Our driver Chris, was so helpful, professional, and patient with my husband and I on the day of our wedding. We were upgraded to a luxury SUV, we were given the ultimate luxury experience! The Lincoln Navigator was clean and smelled great and seats were a great size for my dress and my 6'1 husband. Chris picked us up and dropped us off at 3 different locations. And included pick up at the end of the night. Thank you, Chris, and Limo 805 for making our wedding day so special and memorable. We've been using Limo 805 for years now when going to and from LAX/Westlake Village. The vans and cars are always super clean and fresh smelling. George is a very safe and reliable driver, especially with our 3 kids in the car. This time our flight arrived more than an hour early and George was well aware and already at the airport waiting for us to get our bags. 100% satisfied again. Thanks, Limo 805 and Guillermo! read more

We have used Limo 805 twice in the last year to go from Ventura to LAX. Each time was a wonderful experience. All 4 of our drivers were really nice, fun, professional and kept in contact. This is the only way we will travel when we need/want a car service. The overall customer service is beyond excellent and in our minds, worth every dime. We found them very reasonable in their pricing and could not be happier. Thanks, Limo 805 & our drivers! read more

My flight was landing at 1 AM, and I looked at a number of companies to provide a ride from LAX to Ventura County. Limo 805 had positive reviews and responded quickly. They did not disappoint. The ongoing communication was clear on what to expect, and the driver Bobby was waiting upon my arrival. He was professional, courteous, and personable. Prices were competitive, and even beat Uber's black car service by a hefty margin. I will use Limo 805 again and highly recommend their service! read more

In a word: EXCELLENT! We used Limo 805 for a family trip that included 6 adults, 1 child, and a surfboard. We wanted to avoid the hassle of driving from Ojai/Ventura to LAX and back. Everything about the experience was first class. We received confirmation the day before and 1 hour in advance with the name and contact info for the driver. The vehicle was immaculate and roomy. The drivers were attentive and friendly. We couldn't have asked for a better experience. read more

The most professional limo company around. Our driver Chris is the most professional, helpful, friendly and all around fabulous driver we've ever experienced. We highly recommend this car service. read more

If you care about safety and dependability when going to / from the airport, then Limo 805 is for you. After an all to sketchy ride to the airport in an Uber, I realized my personal safety, predictability of ride, and comfort were far more important than trying to save a few bucks. I found Limo 805 and have never been happier. I live in Westlake Village - and one of the drivers made it a point of letting me know that they are based locally in Thousand Oaks and really understand the needs of the people in our community. My rides to and from LAX have been amazing ever since. If you travel a lot / have a serious job, worrying about transportation is not something you want to deal with. These guys have completely removed that anxiety from my head so I can focus on more productive items (eg work). Nothing feels better than getting off of a 5 hour flight into LAX, only to have a driver right there waiting for you. Bonus: Tip is already included in your quote, making it a lot easier to submit an expense report. I give these guys 10 out of 10. read more

Excellent service! They were able to work with me on my flight cancellation and being rescheduled for the following day. The driver was professional, and communicated with me immediately upon arrival, letting me know where to meet. Car was clean and comfortable and made driving back from LAX to Ventura quick and painless. I'll be using their services from now on! read more

I have nothing but great things to say about 805Limo! They are the best. My drivers are always early - they communicate when and where they are so I can easily find them in busy LAX airport. My flights are often very early in the AM and there has NEVER been a hassle, We start in the dark wee hours no problemo! Chris is my go-to guy- and he is hassle-free. In fact, I consider him a friend. He arrived at LAX last night with home-baked SOURDOUGH BREAD! are you ready for that!? He is a super cool dude and he is always super easy. I hate the hassle of airport transport and he gets me there and back with ease and comfort and his car is always immaculate. I am so happy with the way the company sends updates and emails, keeps track of flight changes and manages all the incidentals. I am so confident in my recommendation that I will bet anyone $5 they are the BEST~!! read more

I'm a repeat customer and have been very happy with my experience. I will continue to exclusively use this company if everything stays as it's been. Easy booking, very and consistent with great drivers with helpful attitudes. You get a nice car and the confirmation sent the day and hour before always set my mind at easy. One note is that the gratuity is included which is fine for me, but I did have one driver who made me very uncomfortable when he argued that his tip wasn't included (yet I was staring at my receipt confirming it was) and he basically pressured and shamed my husband and I insisting there was no such thing as a prepaid gratuity. So I kind of wish it wasn't included because leaving and not paying a tip is uncomfortable depending on which driver you get. This driver also played really loud dance music and I was exhausted after my flight and wasn't in the mood for such a loud vibe. But again, that was one experience out of five I've had so far and the other four drivers have been great-- very polite and considerate. I am much happier since I discovered this company. read more

We were picked up at LAX by Will. Wow He communicated with me from the time we landed until we connected at Baggage claim. He was very patient and professional as well as friendly and personable. Great service! Always nice drivers and clean cars. I use it regularly for airport pick ups.

Have been using this service for years. Easy to schedule pick ups. You can Go online or call directly. Couple times I've put in the wrong date for pick Up...easily fixed with a call. I appreciate the email to confirm pick up 24 Hours before and the text from driver within hour of pick up. So any last Minute info can be communicated. We especially like and enjoy Chris as Our driver. Heading to LAX is a breeze... one gets dropped off at your airline terminal For easy check in. And upon return driver meets you before baggage pick up at carousel. Driver will handle the luggage and one just sits back and relaxes on trip Home. Hubby and I don't fight about his driving or traffic or other drivers on the road. That alone is worth the cost. read more
