I used their service once for a one way ride to LAX for a business trip…read more I honestly thought I reserved a multi-passenger shuttle because the price was not as high as I'd been quoted by others. The driver arrived on time and communicated with me as they were approaching and we were immediately on our way. The ride was great I think because the driver understand how to drive with a passenger. Unlike the majority of my experience with Uber, who are not "professional" drivers. I was able to catch a nap as a result. I don't often, not drive myself to LAX, but they gave me pause for their professionalism, courtesy and price.

Before Uber and ride-share, there were great limo companies to take for the day into DTLA and LAX, they seem to be few and far between. I could not more highly recommend them, we only use them for our car service.

Rachel stayed in contact with me from the time I booked to the day after the event to check in and see how everything with. Last night, we used them again for a Noah Kahan concert at the Rose Bowl, and our driver Lila made the whole night easy. The car was beautiful, clean, and clearly newer, exactly what you want for a special night out. Lila was easy to communicate with leading up to pickup, and when we arrived at the lot, she was already standing outside with the car lights on so we could spot her right away. Getting in and out of a sold out Rose Bowl show is genuinely no small task with traffic and crowds, but she navigated it smoothly and got us home without any stress. Their prices are competitive, especially considering the quality of the vehicles and how well maintained everything is. We'll keep coming back for special occasions. Highly recommend if you want a reliable, professional car service.

I used 805 VIP 3 years ago for an international trip and had no issues. I was so happy with the…read moreservice that I booked round trip transportation again for another international trip. However, sadly this trip and customer service provided by George has seriously missed the mark and I will never use this transportation service again. We had a schedule pick up on July 31 for our international trip and the driver did not show. No one contacted me, I had to reach out to the driver directly and ask for his status, at which point he told me he was having car trouble and I needed to contact George. I reached out to George and he apologized for the inconvenience and told me he did not have a back up driver and would refund me my trip and comp the return trip home. The problem was, I had to scramble last minute to find back up transportation to take my family and 3 yr old to the airport. Calling an uber wasn't realistic bc we needed a car seat, which 805 VIP was supposed to provide. So we had to find someone willing to drive us to the airport in our car last minute. I reached out to George prior to the return trip home and he assured me there would be a vehicle waiting for us and thankfully there was, however there was no car seat as promised. Once home I texted George to let him know we made it home and the trip went ok. I also asked him to let me know when the refund would be processed and George told me he would Zelle me the refund. Well, the refund never came. I reached out to George via text 3 times and email once inquiring about the refund for at least the trip TO the airport and there has been NO response. George full on ghosted me so I just called my credit card company to dispute the charge. This is unacceptable customer service and quite frankly a fraudulent business practice to charge customers for a service that was never rendered. I used 805 VIP transportation vs another company in an attempt to support a local business but really regret it. Not only did we have a stressful time getting to the airport but I also never received a refund that was owed. 0/10 do not recommend this company. Find transportation elsewhere.
