Excellent car service to and from the airport. My parents were visiting from Europe and they departed on different dates, so we got to use them twice. They were great both times. Really prompt in answering online customer queries, really efficient booking, reasonable prices. The driver arrived early both times and my parents reported that he was polite and courteous and the car (a Lincoln SUV) was in immaculate condition. Bonus points for being flexible to changes at short notice. My mom thought all along that she was leaving on a particular date, we booked her car days in advance with iLimo, we thought we were set, and then she checked her emails one night only to find out that her flight was actually the next day and not in two days as we'd all thought. Turns out she had been looking at the landing date in Europe, which was different than the actual US departure date due to the time difference. That prompted some panic at 10pm at night. I immediately called iLimo expecting either my call to go unanswered or for them to say that they didn't have a driver available at such short notice (it was a holiday weekend too). To my surprise, the call was answered immediately and the operator quickly rescheduled my mom's pick-up for one day early. There were no issues at all. We used iLimo 4 times when we travel internationally so far. Always good experience with them. Easy to book, reply email really quick, on time to pick up and easy communication, after we pick up our luggage and text them and within like 15 minutes they'll be at where we asked them to at the gate. Easy to pay as well with credit card. Car is quiet and clean. Really don't have anything bad to say about them at all! Recently we thought about using uber to go to LAX, but it is actually more expensive(and it's not really a busy hour when we checked the price) unless you do the uber share which we will never do that anyway. A very good transportation company ! We were upon landing not able to continue to the gate for parking due all gates occupied by other planes. We were in holding for 40 min and my cell phone was in my bag in upper compartment and I couldn't get out of my seat to get it per flight attendant. Our driver had to wait patiently for us even though we were landed we did not get off plane for another 40 min. Than customs after that waiting long time for luggage . I booked a limo for 1/14/17 and the reservation process was simple. The driver was timely, courteous, and professional but did not help the ladies out of the vehicle. The quality of the limo was very average with a few key disappointments. There was only a CD player (in the front, not accessible to the passengers) which no one uses anymore. The lights were either on or off, nothing cool about it. The leather seats were worn out badly in some spots and snagged my nylons. :(. These guys are the best. I have been using them close to 2 years, mostly, whenever I travel on business. Almost every time I call them Tony comes to pick me up. He is always on time, 15 minutes early in fact; very courteous and well spoken. Needless to say, he knows his way around the city and is a careful driver. Tony and I chat about various topics, travel, great drinks, countries and culture during the trip. He is a well informed man and appears to have traveled a bit. We used iLimo for our ride to the airport and back a week later during the 2017 Thanksgiving Break. Our experience was nothing short of great, right from when I first contacted them through their website for a quote. I received a quote within a few hours and scheduling the pickup was a breeze. Given a very early flight, we asked that we be picked up at 4 am. Tony arrive sharp at 4 am on tour departure date and the entire trip to the airport was very smooth. The car was very nice, comfortable and clean, and Tony was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the ride. We were impressed enough by the ease of it all that I scheduled a pickup from the airport for our return trip shortly thereafter. On the return, our flight was scheduled to land at 10 pm, but was delayed a little due to a gate not being available at LAX. As soon as I switched on my phone on landing, I received a text from Tony saying that he would meet us at the baggage claim area and when I mentioned that it would be a while before we deplaned due to a gate not being available, he immediately texted back saying "No problem, I'll be here as long as necessary".
