I was coming back from LAX on the shuttle service and the guy that picked us up. Was watching TV on his phone and literally driving like a maniac he almost got us in. I would say five accidents with cars honking at us him slamming on his brakes, him cursing at people this guy was out of control. He literally was going almost 85 mph on the freeway and then when we got on PCH, he was going 10 miles over the speed limit and then at 25 mile hour zone where there's construction he was going about 55 mph. The guy was reckless. Continue to watch YouTube video while we had passengers on the shuttle. I complain to the company and I got no response back.

Then at the end of the ride while singing along loudly to his Christian and old school music so it was tough to rest with earplugs in, he basically demanded tips from everyone just for barely doing his job. He was so rude the entire time. I wish I remembered his name to file a complaint with the company. It was a 7:30 pm flight back from LAX on 7/2. He was older, lightly bearded, gray, Caucasian and extremely rude! He was verly aggressive to the point that the drive felt unsafe... like on the verge of road rage.

I was very happy with my experience with Roadrunner for a roundtrip between Simi Valley and LAX…read more My domestic flight was leaving at 7:30 am and the reservation system for the shared ride suggested a 5:45am estimated arrival time. I wanted to arrive at least 2 hours prior to get through TSA and to have a decent breakfast before the flight, so I overrode it and requested 5:15am arrival. My confirmation call informed me that my pickup time would be 3:45 am which seemed extremely early, but I accepted it because I could not afford to miss this flight. The driver was a friendly gentleman who arrived on time and got us (picked up a 3rd passenger) to LAX around 4:40 am (no traffic jams). On my return trip, I only waited about 5 minutes for the driver after I made the pickup request call. I was the only passenger and the driver was very friendly and nice. The vans used for both trips were clean and seemed fairly new. I picked Roadrunner over Uber/Lyft because I wasn't sure I can trust some random driver picking me up around 4 am. I picked Roadrunner over Prime Time Shuttle because Prime Time outsources their service to Uber/Lyft (see aforementioned concern).

Everyone's prices were within a similar range but these guys were the most friendly & helpful of all the calls I made to inquire about services. What a way to start our trip out & while I fully don't expect the limo tomorrow when we get back, it was so awesome that I won't ever bother shopping around next time we need a car service. Class people & outstanding customer service. A+++ & highly recommended. I wanted to add that we were picked up by the same driver (Amy) & she was awesome again. After comparing several options to get to LAX, I decided to try Ventura County Airporter Shuttle…read more My decision was mainly based on costs, $50 each way, total $100. Tips are additional. This was my first time taking the shuttle to and from LAX. I took an uber to the pickup location in Ventura, which is on the left side of the hotel. The shuttle arrived on time and it went onward to the Oxnard pickup location. The ride to LAX was smooth, under 1.5 hours. The driver was friendly and professional. On my return trip, it was easy to find the orange shared rides pick up locations. I arrived earlier than expected so wanted to take an earlier shuttle than I originally scheduled for. The driver easily accommodated this. The ride back to Ventura was also smooth. As I was exhausted from my trip I slept practically the whole ride back. This is a great economical option to get to and from LAX, especially for a long trip since the parking fees can be quite costly.

The vans are rough and loud, in fact they are so rough, some of the bumps are almost painful. I tried them again recently and for some reason the driver took PCH from LAX to Ventura. This was a hot July Saturday so we shared the road with the thousands of people that were going to the beach that day. WAZE and Google maps showed light traffic on the freeways. It is mind boggling that the driver would take the route she did. I am determined to make this my last ride on them. I checked Uber prices and if there are two people, Uber is slightly more expensive. If there are 3, Uber is less expensive. Plus the Santa Barbara Airbus now stops in Oxnard.

An Amazing Experience with SILVERWING Limo & Leo Navarro!…read more I cannot say enough wonderful things about SILVERWING Limo and its owner, Leo Navarro! The service was truly Class A from beginning to end. We booked the minibus for my daughter's 21st birthday celebration, taking her and her friends from California Lutheran University to a nightclub in Hollywood, Los Angeles, and everything went perfectly! Leo was punctual, reliable, professional, fair, and extremely diligent. As a parent, I especially appreciated how he kept me in constant communication throughout the evening and made sure the passengers were taken care of. Knowing that my daughter and her friends were in good hands gave me tremendous peace of mind. The minibus was clean, comfortable, and perfect for their celebration. Leo was also such a pleasant person to work with professional, friendly, and reassuring. My daughter and her friends had an amazing time and were very happy with the entire experience! The pricing was also very reasonable and competitive, which made the experience even better. I 1000% recommend SILVERWING Limo and Leo Navarro! I will absolutely be sharing his business name with family and friends and will definitely consider using his services again in the future. Thank you, Leo, for helping make my daughter's 21st birthday so special and memorable!

I'm 76, my wife is 72, and we had our luggage. My wife did manage to get to the next terminal. The driver's excuse was "it just slipped my mind." Just about the worst customer service we have ever had. I would not recommend Silverwing to anyone.
