John is exceptional in every sense of the word. His level of professionalism is infinite. As a repeat client of his that has worked with many companies in the LA area, I can say without doubt that you will not find anybody who runs their business as efficiently as John. His level of responsiveness, punctuality, and top notch service is something you have to experience firsthand and this review will stand true. Highly recommended, look no further. read more

From start to finish John made our travel to LAX one less thing we had to worry about. As parents traveling with two toddlers getting curb side drop off and pick up was something we needed and D&J Transportation delivered! When I reached out for pricing and availability, John was quick to reply and upfront. No hidden fees and prices were fair! We were picked up in a black suburban at 5am and on our return picked up from LAX at 10:40pm--right on time! It was such a relief to know we didn't have to navigate shuttles or find nearby parking. We are so thankful! I have shared with friends and know that when we need another ride, D&J will be the first place I go to. Thank you again! read more

If you are looking for the "needle in the haystack" of car transportation services, search no further! I needed to find someone to drive me and my sweet 14 year-old Havanese dog to a 15-minute wedding ceremony on the county courthouse lawn in Santa Barbara & back home, which I thought was going to be a daunting task. I logged onto Yelp and decided I did not want to send out numerous requests for quotations, so I read many dozen reviews on various listings, looking for someone who would meet certain criteria beyond being on time: 1. comfortable vehicle easy to enter and exit, 2. pet friendly, 3. dressed in a business suit with good grooming, 4. good communication skills, and 5. reasonable rates. This deep search resulted in my sending ONE request -- to D & J Transportation, which also had only and many 5 star reviews. I took another reviewer's advice not to be dissuaded by the lack of a website, and I am 100% glad that I did! John does have a website, which he sent to me, but I did not really need to see it, as I had only positive "vibes" from his very quick quote request and telephone conversations. I could tell you the whole story how my booking his company unfolded, but it is more important for you to know that John is a consummate professional -- a genuinely caring family man who is an excellent driver. We had an easy round-trip to Santa Barbara with his navigational skills around the highway expansion construction. If I could give John more than 5 stars I would, as he is the "Creme de la creme!" My family would call him again in a heartbeat. read more

I cannot say enough wonderful things about D&J Transportation and John! From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless. We needed transportation at the last minute, and John went above and beyond to accommodate us. His communication was excellent, everything was incredibly easy, and the vehicle was beautiful, elegant, comfortable, and exactly what you would expect from a professional car service. This trip was especially important to our family because my mom is currently undergoing cancer treatment, and we needed transportation for her and my stepdad to and from an appointment. Having John take care of everything meant they didn't have to worry about driving, parking, or any of the added stress that comes with getting to an appointment. Knowing they were in good hands gave all of us such peace of mind. John was kind, dependable, professional, and genuinely caring. During a time when eliminating even one source of stress means so much, his service made a real difference for our family. Thank you, John, for taking such great care of them and for making everything so easy. We are incredibly grateful and would absolutely recommend D&J Transportation! read more

John and his team are the best! They are always on time and professional. You can count on them to be at LAX no matter what time of night or early morning it is, waiting to pick you up! We have used them for years for family and business trips and will continue to use them. Definitely takes the stress out of driving and parking at LAX! Thanks John :) Julie H. read more

John was a lifesaver! I needed a last minute airport pickup with a meet and greet and D&J was able to accommodate my request. The person being picked up barely spoke English but that was not an issue. Super fast response and great service, will definitely call again. read more

John and his team are awesome! My wife and I have used their service multiple times and each experience has been excellent. We really appreciate their great communication and how easy they make the entire process, from pick-up to drop-off. Their vehicles are always clean and comfortable, and everything runs smoothly. I've already booked my next ride with them and wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service to anyone looking for reliable transportation. read more

Super easy to book from start to finish. Driver showed up and navigated the treacherous LAX airport and picked up our family in a clean and roomy vehicle. Rates were more than reasonable and will definitely be using them again on our next trip! read more

We are very happy with Denny's Transportation! We called and spoke to John to schedule a pick up from our house to LAX and back (when we return 5 days later). Our conversation was easy and all necessary info was given. Mike picked us up at 5:30am on a Sunday, as scheduled. Lincoln town car. Ride was smooth and comfy and got us to LAX with plenty of time for us to relax and grab a drink :-) thx, Mike! Eric was at LAX waiting for us upon our arrival and had us text him our pillar number (outside middle concrete area) after getting our bags at baggage claim. Nice, big, and roomy suburban for our ride home. He was very nice and we had good conversation. Both cars were clean and comfortable. Both drivers were very nice! We were very happy that we used them and would do so again in the future. They were on time and we had a great experience. read more

Decided to take a car service for our first vacation in years. We were very happy with D & J Transportation and the service they provided from Santa Clarita to LAX. Very professional, clean, friendly and on time luxury car service company. We will definitely use them again. It made the beginning and ending of our trip stress free!! Plus I loved that they stayed in contact with us throughout their service. Big plus! read more

Used for a pickup/drop off trip. Friendly service and great conversation. Would recommend for a next trip in LA!

Great company Very reliable & friendly drivers. They are my go-to for transport to Lax Thanks John. Eric was a very good driver read more

This is by far the best car service I have ever used!! John who is the owner who drove us to LAX from Santa Clarita. He was so warm, welcoming, and courteous. The ride was a dream. Eric picked us on the return trip. He too was reliable and so welcoming. We hit some heavy traffic on the way home from LAX, and Eric remained cool, calm, collected, and friendly even as he found new and efficient detour route. Our plane was delayed and he kept up with changing destinations times. He was super timely picking us up. In fact, we kept him waiting since my luggage was the last to arrive! It was as if we had top notch personal drivers only we didn't have to provide the vehicle. They came with top notch SUVs in pristine condition. I can't thank John and Eric enough for making our trip to LAX top notch and super relaxing and luxurious. I highly recommend!!!!!!! read more

I cannot say enough good things about our experience with Denny's Transportation. Look no further for an excellent car service. From the moment I called (last minute) for a next day pick up on 11/06/23, John (the owner) was very friendly and accommodating. He explained all details & answered my questions in a way that was not rushed at all. Everything he promised was delivered (immaculate Chevy Suburban, professional/excellent driver). John also provided his cell phone in case anything came up. Our driver Eric was phenomenal. A consummate professional and an all around lovely person. I was going to a medical procedure and was a bit nervous. Eric helped me in & out of the car for pick up at my home, arrival at my appt., leaving the appt., and then back home. A true gentleman. He drove safely and showed how much he cared about providing a great experience. I will definitely be using this company for all my transportation needs, whether to LAX or anywhere else. And I will be requesting Eric. Thank you John and Eric! read more

We've used this service for our last two trips (both were cross-country flights from LAX). Traveling with 2 young kids (and car seats) makes long-term LAX parking or a shuttle service less than optimal. We opted for an SUV service and it was surprisingly affordable. Communication from John and the driver was excellent, it's just like texting with a buddy who's picking you up from the airport. The SUV's were very clean and they always showed up right on time. On our most recent trip, our return flight was changed the day before and then delayed several times. Our flight eventually landed at LAX at 2am and the driver was there, ready to get us home after a pretty terrible travel day. We definitely appreciated the flexibility and dependability. read more

Highly recommend D&J Transportation. John runs a great business highly focused on customer service. Will be using them for future airport trips for both business and personal needs. read more

Excellent customer service and very easy to work with! Scheduling and payment was a breeze and our driver was really great and clean vehicle for our ride to LAX! Will definetly use them again. Prices are almost the same for their transport service vs parking your car at airport for a week. Maybe a few $ more vs Uber, but the convinence of being picked up, comfortably driven / dropped off, then picked up from the airport terminal and brought home is awesome. No stress! read more

Fantastic service at a great price! We have used multiple times for pickup/dropoff at LAX. Would recommend.

Remarkable service. John who coordinated the pickup quickly and efficiently as well as Eric the lovely driver who was so professional and kind. We were delayed to leave the terminal without a way to inform the driver but he still waited for us at the airport and saved our lives. Wishing all professionals in the word would be as reliable and gracious as the people helped us at Reserve Denny's. Thank you so much guys! read more

Booked a last minute trip to Hawaii and had to leave our house (in the valley) at around 3am, it was an early flight. I considered parking my car at the airport, but I didn't want to drive that early; I considered rideshare but I didn't want the anxiety of having to deal with it that early in the morning. I booked Denny's Transportation gave him my flight info and was set. I literally set it and forget it. After all this was supposed to be a vacation, right? SO glad I went with this car service! John picked us up right on time, we even made a request to go to Starbucks which he accommodated. It was so nice not having to deal with any traffic, parking ect. Just sat back and relaxed. The price honestly wasn't too bad either. On the way back John confirmed with me. He unfortunately had another client who's flight was delay so he had his father, Mr Denny himself pick us up. It was a great experience. We booked the SUV it was nice roomy and clean. I'll 100000% book them again. I'm so happy we used them for our trip and can't wait to use them again. (Also Hawaii was pretty fun too. It was my first time) Okay got to go, booking my next vacation! read more

The whole process and communication was outstanding. I received a quote within minutes and it was definitely reasonable. John drove us to and from LAX and was always on time. They provide booster and toddler seats upon request which is great, as I needed one for my child. John was great at communicating and confirming pick up times and dates which was greatly appreciated. I will definitely be using this service again for future trips and recommending to family and friends. Thank you! read more

Exceeded my expectations! I requested some quotes and theirs was the most reasonable. I was arranging transportation for my nephew to get picked up from his late flight into LAX. The process was smooth every step of the way. I received a text from John confirming everything. The communication was excellent even when flight was delayed. John is very professional, courteous, punctual, and responsive. He was very well dressed and even wore a mask. I was so impressed with the service I booked him again for the return flight. I will most certainly be using Denny's Transportation again and highly recommend them. Call them for your transportation needs. You will not be disappointed. Thank you John. By far, this was the most reasonable service I found and I don't think anyone could have been better. Denny's made my trip into Burbank seamless. We were picked up promptly at BUR AND taken to our hotel in Woodland Hills. We booked the return and we left the hotel just as I had requested. I was given a text message to confirm our transportation and we have absolutely no complaints. I will call Denny's and not look for any other provider. read more

John is top notch! You cannot go wrong hiring a car from Denny's! They are not only all the things you need, they are the things you don't realize you need - ahead of time! So accommodating! Highly recommended! Use them! read more

We've used Denny's four times now for airport runs and feel confident leaving a 5-star review. This company is so easy to work with and the service is always on-point. From booking, to communication, to the drivers to the vehicles, everything has been totally positive and we only have good things to say. Pricing is totally reasonable as well. If you've ever been to LAX, you know that the long-term parking and Uber situation is an absolute nightmare (especially with the current construction) so taking the stress and worry out of the equation is worth every penny for this kind of service. We will continue to use Denny's and highly recommend to anyone in need of car service. read more

Denny's provided my family and I excellent service, a great clean SUV, prompt and clear communication, all for truly a great price. They even stored our toddler's car seat and picked us up with it in the SUV for our return flight. John and our driver Albert were great to work with. I will definitely use them going forward. I have nothing but good things to say about Denny's!! My husband booked a car to pick up my step-daughter from LAX and drive her to Pasadena. Halfway through the trip she realized she'd forgotten her purse on the plane and her driver took her all the way back to the airport and waited for her while she got her bag. (yes, they found the bag!) He then turned around and brought her on her originally booked trip to Pasadena. She felt very taken care of and we couldn't be happier with Denny's service. They are total professionals! read more

John was really great and friendly. He is very punctual as well as quick with response. I needed to reserve a car less than 12 hours before needing a car and he was able to accommodate the request immediately. Everything was smooth, seamless, and professional. He was able to get me from West LA to Ontario international Airport in less than 1 hour. #amazing Thanks, John! read more

I reserved an SUV to for My son and his friends to go to Universal. We had the best experience. The driver was on time and communicated the night before and morning of to confirm.
