We decided to try Tri Shuttle after seeing the positive reviews, and we were glad we did! Unlike Uber, this is a small business, and so it's much easier to be in direct contact with your driver. Tien was our driver both ways. He was friendly, prompt, and a good driver. He texted to confirm our pickups both times, and when we were coming back, he had tracked our flight so he was ready to pick us up at the curb. Getting a rideshare pickup at the airport can be a big hassle, and you usually have to go to a separate area. Then you have to wait for your ride, which your driver may cancel for whatever reason. But with Tri Shuttle, you get picked up in Arrivals as if you're having a friend or family member pick you up. Their customer service and professionalism were excellent (if you use rideshare, you know those qualities can be REALLY hit-or-miss), giving us more peace of mind to enjoy our trip. Would certainly use again!

One of the things I enjoyed about his service is that he always asks for my flight information so that he can track my flight arriving. This puts me at ease in case my flight gets delayed or arrives early knowing that Tony is tracking the updates! My mom also uses his service for many years as well. He always helps her with her luggages and brings her inside the airport, helps her check-in and get her boarding pass, and assist her until her wheelchair service arrives to take over. But a few weeks ago we reserved a ride to the airport, and after confirming the night before, we were ghosted the morning of. He was a no show and no response the morning of at 5 am as we scrambled to get an Uber at 5:30 and had to grab our car seat last minute to lug around Asia for three weeks. To this day I never received response.
