I was nervous when looking for airport transfer for my 91 yr-old mother-in-law traveling by herself for the first time from Burbank to Phoenix during the holidays. I chose Scott after reading the excellent reviews, and am so pleased to have found him. Everything went smoothly and my mother-in-law felt safe. According to her, "he is kind, thoughtful and friendly. He arrived on time exactly as planned and was especially good at communicating". When we were making arrangements on the phone, Scott offered to accompany her inside the terminal during drop off, and to wait for her at baggage claim during pick up. This gave us great peace of mind. I highly recommend Scott for his professionalism, thoughtfulness and reasonable rate. We will certainly use his service again. Thank you, Scott! read more

My husband couldn't have been more pleased with the service Scott provided picking him up from LAX and driving him home to the Santa Rosa Valley. He was flexible and professional, despite a last minute and fairly significant change in flight times. His rate was reasonable. And his car and driving style were both comfortable. Thank you, Scott, for providing my husband with a safe and pleasant ride home after a long flight! read more

Seriously. BEST. CAB COMPANY. EVER. Today, I got Scott. His taxi was like a limo, but with functional forward-facing seats! And seatbelts! He was just as friendly as Michael, and helped me with my luggage. When we pulled up to the train station, everyone stared at the limo with the taxi cab window cling. As I stepped out, I kinda felt like a movie star a little bit. I was also really tired, though, so that could've been my imagination running away with me. Anyway! Friendly drivers, plush cars that make you feel like a movie star, and taxi-fare prices? Yes please! read more

Conejo Valley Cab - This is Scott's taxi. It's like a limo, but inside it's just a plush multi-row towncar. Much preferable! - Taxis Near Me

This month we used Scott at Conejo Valley Cab for the first time. After reading all the positive reviews, I was hoping they were true. They were. He is a wonderful, caring and professional driver. His vehicles were spotless and comfortable. He kept in constant contact with me to reconfirm the trip, to let me know he was at the house, and at the end, to let me know he was at LAX. I am a very loyal person and will now use his service exclusively. Thank you Scott!! read more

Lovely limo service. Scott is a pleasure to work with and my ride from LAX to Santa Rosa valley went off without a hitch. Reasonably priced, no surprises. Will use them exclusively. Goodbye Uber. read more

We had the Lincoln Town car cart us around on my wedding day. Scott was awesome! Waited outside the hotel for whoknowshowlong with zero communication from us while we waited for the valet service. Got us there in one piece, turned around and brought over my handsome groomsfolk. Without Scott's courtesy and patience, there would have been no wedding! LITERALLY - had he left when we had him out there with no communication for so long, I would have missed the bell. Thank you Conejo Valley Cab!!!! Thank you so much!!!! :) read more

I called ahead to set up a pick-up time. The phone was answered in a professional manner. When the gentleman arrived the vehicle was clean inside and out. The driver was on time, amiable and accepted credit cards. Will definitely recommend this company in the future. read more

We are a Japanese / French couple and benefited today from Conejo Valley Cab. They have a strong customer service, making traveling with them enjoyable. They are accurate and on time, and while they provide way above normal quality of car their fees remain low. How do they react to unexpected change? Well, we made last minute request, and they were able to re-organize their planning of client pickup to accommodate our request and without the slightest complaint. I live in Tokyo with my wife where we are used to very high level of quality of service, and Conejo Valley Cab would compete very well with the Japanese companies. read more

Wonderful company! Thank you Scott for your follow up and support!! We really appreciate it. Made our return trip last night a pleasure!!

Yesterday Scott drove my daughter and I to the BTS concert at Sofi Stadium. The traffic at the stadium is unreal, and we were so thankful we could be dropped off close to where we needed to enter. Leaving after the concert, due to changes in traffic flow, he was unable to pick us up at the same spot. Even though we had to walk further than anticipated to meet him, he kept in constant touch to let us know where he was in the gridlocked traffic. It was such a relief to plop into the back of the very comfortable car and let him do the navigating to get us home. It greatly enhanced my enjoyment of our special event to not have to do the driving myself, especially late at night in unfamiliar territory. The rate was very fair (fare? haha), and we felt completely safe and taken care of with his personal service. I think he treats his passengers as he would his own family members. I will absolutely call him again and would not hesitate to recommend him to others for service to airport or special events. read more

Conejo Valley Cab has picked me up from the train station and taken me to the airport from Thousand Oaks. I never have to wait long, and always arrive at my destination on time. Very polite service, they are obviously customer-service oriented. And I love supporting a small local business like this one. They'll be getting a call next time I am in town. read more

Just got a ride from Scott when our Yellow Cab was over half an hour late. The town car was nice and the same price as a normal cab. Scott was professional & friendly, and the car was clean and well maintained. Definitely keeping his card on me! read more

Stretched lincoln town car.. and an american driver. Very nice.

So I chose conejo valley cab because of the great reviews and I was not disappointed. Glenn was a great driver, punctual and friendly. I'm very sad to hear he's retiring soon, so if y'all plan on using this company, which I suggest, try to get him while you can. Kay, who I spoke to for booking the cab, was very friendly, prompt in calling me back, and informative. I don't normally write reviews, and have had bad experiences with other cabs in the past, but this is a great company. read more

GREAT service and a cool Lincoln Town Car for the same price as a plain old cab! Called this company after seeing him driving around town. He was really nice on the phone and came early to pick my husband and I up at the Westlake Four Seasons for dinner at Mastro's. He was very amenable and came to get us within ten minutes of me calling them. I definitely recommend this company. It cost us only $30 for the trip including tip! read more

Had found them on Yelp and took a try. Quick service, friendly, and professional. Way better than your typical can company. I will use them each and every time I need a cab. read more

Amazing local business with 5 star class. I needed a ride to the airport from deep in the Malibu mountains to LAX at prime time traffic. I had 5 super heavy bags and he carried them for me from my front door to sky cap- never thought i'd make it with so many bags. The cars are clean and lovely- like a limo. They never smell of cigarette, etc. Also you can pay with credit card. Super reliable and on time. No one can ever find my house- and these guys did. I will never call a yellow cab again. These guys are the best. read more

Hands down - Best towncar service in the T.O./Westlake area. Scott and his staff are great and always on time. Reasonably priced and always an excellent overall experience. My go-to company for early morning airport trips. read more

Neat, clean, professional and very reliable. Flight was delayed to a very very late arrival, yet he was there waiting. All smiles and ready to go! Very dependable. read more

Although this is a small taxi company, they are big in service! Drivers Scott and Geno are the best! I have used Conejo Valley almost on a weekly basis over the past three months, getting to and from LAX. Scott and Geno got me there safely and always on time. And in the event my flight into LAX got delayed (which happened a few times unfortunately), they were very flexible at pickup and would make sure they would pull up at the curb as soon as I would step out of the arrivals terminal. Very reliable service! Scott and Geno are very friendly drivers and if both of them are occupied, they will make sure you get a similar experience by any of their backup drivers. I would definitely use them again and will highly recommend using their service in Ventura county to anyone! @Scott and Geno, excellent work guys, thanks again! read more

Fantastic experience! I needed a ride from Amgen out to Burbank Airport, just before commute time. I saw a Conejo Valley Cab leaving, called the number, and 10 minutes later 'bam' the owner himself is there in a Town Car. Not only did I make it on time, but safely and while having a fantastic conversation along the way. I don't do Yelp reviews in general, but this cab company's worth making an exception for! read more

Great service! Michael is an excellent driver! I would highly recommend this company.

We used Conejo Valley Cab for transportation for my daughter's rehearsal dinner and wedding day movement from and to our house and the church. We used their two town cars and their limo (with forward facing seats). The drivers were friendly and prompt. They were very flexible as the schedule slipped on the wedding day. I highly recommend them for your local and LAX transportation needs. read more

Conejo Valley Cab has consistently been the most reliable and economical for trips around town, so I use them a lot. Their cars are roomy and clean, and the drivers are on time, courteous, and wait until I get inside my front door before they drive away. I've used T.O. Cab Company several times in the past but their dispatcher confirms the pickup time and when the driver doesn't show their phone rings no answer, what use is that? I need a reliable ride. I rode in the Art Cab once but the car was making a funny noise from the rear end, a dash warning light was on, and people in the adjacent lanes on the freeway kept honking, so I won't use that one again. Since I can have a stretch limo at the meter cab rate, I like Conejo Valley Cab. read more

We just went to Mastro's for our 11th Anniversary and we didn't want to drink and drive. My husband found Conejo Valley Cab for the way home! Scott was our driver and he was a great driver and nice and the town car was awesome! It was a pleasant drive home in a nice an clean car!! Thank you Conejo Valley Cab! I wish you had drove us to Mastro's! We rode to Mastro's in American Cab and you are 100 times better than that company, it was falling apart and smelled like smoke!!! Thank you for making our trip home as great as our dinner! It was a great way to end our evening! I am going to use this company going forward for any evening going forward out on the town! read more
