When we were making arrangements on the phone, Scott offered to accompany her inside the terminal during drop off, and to wait for her at baggage claim during pick up. My review is long overdue as I've been using their service to and from LAX for my elderly Mom for more than 5 years at least. Noah and all his drivers not only are always on-time or earlier than the scheduled pick-up but also goes above and beyond and my Mom is very pleased with this sedan service ! Communication is seamless and there have been several occasions when I needed to change the pick up time and/or place the wrong address, but they have been able to accommodate this new change or my mistake (without getting upset)!! We are very fortunate to have come across this service and moved on from another shuttle company as again they are prompt, reliable and personable and easy to talk to! If anyone hesitant, please don't and just ask for Noah!!!

I was supposed to get a phone call or email last night regarding my ride to the airport and I have not. Their online chat does not work either. I am pretty sure I am screwed out of my money and my ride. **UPDATE** DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE. It's worse than I thought. They literally called my screaming at me that they sent me an email, and they did not. They sent me a email after they yelled at me and said that they refunded my money and they did not (it's not pending in my bank account). They never once confirmed my ride, they only yelled at me for the yelp review and cancelled my ride. I am still texting with this person who has threatened to sue me for "misrepresentation" (that's not possible). He is now accusing me of trying to ruin his business and told me "God has a way of treating people who do things like you are." WTF? I just wanted a ride to the airport. I really don't need this drama. See my pictures. He admits to screaming and yelling at me.. Guess they are concerned about their reputation but not their customers.

He never did. After talking to the owner, Matthew, he said the driver, Germa, was not our "tour guide," and whatever other malarkey before I had to hang up in disbelief...which is HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. He made the experience so comfortable for my girlfriend, and I as he drove us to LAX. What's more important, he made sure you were entertained while you sit in the god-awful traffic in Los Angeles. It's incredibly important that while we pay for a service, that luxury doesn't necessarily mean just the vehicle, but the overall experience from pick up to drop off. Pegasus was recommended to us by a local hotel (for wedding guest transport), and all of the Google reviews are glowing! However, right from the start, customer service seemed to be severely lacking. I requested a quote online on Monday (immediately received an automated email acknowledging my request and indicating that I would receive a response "very soon"). I waited until Wednesday - after not receiving any communication, I followed up via email (the email they have listed on their site). Waited until Friday. Still nothing. I called first thing in the morning on Friday, but apparently while their hours are 6am-5pm, their Sales Team does not start until 8am. No biggie. The lady on the phone took down my name and number and told me that someone would give me a call before 9am. (side note: I did not mention my 2 previous requests... simply approached it like a brand new inquiry) 11:30am rolled around - nothing. So I called again - this time I did mention that I had called in the morning and didn't receive a call back. I finally got through to someone on the Sales Team, and she gave me her email address (I believe this was her direct email address, as it is not the same as the one listed on their website) and told me what information she needs me to include in my email. I emailed her all of the information within minutes of hanging up the phone. I received a proposal about 3.5hrs later, reviewed it and found that it did not take into account the details I had provided. I replied to the quote within 20 minutes of receiving it, requesting a quote with the details I had already provided. Today is now Thursday of the following week, and I've not received any response or updated quote. I've decided to book with another transit provider. Update: it's now Tuesday of the next week and I've finally received an updated quote. 2025 Update: I received a phone call from Pegasus in the second week of March 2025 inquiring if I was still interested in their services. lol
