My wife and I had a great experience with this car service. We used them to get us to the airport before a long trip, and to get us home after. In both cases the process was easy and comfortable, and they communicated very well. For the start of the trip, they contacted us the night before to modify the pickup time due to the scheduled construction in the Sepulveda Pass - consequently, no stress. On the return, we had both cancelled and late flights which delayed us significantly, but I was able to let them know the new flight info and they were waitng when we walked out of baggage claim. I will have no problem recommending this service to my friends and will certainly use them again. read more

We needed pick up to & from the airport. Communication was great & they were courteous, on time. We will be using them for all of our trips.

Use any other car service but this one. They have no concept of time. They don't understand the long lines at customs, or that things might run longer than anticipated. They left my family stranded at the airport because they were stuck in a customs line. It's absolutely shameful. Use any other company but this one read more

Amazing Company! We hired there Mercedes Sprinter to take 9 of our friends to Magic Castle. Very professional from the time they picked us up to dinner then back home. Highly recommend... thanks PROLUX for making the night a special one. read more

This was my second time using PROLUX Auto Group along with my daughters and two grandsons. We had a 05:00AM pickup, George was at our home at 04:45AM. Once we were all loaded we had a wonderful drive to LAX. We arrived in plenty of time. Upon our return George was waiting for us outside the baggage claim and we left the airport spending zero time waiting. On a separate note, on a previous trip with George my grandson asked for Apple Juice (drinks were provided by George), George did not have any Apple Juice. When George arrived at our home the next trip he remember the requested Apple Juice my grandson requested on their previous trip. My Grandsons think that George is an absolute rock start. This is a fantastic service, with top of the line vehicles. We all highly recommend PROLUX. read more

I found Prolux on Yelp and services did NOT disappoint! I received text messages a few days before my scheduled service. Drivers arrived on time, helped with my luggage, car was impeccably cleaned, and drivers were polite and delightful. I could go on and on about how pleased I was with the service. In short, I can say that my drivers were perfect gentleman and I have Prolux locked in for all of my transportation needs. Use their service once, and you'll never consider another. Yabadabadoo we love you! We went on an 19 day international trip and we were suppose to be picked up and dropped off by a family member however upon our return, our family member had an emergency and was unable to pick us up at LAX I searched YELP and found Prolux Auto Group. George responded to my request quickly and had the best pricing and Yelp reviews of the three companies that I contacted. Our flight was delayed out of New Zealand however George was still waiting for us at the airport. We texted him that we had our luggage and were walking towards the door. He was outside with his trunk open and he quickly loaded our four heavy bags. The large SUV was very comfortable and it had cell phone chargers, water and mints nicely located in the back seat. We made some small talk with George and he was very personable. When we arrived at our home George took our luggage all the way to the front door which was a nice gesture. Prolux Auto Group is now our 'go to' transportation to every local airport and the cruise port. Bravo George and Prolux Auto Group! : ) read more

George was on time, friendly, a great driver, and a consummate professional. Will definitely be using him again!!!

Honestly - Very confused by the way this company operates. The voice on the other end of the line, "George", was not particularly warm or welcoming. He sounded like he was very busy (he was) - and therefore maybe he shouldn't be the one answering the phones ... so that he can focus on the more important job of scheduling... and not accidentally put off potential new customers due to a lack of warmth or welcome. When I asked if it was possible for us to go over rates, the response? "Well I'm completely booked for the rest of this month, and I'm just busy scheduling out everything, so now it's not a really good time." While it's lovely that this company is "so busy" they don't need to bother to discuss Business with potential new customers... THIS kind of response is obviously it's what a new customer needs to hear. The customers taking the time to look up a company, read the reviews, and call. Perhaps it might be nice if the owner welcome to them and made them feel respected for taking the time to do so? ;) Perhaps this company will never need to worry about how to actually speak to new customers, but THIS was definitely not it. With they're literally being over 100 car companies out there in Los Angeles, I'd skip this one and move to one that actually sounds happy to welcome your business - even if they ARE "very busy" at the moment. Would not call. read more

Amazing experience with this company. We were traveling with 6 people (including 2 children), so I was a bit stressed- especially since our flight times were pretty random. They really did everything to alleviate that stress, and went above and beyond on both the pickup and drop-off. On top of that pricing was very reasonable and the transportation itself was extremely comfortable and relaxing. Highly highly recommended. read more

We called Prolux and spoke with George. He knew all about the transportation industry and answered all our questions. We always take the bus to LAX so this was the first time using this type of transportation. Our family of needed help getting to the airport and George got us scheduled and was very easy to book this. We only needed one way, but he did offer a round trip. His driver, Victor, came early to our house and helped us load our suitcases into his Luxurious SUV. He was very polite and knew exactly where to drop us off as the airline terminal moved due to construction as we didn't know. It was good not to have to worry about this part of the trip. If we ever need to go to the airport we would definitely use them again. Both George and Victor get 5+ stars from us. Thank you!! read more

Great experience using Prolux. We had a very early departing flight from LAX. George picked us up right at our scheduled time (5:15 am) in a new black SUV, complete with phone charger hookups and water bottles. He was very professional and we got a smooth comfortable ride to the airport. I'm even more impressed with our return - we originally had a return flight arriving on a Saturday at 10:30 pm. Our flight was cancelled and we booked the same flight the next day, which was then delayed by 2+ hours. George was very flexible with all of the delays and was still able to pick us when we finally did arrive at around 1:30 in the morning. I would definitely recommend this service! read more

George was nothing but professional in his communication and service. The car, a late model large SUV, was clean and comfortable, with courtesy waters in the back seats. Most importantly, he was on time picking us up from home (Santa Clarita) to LAX and back home after our trip. We got a text as we landed and he magically appeared not 2 minutes later curbside to get us. Back safe and sound at home. Highly recommend Prolux for your transportation needs! read more

Extremely professional and on time , five stars. Highly recommended. Clean vehicle and still provide fresh water for the family of 6.

Can't say enough good things about George and Vic at Prolux. I found them via all great Yelp reviews - the reviews were accurate. George was highly responsive and proactive in communication with me. My Aunt was flying from NY to SoCal and I did all the planning from NorCal. George even caught that we had an error in the flight number . Vic the driver was beyond courteous and and engaged in conversation with my aunt the entire drive. We are booking the return trip now and will use Prolux whenever we need transpo in SoCal! Thank you Prolux! read more

I highly highly recommend George and his excellent car service. Prolux is our go to whenever we fly in/out of LAX and they are the BEST. Whenever I use them the driver is waiting for us outside baggage, loads us up in seconds, and we are on our way home. No trekking to the Uber lot or waiting for a shuttle that's usually full and has to stop at every airline. Viktor was our wonderful round trip LAX driver 4/19 & 4/26. Drove my family of 6 with golf clubs and car seat in a beautiful comfortable SUV. What a breeze. Thank you George and Viktor! read more

Most amazing car service thank you George - so nice to be calm on the way to vacation!

I was planning a plane trip that required us to fly out of LAX just after Christmas Day. I have been so frustrated with driving to LAX and then trying to find parking that is not sold out or the shuttles actually pick you up. I was fortunate to call George with Prolux Auto Group. He took all the worry out of everything. This operation is prompt and efficient and has excellent customer service. They monitor your flights and check for delays etc so they are there for you when you need them. Trust me, I plan on using Prolux Auto Group in the future. read more
