was closing in 5 minutes and we needed to move to the street ( with six luggage bags, a cat, and two family members with me). She didn't empathize but loudly repeated what she previously said. While I looked on to the only exit bridge where traffic was moving reasonably well for afternoon LA traffic.
Ended up calling another taxi that arrived with seven minutes of the call.
I would NOT recommend this company if you want to get to your destination in any semblance of reasonable time. I will NEVER call them for service again. There are other services that are reasonably priced and that provide much better service than what I received today. read more
