Tony was right on time and such a gentleman! The company is very professional and I recommend Ilimo highly. read more

This is our first time using a car service to go to LAX. Many would agree that driving to LAX and figuring out parking can be stressful. We contacted iLimo and could not be happier with the service. Communication with the driver (Tony) was seamless as he picked us up from home to take us to the airport. Upon our return, he texted once we landed, and we kept him up to date as we deplaned, went through immigration, and retrieved our luggage. We made it to the pick-up point and waited less than 5 minutes for him to arrive. We will use their services again. read more

I started my search on Yelp for a car service from the valley to Malibu to celebrate an anniversary. Of the various places I reached out to for quotes, iLimo was the quickest to respond and easiest to the do business with. Their online booking process was easy and straight forward and the price was very reasonable. The driver arrived on time and was very courteous to my entire family. With current pandemic situation he was very careful to ensure he was socially distant yet provide a professional service. The car we booked (an SUV) was very clean and our entire family felt comfortable during the ride. The drive to Malibu was very smooth through the canyons and when we were ready to head home our driver was ready to take us back. If you're looking for a professional, clean, safe car service, please look no further - we look forward to doing business with iLimo again very soon. read more

Tony is AMAZING! I was referred by a friend and he did not disappoint! I have now used iLimo and Tony's service 4 times. The 2nd time there was a mixup with the booking and Tony worked his magic and made it work for us. I won't use anyone else when I need transportation to and from the airport! ilimo and Tony are beyond 5 star rating. read more

Great service. I've lived in LA for decades but I didn't know the side roads that the driver took to avoid traffic getting into the LAX loop. Saved us a lot of stress not to be stuck in a jam on the well-known entrances to LAX. read more

My daughter started using this service for my arrival from the Bay Area into Burbank. Highest of praise for this company. I'm in my 70's do's meets to get my luggage and helps with all needs. I will definitely be booking with this company again! Called ahead of time to ask some questions and Tony answered them all and even helped me figure out the timing I would need to make it to LAX in time for my very early AM flight. The car was clean, comfortable and even showed up early. Professional, friendly and reliable! read more

Awesome Service! Driver, was punctual, kind, considerate, helpful, and professional. Thank you!!

Found them on Yelp, booked the service through their website! Owner Tony was very helpful and answered all my questions before booking. Booked for one way trip from SCV to LAX and requested 2 toddler car seats. Price is a bit higher compared to others, but we were happy overall. The driver showed up on time, was very courteous and helpful with the luggage. The car could have been cleaner and the drive could have been smoother but overall a good experience. read more

It was my first time using this company. My parents were picked up at LAX and driven to my home in Antelope Valley. My parents were very happy with the driver from start to finish. I will be using this company for all my needs in the future. read more

Excellent car service to and from the airport. My parents were visiting from Europe and they departed on different dates, so we got to use them twice. They were great both times. Really prompt in answering online customer queries, really efficient booking, reasonable prices. The driver arrived early both times and my parents reported that he was polite and courteous and the car (a Lincoln SUV) was in immaculate condition. Bonus points for being flexible to changes at short notice. My mom thought all along that she was leaving on a particular date, we booked her car days in advance with iLimo, we thought we were set, and then she checked her emails one night only to find out that her flight was actually the next day and not in two days as we'd all thought. Turns out she had been looking at the landing date in Europe, which was different than the actual US departure date due to the time difference. That prompted some panic at 10pm at night. I immediately called iLimo expecting either my call to go unanswered or for them to say that they didn't have a driver available at such short notice (it was a holiday weekend too). To my surprise, the call was answered immediately and the operator quickly rescheduled my mom's pick-up for one day early. There were no issues at all. We've been very happy with this service, we definitely recommend them, and will gladly use them again in the future! read more

I've used this service twice now, and I recommend these guys. Prompt, professional, and courteous service. Tony & Oleg...thank you, gentlemen...I've got you on speed dial. read more

Found these guys on Yelp. Contacted them at 4am for my mom's flight out the same day w a pick up of 9am. They answered their line. Gave me a great price and their guy was here 15 min early. I've been ordering car service for my mother when she visits for pick up and airport drop offs. She said this was the best driver she's had in the 12 years she's been visiting. And the car they picked her up in was fabulous. Will definitely use them again. read more

Excellent service by this company! Tony was awesome, clean car, on time and charming. Thank you for a safe night! We were able to enjoy our evening and be able to be safe securing transportation to and from LALive. Pricing was reasonable and the customer service was impeccable. read more

We used iLimo 4 times when we travel internationally so far. Always good experience with them. Easy to book, reply email really quick, on time to pick up and easy communication, after we pick up our luggage and text them and within like 15 minutes they'll be at where we asked them to at the gate. Easy to pay as well with credit card. Car is quiet and clean. Really don't have anything bad to say about them at all! Recently we thought about using uber to go to LAX, but it is actually more expensive(and it's not really a busy hour when we checked the price) unless you do the uber share which we will never do that anyway. This is great! Will keep using them and recommend people use them as well! Very glad I found them on yelp! read more

I used iLimo and the professionalism, timeliness was incredible... look forward to using him again. And my departure time was an ungodly hour, I needed to be to the airport from the Valley by 4:30-5 am... I prefer taking red eye flights as I'm not coherent before 11am. read more

I used iLimo for pick-up at LAX and agree with all the great reviews! It was reasonably-priced, easy to book, fast & easy curbside pick-up and Tony is a great guy. Would definitely recommend and plan to use this service in the future. I'm grateful to other Yelpers for helping me find it. read more

A very good transportation company ! We were upon landing not able to continue to the gate for parking due all gates occupied by other planes. We were in holding for 40 min and my cell phone was in my bag in upper compartment and I couldn't get out of my seat to get it per flight attendant. Our driver had to wait patiently for us even though we were landed we did not get off plane for another 40 min. Than customs after that waiting long time for luggage . Our driver was still there waiting for us Amazing and he was very understanding about our situation l. Also I would like to compliment him in his safe driving. Very impressed. Have no second thoughts this is your transport company to reserve read more

I booked a limo for 1/14/17 and the reservation process was simple. The driver was timely, courteous, and professional but did not help the ladies out of the vehicle. The quality of the limo was very average with a few key disappointments. There was only a CD player (in the front, not accessible to the passengers) which no one uses anymore. The lights were either on or off, nothing cool about it. The leather seats were worn out badly in some spots and snagged my nylons. :(. I would have rated this higher if the quality and accessories of the vehicle were better. Many thanks to iLimo for responding and taking action! I appreciate that as a customer. I will definitely do business with you again. read more

These guys are the best. I have been using them close to 2 years, mostly, whenever I travel on business. Almost every time I call them Tony comes to pick me up. He is always on time, 15 minutes early in fact; very courteous and well spoken. Needless to say, he knows his way around the city and is a careful driver. Tony and I chat about various topics, travel, great drinks, countries and culture during the trip. He is a well informed man and appears to have traveled a bit. The cars are very clean and there is always a bottle of water in the back for the customers. I will not hesitate to use iLimo in the future, their prices are very reasonable too. But the most important thing for me is punctuality, I totally respect that. read more

Excellent service! Prompt, professional and friendly! Highly recommend! We will never use the fly away again!

We were going on a trip with our 3 year old and we needed a ride to the airport. I am crazy about vehicle safety when it comes to my son so I was really nervous about having a car service provide a car seat. iLimo was amazing. The driver showed up right on time and the car seat was state of the art. The car was clean and the whole experience was incredibly pleasant. I will absolutely use iLimo for every airport trip. They are hands down the best limo service in Los Angeles. read more

Real professionals....provided service to and from LAX. Will definitely use them again.

I can't say enough wonderful things about this transportations company. We used to use another service for our frequent travels and were searching for a new service. After quite a bit of research we found iLimo and were very impressed by Tony's prompt responses to our questions & professionalism. We booked them for our round trip transportation to LAX over the busy holiday season. They were prompt, professional and friendly. Pricing was reasonable. We are so happy to find our new, permanent, transportation company! Thank you iLimo! read more

We've been using iLimo for over 5 years and they have never once been late or unprofessional. We've used them mainly for airport transportation, but have also used their limo service. A few years ago we got stuck on a cruise ship and I forgot to call to tell them we were delayed a day. They were so polite and didn't charge me a penalty for standing them up at LAX and came back to get us the next day. This is a class act company with courteous and safe drivers, clean cars, and they always arrive early to pick us up. read more

I could not recommend iLimo more highly! The driver was extremely courteous and professional in every respect, and the car was spotlessly clean, luxurious and extremely comfortable. It started my business trip off on a great high note and upon my return, the driver was waiting at my gate and again, the journey home from the airport was every bit just as pleasant. I intend to use iLimo again as I now consider myself a very happy, satisfied, and loyal customer. read more

We used iLimo for a 0630 Saturday morning ride to LAX from the SCV. Our Driver 'Tony' showed up before 0600 and was extremely professional and polite. Safe, slow drive down the empty freeway. I would recommend iLimo again. read more

Absolutely Phenomenal! I flew into LAX having been a victim to the east coast flight delays stressing because now my schedule was all over the place and I was running late to my meeting. The driver stayed on top of my arrival and made the process incredibly smooth, and I can't express enough relief and gratitude for that. I was truly losing my mind with my airline, and never fully trust these commercial transportation services that are popular nowadays. This is actually a company that cares, because for once I didn't have to worry. I was attended to with genuine attention and think I may have even gained a friend. In fact, that's exactly what it felt like, a friend that cares and is helping me out to make sure everything goes as planned. Traffic was avoided with an astonishing knowledge of the side streets of Los Angeles and the vehicle itself was spotless. Can't thank you guys enough! See you next month! read more

We used iLimo for our ride to the airport and back a week later during the 2017 Thanksgiving Break. Our experience was nothing short of great, right from when I first contacted them through their website for a quote. I received a quote within a few hours and scheduling the pickup was a breeze. Given a very early flight, we asked that we be picked up at 4 am. Tony arrive sharp at 4 am on tour departure date and the entire trip to the airport was very smooth. The car was very nice, comfortable and clean, and Tony was extremely courteous and helpful throughout the ride. We were impressed enough by the ease of it all that I scheduled a pickup from the airport for our return trip shortly thereafter. On the return, our flight was scheduled to land at 10 pm, but was delayed a little due to a gate not being available at LAX. As soon as I switched on my phone on landing, I received a text from Tony saying that he would meet us at the baggage claim area and when I mentioned that it would be a while before we deplaned due to a gate not being available, he immediately texted back saying "No problem, I'll be here as long as necessary". About 30-40 minutes later, we were in the car driving back home and Tony again was very polite and courteous. I would gladly recommend iLimo to anyone needing a ride to the airport. The cost was very reasonable and the service was impeccable. read more

He was an excellent driver. The sedan was immaculate. I would definitely recommend this limo company to all of my friends and everyone reading this. And their prices are reasonable!! read more
