The driver was very nice, and a good driver, and picked us up in a clean & comfortable (huge) car. I settled with On Time Transportation based on reviews with very little negatives, not bad. Hey, stuff happens for what ever reasons. I appreciate anyone coming out to Rancho Cucamonga in offering town car service at your front door and providing easy transportation to your destination (LAX). In my opinion, it spares you the headache of seeking long term parking and having to use shuttle service from parking lot to your terminal. Or having to inconvenience a friend for family member at a ungodly hour, no thanks. Created a user profile, completed a quote request and got pricing on the fly. I felt good enough to entertain a return trip and executed my quote into a contract. Checked off my credit card on file from creating a user profile and added special notes to stop for coffee at 4:30AM and In N Out on our return trip, no added fee's. Confirmed emails generated within a few minutes and I'll do my own policing the night of or day before to ensure we're on track with correct address, zip code and scheduled time. No excuses! 3 stars for online services and web graphics with easy navigation. Part 2 increase star rating or decrease? I have to tip my hat to On Time Transportation Network from every angle. Can't say enough good things about this company. I had an excellent experience with them. I heard about the mess for arrivals at LAX with Uber, Lyft and taxi service so I reached out to On Time. They gave me a quote and emailed me a confirmation number immediately. I happen to miss my flight so I called them to see if they could pick me up from a new flight coming in 3 hours later, and the the response was "no problem." Within a few minutes of landing I got a text from the company of who was picking me up and what their number was. Then I got a text from my driver Alex and I met him curbside. He had sent me a photo of his car with the license plate and everything was seamless and easy. Alex was very professional and the car was immaculate. We have used OnTime Transportation twice for international trips; flying out from LAX with pickup/drop-off in west Valley / Woodland Hills area. On Time truly is on time for pick up at home and have also been very quick to pick us up curb-side after clearing customs on the way back -- texting you when your flight has landed to confirm they're waiting. The cars are very nice and well kept and our driver has been super polite and helpful. They also provide car seats for smaller children, which is not something every shuttle service will do. On Time is without doubt both better AND cheaper than other shuttle services we've tried. Won't hesitate to use them again, or recommend to others! read more

I was worried at first, I had a 6:45 am pick up from my house to LAX, and recieved a text at 5 am that my driver was on his way. Needless to say, the driver arrived right on time, was very professional, and had a very clean vehicle. The conversation with the driver was so pleasant that even during rush hour traffic, we were at the airport before we even knew it. Having raised my kids as a snowplow parent always handling everything for them and not turning them into very independent adults, I was called away on a family emergency during a time I was supposed to pick them up at the airport while I'm sure (sort of) they could have sorted things out on their own, I arranged for the town car service to pick them up... but always the nervous parent kept monitoring making sure they knew what to do and kept calling and texting the On-Time dispatch and driver who were very patient with me and kept me informed when they really should have been advising me to get some therapy. I love that they're: Always On Time Pleasant and professional Great Price I get picked up from Alex or Fred twice a week, EVERY week for my flights from LAX airport. They have never been late picking me up from home or LAX. They track my flight so if it's late or early, they're always there waiting for me when I land. I give them at least 6hrs before my pick-up time and they've always been able to accommodate my schedule. I come from downtown LA and it's a flat fee of $60 (including tip). A yellow cab I would pick up from the Airport is more expensive. You are emailed a receipt about a day after your ride. The company's cars (Towncars, Luxury brand sedans, Escalades, ect.) are clean, professional, and spacious with refreshments. Once you find a driver you like, they try to keep you with that driver as much as possible. And the cherry on top, because I use them so much for business, they've credited me a few free rides for personal use. read more

Excellent experience using this car service. Really, it could not have been better. My flight arrived at LAX about 30 mins early. On my way down to baggage claim, my driver called me to inform me that he was in the holding lot waiting for me to get my baggage. Apparently, he had been tracking my flight and already knew of our very early arrival. He then arrived at baggage claim right as I grabbed my luggage, and we were on our way. I paid for and reserved an Lincoln Towncar on my reservation, but the driver arrived in a brand new GMC Yukon. So im guessing that was a free upgrade. The driver was very nice and personable. Not only was he early to pick us up but he was a very safe driver and my parents loved very much. I have now used "On Time Transportation Network" twice and I have been extremely happy with the service I have received both times. Drivers are prompt (even arrived early when my flight was 30 minutes early) and extremely courteous. Both times I felt as though I was the sole focus of the driver's attention and not an annoyance that I have so often felt (not always, but definitely too often for a service provider) when using a taxi service. My driver that took care of me on this last trip (Mike) was a very congenial person who obviously takes great pride in his vehicle and service. If I was based in LA and could afford a personal driver, I would most definitely try to hire Mike on as my personal driver. We used On Time Transportation Network to take us from Santa Clarita to LAX for our family vacation. Their service was excellent. I got a confirmation the day before and text messages early in the morning letting me know they were on their way and when they had arrived at my house. The driver was happy to help us load our bags in the car. We arrived at the airport with plenty of time to spare. When we returned back to LAX we received the same excellent service as when we left. I used On Time Transportation Network's service 6 times when my family and I toured around Downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood. I spoke to Alex a few times when I made reservations, and he was very helpful, polite and professional. We were driven by a chauffeur, Frederick 6 times, from airport pick up and drop off, and round trips to Warner Brothers Studio and Universal Studio. Frederick is an excellent chauffeur, wonderful fellow and very knowledgeable --- gave us an overview of the main tourist areas/attractions. The BF chose this service based on the Yelp! reviews and some very bad past experiences with Super Shuttle - showing up 30 minutes early one time, then not showing up at all the next (I had the fun job of tearing through traffic at 7am in my pajamas to get him to the airport). Figuring the best way to go was to book a car all to himself, he called On Time Transportation Network. He had an international flight at 1pm and was told they'd be at the house at 10:30am to pick him up as we don't live that far from LAX. Around 10:40 he started getting antsy when the driver hadn't arrived. He called and was told his car was having trouble so another was dispatched and would be there in about 7 minutes. He then got a call 5 minutes later to verify the address in SANTA MONICA - we do NOT live in or near Santa Monica, don't have a complicated house location (we're situated between 2 main, easy to find streets) and the address was made clear when the car was booked. By this time it was almost 11am and he could no longer wait for "On Time" to arrive. He had to drive himself to the airport in the hopes he'd make it through security with time enough to make the flight. I called the service to make sure he wouldn't be billed (he gave his credit card info up front) and spoke to the main guy, I believe. He offered no apology, seemed completely unfazed by the situation and said only that they wouldn't bill him for the service. Wow, how nice of them. I don't anticipate using this service again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who needs to be anywhere on time. read more
