This was excellent service! Price was the best compared to other car services. We needed a ride from LAX to Orange County and everything went so smooth! From the initial contact where communication was excellent to the pick up being on time. They confirmed everything with us and communication was done via text. Pick up was super easy at LAX. The car ride was very smooth and comfortable. The driver was professional and friendly. I highly recommend this company for a pick up from LAX. We definitely will be using them again when we fly out of LAX next time! read more

There's not much I can say that hasn't already been said. Eskinder is THE MAN! So thankful for how excellent he did picking up my mom from LAX. She was super nervous. He found her, helped her get luggage squared away, and safely delivered her to my home in Santa Clarita. This is my go to from now on. Unbearable. read more

My family of 4 has used "On-Time Transportation" 4 times now to take us to and from the LAX airport, and I have to say they are the best transportation service we have ever used (and we've tried several). Highly professional, great communication during pick-up, friendly and courteous service, and always on-time. If you are traveling as a group, they are SO worth the price. You couldn't ask for better service. I highly recommend! read more

Needed a ride to LAX, they were on time, great customer service!! Will continue to use them again!! I might add that both flights were super early! And I was worried they were not going to show up, but I was wrong! Thank you!! read more

Great way to get to the airport at 4AM! We went to LAX super early (unfortunately), but had a really great experience with this company. The driver was very nice, and a good driver, and picked us up in a clean & comfortable (huge) car. The price was also quite fair considering how late (early?) it was, and how far LAX is from me (I live in the North Hollywood/Burbank area). I would highly recommend this service. They were on time and again, everything went super smoothly. read more

Lives up to its name. Came on time and our driver, Eskinder, was professional and helpful, getting us to the airport in time. Reasonably priced. Would use them again. read more

Great service ! They showed up right on time . Texted me when they were on the way and when they arrived. Totally worth the price Beats parking or dealing with Uber/Lyft nightmare at LAX Will use the service again read more

Alex my airport transportation hero! I've called him on a whim and he's still been able to accommodate me even when it's within a few hours of a flight. I've been using On Time for my company for probably a year now and the service has been fantastic. My boss also uses them for his family travel. If you're on the Westside heading to LAX, it's hard to find a more reliable provider than On Time. I've used a lot of airport transportation companies and On Time is reliable, responsive, communicative and punctual. I highly recommend their service. read more

Part 1 I recently discovered I misplaced my contact to a reputable independent driver who has always been there for us in a pinch. Which brought me to Yelp in search of another reputable service. Lot's to entertain out there with over inflated pricing. Hey that business, right. Sure, I'll do my due diligence and seek competitive pricing. I settled with On Time Transportation based on reviews with very little negatives, not bad. Hey, stuff happens for what ever reasons. I appreciate anyone coming out to Rancho Cucamonga in offering town car service at your front door and providing easy transportation to your destination (LAX). In my opinion, it spares you the headache of seeking long term parking and having to use shuttle service from parking lot to your terminal. Or having to inconvenience a friend for family member at a ungodly hour, no thanks. Created a user profile, completed a quote request and got pricing on the fly. I felt good enough to entertain a return trip and executed my quote into a contract. Checked off my credit card on file from creating a user profile and added special notes to stop for coffee at 4:30AM and In N Out on our return trip, no added fee's. Confirmed emails generated within a few minutes and I'll do my own policing the night of or day before to ensure we're on track with correct address, zip code and scheduled time. No excuses! 3 stars for online services and web graphics with easy navigation. Part 2 increase star rating or decrease? I have to tip my hat to On Time Transportation Network from every angle. Website navigation, customer service over the phone, our attentive/mannerism driver, creating profile, automatic email invoicing. Yes, this one truly qualifies for 5 stars and beyond. Looking forward to making future arrangements with town car service at your front door. Pura vida :) read more

This is an awesome transport service to take to LAX or any other SoCal airport. Raining when I left and raining when I returned Eskinder and Matso were prompt, polite and very professional. In a time of lots of covid it is nice to know there is a great affordable option to take for public transportation to the airport. Thank you guys! I will definitely use your service again. read more

Wonderful service! They picked up our family from the airport on a busy Sunday night. Everything was very smooth from the reservation to the communication and ride itself. Driver was lovely, car clean and price fair. We will definitely be using them again!! read more

Can't say enough good things about this company. I had an excellent experience with them. I heard about the mess for arrivals at LAX with Uber, Lyft and taxi service so I reached out to On Time. They gave me a quote and emailed me a confirmation number immediately. I happen to miss my flight so I called them to see if they could pick me up from a new flight coming in 3 hours later, and the the response was "no problem." Within a few minutes of landing I got a text from the company of who was picking me up and what their number was. Then I got a text from my driver Alex and I met him curbside. He had sent me a photo of his car with the license plate and everything was seamless and easy. Alex was very professional and the car was immaculate. This is a top notch, no worry company and I will be sure to use them in the future. read more

We have used OnTime Transportation twice for international trips; flying out from LAX with pickup/drop-off in west Valley / Woodland Hills area. On Time truly is on time for pick up at home and have also been very quick to pick us up curb-side after clearing customs on the way back -- texting you when your flight has landed to confirm they're waiting. The cars are very nice and well kept and our driver has been super polite and helpful. They also provide car seats for smaller children, which is not something every shuttle service will do. On Time is without doubt both better AND cheaper than other shuttle services we've tried. Won't hesitate to use them again, or recommend to others! read more

I was worried at first, I had a 6:45 am pick up from my house to LAX, and recieved a text at 5 am that my driver was on his way. Needless to say, the driver arrived right on time, was very professional, and had a very clean vehicle. The conversation with the driver was so pleasant that even during rush hour traffic, we were at the airport before we even knew it. I am glad to know that next time, if I need a ride to the airport I wont hesitate to use this service again. read more

Got to use this guys for the first time, I'm very satisfied with their professionalism and timeless. Their vehicle was very clean and our driver showed up on time, he got us to the airport on time and with a smile on his face. Thank u:)) read more

Having raised my kids as a snowplow parent always handling everything for them and not turning them into very independent adults, I was called away on a family emergency during a time I was supposed to pick them up at the airport while I'm sure (sort of) they could have sorted things out on their own, I arranged for the town car service to pick them up... but always the nervous parent kept monitoring making sure they knew what to do and kept calling and texting the On-Time dispatch and driver who were very patient with me and kept me informed when they really should have been advising me to get some therapy. So if your are a neurotic parent or just need a ride somewhere I highly recommend them. Their 5 stars are earned stars. read more

They lived up to their name. They were on time, friendly, car was clean, and it was $60 for the ride including tip. The only caveat: You pay for the ride in advance with a card. If you aren't around when they show up, you're out the money. I'd use them again. read more

First time we used them was this morning, July 2, 2019. Showed up fifteen minutes early which we appreciated. Driver was very friendly and polite. Vehicle (Chevy Suburban) was new and spotless inside. Ride to LAX was very smooth and pleasant. Would definitely use them on our next trip to LA. read more

I love that they're: Always On Time Pleasant and professional Great Price I get picked up from Alex or Fred twice a week, EVERY week for my flights from LAX airport. They have never been late picking me up from home or LAX. They track my flight so if it's late or early, they're always there waiting for me when I land. I give them at least 6hrs before my pick-up time and they've always been able to accommodate my schedule. I come from downtown LA and it's a flat fee of $60 (including tip). A yellow cab I would pick up from the Airport is more expensive. You are emailed a receipt about a day after your ride. The company's cars (Towncars, Luxury brand sedans, Escalades, ect.) are clean, professional, and spacious with refreshments. Once you find a driver you like, they try to keep you with that driver as much as possible. And the cherry on top, because I use them so much for business, they've credited me a few free rides for personal use. read more

Excellent experience using this car service. Really, it could not have been better. My flight arrived at LAX about 30 mins early. On my way down to baggage claim, my driver called me to inform me that he was in the holding lot waiting for me to get my baggage. Apparently, he had been tracking my flight and already knew of our very early arrival. He then arrived at baggage claim right as I grabbed my luggage, and we were on our way. I paid for and reserved an Lincoln Towncar on my reservation, but the driver arrived in a brand new GMC Yukon. So im guessing that was a free upgrade. The driver was very nice and personable. We talked the entire drive. He even made a stop for me that wasn't mentioned in the reservation. I will always use this car service when im in LA. They far exceeded my expectations. read more

On time transportation is highly recommended. They are always on time, have great equipment and very professional and courteous drivers. This is the way to get to the airport. Forget about Uber or Lyft. This is scheduled. They get you to airport on time. And are waiting for you when you arrive. The drivers are great. I hired on time to pick myself and my parents up in Upland and drive to LAX. May I say Skinder was absolutely awesome person to be in the car with. Not only was he early to pick us up but he was a very safe driver and my parents loved very much. He also picked us up from LAX when we arrive back from our trip and we all felt a great peace of mind having him drive us home safely. I am definitely booking on time again for my parents when they go on their vacation. My mom told me make sure you book Skinder for our trip! I hope he can come pick them up too when I book on time again! Thanks so much for the Great experience. We are big travelers and will be using your company in the future. read more

Can't say enough about their service. Eskinder has been driving us for many years and we LOVE him!! Always punctual with a clean car and water bottles for our comfort. He is truly a sight for sore eyes after the end of a long flight. Greets us like a dear old friend each and every time. read more

Sadly, I've been using Uber when landing at LAX. If you have done so as well, you know that can take forever to get a car, then even longer since half the drivers don't even know how to get out of the airport. Then I found On Time and very glad I did. Very professional, quick, clean vehicles, knew traffic issues ahead of time and fairly priced. Will use them from now on. Thanks On Time! read more

I've used a different car company for a number of years but their service has declined so I decided to try On Time for an LAX round trip. I was not disappointed. The drivers are professional and on-time and the cars clean. In addition, when a small issue came up with one of my bookings, their customer service was superb in sorting it out. It's not the kind of service I expect these days so it was a welcome surprise. I will absolutely use On Time from now on. read more

I have now used "On Time Transportation Network" twice and I have been extremely happy with the service I have received both times. Drivers are prompt (even arrived early when my flight was 30 minutes early) and extremely courteous. Both times I felt as though I was the sole focus of the driver's attention and not an annoyance that I have so often felt (not always, but definitely too often for a service provider) when using a taxi service. My driver that took care of me on this last trip (Mike) was a very congenial person who obviously takes great pride in his vehicle and service. If I was based in LA and could afford a personal driver, I would most definitely try to hire Mike on as my personal driver. Kudos to Mike and "On Time Transportation Network" for their exemplary approach to personal care as a service provider! I would whole-heartily recommend "On Time Transportation Network" anytime you are looking for a car service anytime you would be in the LA area. Keep up the GREAT Work!!! John R Tampa, FL read more

This was a great pick up service for my family of 5 including my infant son. We had 10 pieces of luggage and Alex the driver accompanied us with no problem. The vehicle was clean and had water available. It was a Suburban. This is my go to transport service when I need something serious to do. The price was great too. $60 for each way and I gave a tip each way. I'm soo happy I picked this company. read more

I have used them a bunch of times now and everything has always been great. They have never been late and they always knew how to comfortably get me to my destination. The price is fair, yet its not that cheap either, so I hope that it stays where it is. My favorite part has always been the drivers. They are very nice to talk to and seem genuinely nice. read more

This company was on time. The driver was very professional and helped us all get in and get there on time. There was plenty of space for the 5 of us in the Yukon and I wore a puffy dress (bride dress) If needed, I will gladly use them again. I'm very impressed with the service provided. Eskinder was our driver and he went above and beyond to make myself, my daughter, and her friend comfortable. Our flight was delayed and he texted me not to worry, that he was tracking it and would be on time and he was. He was on time for our pick-up from the hotel to he airport as well allowing us plenty of time to get through security and make our flight. I will use this service again. Not only was I provided the best rate among all the companies I researched, I have zero complaints. read more

On Time Transportation is the best! We just used them on a round trip from LAX airport to home. I used On Time Transportation Network's service 6 times when my family and I toured around Downtown Los Angeles and Hollywood. I spoke to Alex a few times when I made reservations, and he was very helpful, polite and professional. We were driven by a chauffeur, Frederick 6 times, from airport pick up and drop off, and round trips to Warner Brothers Studio and Universal Studio. Frederick is an excellent chauffeur, wonderful fellow and very knowledgeable --- gave us an overview of the main tourist areas/attractions. Our overall experience with On Time Transportation Network's service was excellent and the price they charged on all the trips were very reasonable. My family and I were completely satisfied and we would highly recommend On Time Transportation Network. We definitely will use their transportation service again. The BF chose this service based on the Yelp! reviews and some very bad past experiences with Super Shuttle - showing up 30 minutes early one time, then not showing up at all the next (I had the fun job of tearing through traffic at 7am in my pajamas to get him to the airport). Figuring the best way to go was to book a car all to himself, he called On Time Transportation Network. He had an international flight at 1pm and was told they'd be at the house at 10:30am to pick him up as we don't live that far from LAX. Around 10:40 he started getting antsy when the driver hadn't arrived. He called and was told his car was having trouble so another was dispatched and would be there in about 7 minutes. He then got a call 5 minutes later to verify the address in SANTA MONICA - we do NOT live in or near Santa Monica, don't have a complicated house location (we're situated between 2 main, easy to find streets) and the address was made clear when the car was booked. By this time it was almost 11am and he could no longer wait for "On Time" to arrive. He had to drive himself to the airport in the hopes he'd make it through security with time enough to make the flight. I called the service to make sure he wouldn't be billed (he gave his credit card info up front) and spoke to the main guy, I believe. He offered no apology, seemed completely unfazed by the situation and said only that they wouldn't bill him for the service. Wow, how nice of them. I don't anticipate using this service again and wouldn't recommend it to anyone who needs to be anywhere on time. read more

Based on the great reviews, I decided to use On Time for my recent trip to Vegas. Everything went smoothly to LAX on Thurs. morning. On my return trip, my pickup (on Sunday afternoon) was 30 min. late. I don't like to wait for my ride (to or from airport); therefore, I'll not use On Time again. read more
