Wow is all I can say! I contacted Black Car Connection here on Yelp after reading all the great reviews. they had excellent rates and stellar customer service! I had another car company reserved recommended by my company...but after reading their reviews I canceled and booked BCC. Best decision! They were extremely communicative....had great rates .. were on time and our driver, Steven, was fantastic! Will definitely book with them again! Thanks for the great service!!! read more

I take this once a month. They are professional and always on time. I will continue to use this company for travel out of LAX.

Fantastic service from management and the drivers. Flew over seas and had issues with flight delays. They handled everything and put my mind at ease. I will definitely use them again and highly recommend their service!!! Thank you Corey for the ride home so late at night. You were awesome! read more

I had to arrange last-minute travel for a family member who had an extremely early flight at LAX. The ride was from Tarzana, and the pickup was at 4:45 am. I had to arrange this the night before at about 9 pm. I chose Black Car Connection based on the Yelp reviews. It's a bit nerve-wracking to choose a private car service to arrive in darkness for a family member traveling alone when you haven't used the service before, but in this case, I was extremely fortunate. Steve answered the phone himself when I called. In the past, I've sometimes been fooled by intermediaries who pretend to be local businesses but then farm out the work, but this is not one of those. It's a genuine local business in the Valley and very responsive. Steve asked me to wait a few minutes because he couldn't do the drive himself and he needed to make sure that one of the other drivers was available for such an early pick-up. He called me back within five minutes and said that Brian would be doing the pick-up, and that the car would be a new model Volvo. Everything went perfectly. Brian was prompt and very nice about everything. My family member made their flight, and I was very glad to have found a car service like this in the Valley. I'll definitely use them again and wanted to make sure I added to their excellent Yelp reviews. I hope they stay in business for a long time! read more

Highly recommend BCC. I needed a town car to pick up a family member in the Valley, bring her to the Music Center for a show, and transport her home. The company delivered outstanding service, and Brian N. was our driver. He was outstanding and I was thrilled with the on-time service and professionalism. Will definitely use them again. read more

Incredible customer service from quote to reservation to airport pickup and delivery home. Top notch company!

Excellent service. They provided prompt communication and texts. They were early to pick up and the driver was very professional both times we use them. Cars were very clean. Great price, also! read more

We were very pleased with the excellent service from Black Car Connection and highly recommend this company. It was a pleasure to schedule the round trip airport service we needed with Ben; the rate was very reasonable for the number of people and amount of luggage as well as our departure and return schedule at LAX; the company was great about sending timely notifications; the drivers were friendly, helpful and had excellent driving skills, and the vehicles were comfortable and immaculate. We appreciated our great experience with Black Car Connection and look forward to using the company again in the future. read more

We've been using Black Car Connection for several years and once again, they came through, as usual. Our daughter and her husband plus their three teenagers and a LOT of luggage recently returned to LAX from a long Carnival cruise. Their driver, BRUNO, was there right on schedule to meet my exhausted family at United with an awesome, fully stocked Cadillac Escalade, He took complete care of their luggage and got them home safely to Santa Clarita. Thanks guys, great job...! Robert D read more

Everything went well. On time. Wonderful drivers. Brian and Steve most recently. Pick up at LAX made you forget it was LAX. Will continue to use their service. read more

I was coming from Paris Tuesday this week and needed last minute transportation from the airport. I contacted several companies and this one was fast and professional in accommodating my needs. I was booking from the plane and they were able to confirm and get me the information I needed. Aki was our driver and he was wonderful. Helped with the bags, offered us water, was nice, and professional. I will definitely use this service again. read more

From beginning to end...this car service company has been amazing to work with. Through the ease of communication in booking to the timely and professional service, I will definitely use Black Car Connection again! The vehicle was a brand new, large black SUV. I needed a car service for my mom and her sisters attending the Van Morrison concert. The Hollywood Bowl isn't the easiest venue to get in and out of and I wanted them not to have to worry about dealing with transpiration for the evening. Thank you, Bill for making the night unforgettable for my mom and her sisters! Will be using the company again :) read more

I needed airport drop-offs and pick-ups and the drivers were wonderful. Very professional. Both drivers, Steven and Brian, had excellent communication which made getting to and from LAX seamless. I also greatly appreciated the reservation system and communication from Ben who was professional, courteous, and very responsive. I will definitely use them for my future car service needs. We have been looking for a reliable company to use for getting us to and from the airport, cruise ships and social events and I finally found it. Black car connection drivers were on time, polite and helpful with our luggage. For this trip, I used them to take us to the airport and pick us up. Ari picked us up at 5:30 am with a smile on his face, helped with loading our luggage in their suv. Car was clean and the service was great. Steven picked us up at the airport and I need to give him extra kudos due to an overnight delay in getting home. Our plane was originally to come in Saturday evening at 8:30 pm so he was at the airport waiting. The plane had mechanical problems so we actually didn't get in until 1:30 pm Sunday ( after multiple changes in time of arrival). During this time Steven & Black Car stayed in contact with us and assured us they'd still pick us up regardless of our delay. It was nice to know we didn't need to worry about getting home and put our minds at ease. The arrival time kept changing but Steven was there picking us welcoming us home. Again cars are clean and service excellent. We will definitely use them again. With everything else we had to deal with it was so nice not having to deal with finding a new way home. Excellent job and we thank you read more

Easy to book, not a lot of back and forth regarding rate, on time pick up! Very professional, will try them again!

On time and super professional. Great experience. Clean, new comfortable vehicle, and the driver was very personable.

Black Car Connection was perfect in our experience. Ruben was on time, extremely professional and courteous. He was a safe driver who got our group of 5 plus a lot of baggage and bike to and from LAX seamlessly. We would definitely highly recommend. Oh and the fairness of the pricing was a big bonus. read more

Reliable, fast, and very nice drivers! Traveling with 2 small kids is really hard. Nothing beats door to door service with no need for a shuttle and personal meet and greet with help inside for the bags. We booked a large SUV for our 5 bags, plus stroller, plus 2 carseats and it was the best decision ever. This company has crystal clear and fast communication and the drivers were always texting me and in touch. We will be using them in the future, that's for sure! read more

Reliable. Professional. No stress. No surprises. Big, clean SUVs. Smooth drop off and even smoother pick up at baggage claim. Definitely preferred hands down over Lyft, Uber and taxis. read more

Based on Yelp reviews, I contacted BCC and they responded very fast with a quote. Great communication. Pickup at LAX is always a nightmare but the communication between us and the driver was perfect. He gave instructions on when to let him know when to contact him and directions for pickup. Was so nice to be driven home after a long flight. Will definitely contact Black Car Connection when needed next time!! read more

I reserved black car services 3 days before my departure date. They were punctual and very professional. I highly recommend

We booked with Black Car Connection for a trip. We have not even gone on the trip yet but Bill C worked with us to make sure all of the details were just right for us. The customer service already has been more than I would have expected. I would give more than 5 stars if i could! THANK YOU! read more

Car was on time and immaculate. Driver was very professional. Will definitely use again.

Could not be happier with their service! Ruben was our driver and the communication was beyond excellent. Suburban was sparkly new and there were two bottles of Essentia water and hand wipes ready for our arrival. I had arranged to make one stop before our hotel and everything went according to plan. Not only did we feel safe but our trip started off stress free. Ruben was an amazing driver and was very professional. We definitely will be utilizing their services in the future. Thank you so much for being an amazing company. read more

Fantastic service!! Will never use any other car service again. Bill was so great to deal with on the phone, he's professional yet caring, especially when my card from the EU wouldn't go though, he was very patient. As a female travelling alone I felt as though he dealt with the situation really well and put me completely at ease! When the car showed up (4:30am to go to LAX), Daniel was 10 minutes early, which I was so grateful for despite it being the middle of the night! He texted me when he left to collect me, and again when he was outside. The car itself was lovely and clean, and I was provided with bottled water. 10/10 for this service, could not recommend it enough! read more

I needed a last minute car service to pick up my mom from the airport and was so lucky to have found Black Car Connection. It was five star service all the way through. I spoke to Bill on the phone - he was personable and professional, gave us a great quote, and was very clear about the process - no hidden fees, great communication. My mom was delighted when she was met by her driver at the airport. He let her know he was waiting at baggage claim and made my mom feel like a VIP. I was initially hesitant by the lack of reviews, but I'm so grateful to have found this place. I will not use another car service from here on out, I have found my people!! Will be calling to schedule another service with you very soon. Thanks so much!!! read more

Very easy booking process, super professional! They really emphasize top of the line customer service with beautiful top notch cars and professional drivers. Strongly recommend if you want to book with confidence and enjoy the ride. read more

This was our first time using the Black Car Connection to and from LAX. The service was outstanding! It was easy to obtain a quote, with very fast response times, teach reservation was always documented in pdf form, it was easy to make changes, and communication was excellent, starting with a text reminder the day before, when the driver was leaving, when the driver had arrived, and the driver's telephone number, plus receipts for the reservations. Our driver for both trips was Ruben! He was very professional, cordial, on time, and our rides were very pleasant. At LAX, he met us in baggage claim and we never had a worry after that. He made the whole arrival/ground transportation process so smooth. He was just great!! We have another trip coming up in August and will definitely be using this company again. Thanks, Ruben! read more

We used this service from LAX to Anaheim with a late night pick-up. They were on time and professional. I used yelp to communicate with a company along with a couple emails it was easy and convenient read more

Excellent service, streamlined pickup from LAX, there was a text waiting for me when I landed, contacted Aldik, picked up my luggage, met him curbside in minutes. Car was spotless, comfortable, luxurious and best of all had room for my 5 suitcases! Water and hand sanitizer at the ready and best of all- my driver Aldik (spell check?) is a lovely teddy bear of a man, we had a great chat on the way home, he even helped me bring my luggage right to my front door. I would book this service again in an instant. Certainly beats the Lyft/Uber/ Taxi disaster currently at LAX. read more

Easy to work with, courteous, and mindful of public health during these challenging times, all at the right price.

This was the first time I had the opportunity to use a car service. My sister, her husband and I were traveling to Europe and were scheduled to fly out of LAX. We had decided we did not want to leave a car at the airport and after reaching out to a number of car services I chose Black Car Connection. Their professionalism and courteous manner and their quick response to questions I had asked was greatly appreciated. We had requested a pick up time of 4:30 am the morning of our departure and the driver was very prompt and the driver for our pick on our return had reached out to us to confirm our terminal so he could be there to pick us up. Black Car Connection was great and I highly recommend them to anyone who is wanting to leave their car at home and have a safe and comfortable ride to the airport. I would not hesitate to use them again and has inquired about their location in a couple of other cities. I wanted to thank all the individuals who I had an opportunity to interact with - Akis, Bill, Ben and Daniel. You were all great. Thank you so much, George Anne 5/19/2022 read more
