I purchased a Google Offer deal for Executive Limo that was supposed to be a 2-hour ride with champagne. It was awful from the beginning to the end. They were unorganized and sent us a car that fit half of the people we told them we needed to accommodate. We requested in writing 4 times, as well as called 5 or 6 times to confirm that we needed a 10 person limo. Although we only used an hour of the 2 hours for the leg to the event, they charged me over-time for the ride back. They charged me the over-time without ever contacting me or getting authorization because they had my credit card information. It was supposed to be a special treat for my fiance's birthday, not a source of frustration and discontent. read more

We were taking my daughter and her friends to Universal Horror Nights for her 13th birthday and had initially planned on driving ourselves until the night before when we decided to look into renting a party bus. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY! I have never been so disappointed in a company's service in my life. I rented a party bus for my sister's bachelorette party two weeks ago in May 2015. On arrival, the alcohol had hair in it. The emergency window latch popped out halfway through the first half hour. After the first hour, the bus BROKE DOWN and left us STRANDED on the side of the road for ONE HOUR. While i continued to be put on hold and occasionally speak with Patricia during the one hour when my 21 guests and I were stranded, Patricia informed me she would provide our group a full refund due to the inconvenience. The bus driver also personally informed me that Patricia failed to train him appropriately and he had no clue on how to operate that particular party bus. Patricia also on the phone kept stating "the bus driver should have never done that...he should have never left that on." My group eventually had to pay an additional $76.00 to take UBER cabs to a new destination instead of being left stranded on the side of the road. Days later, Patricia's tune changed and she came up with multiple excuses on why she would not provide a refund. She failed to provide me any sort of refund and didn't even pay for the ADDITIONAL $76.00 OF CAB RIDES THAT WE WERE FORCED TO TAKE DUE TO OPERATOR ERROR AND FAILURE TO TRAIN HER EMPLOYEES. I urge you to avoid renting or using her services or company. It was a disaster and the customer service is the worst I have ever dealt with. read more

We used them last night for our Christmas party. First we had a dinner party at a local establishment then we had the party bus with lights meet us there for a tour of the South Bay to see the Christmas lights. The bus was even a little early, clean and everything in working order. The driver was professional yet friendly. The bars were well stocked and the sound system was awesome! Everyone had a great time and the driver then took those who had partaken of the bars home as per our contract. My fiancee wanted to go to Vegas for the weekend with our friends to help celebrate her 40th birthday. So we reserved a party bus to drive us from Los Angeles and drop us off at our hotels in Las Vegas. I can't tell you how please we all were with the services provided! Great energy, great personality, and she had to deal with some of the worst driving conditions I've witnessed in Southern California. Deb maintained her spirit through it all and got us there safely. All the while we partied it up in the back with champagne, beer, liquor, loud music, a cool lighting system, and a stripper pole! I needed to book a car service for a high-profile celebrity, just to transport this person from one location in Malibu to another location 15 minutes away. I called every car service in the Malibu area, and the prices were astronomical. All of them had a 3-hour minimum. When I finally got to Malibu Limousine Patricia answered the phone herself. There was no 3-hour minimum, and the price she quoted was $50 lower than the lowest quote I'd received all day. More importantly, Patricia really listened to my request, was willing to work within our budget. She even upgraded the car she sent to our celebrity at no extra cost just to make sure the passenger was comfortable. Malibu Limousine has worked with many celebrities and production companies (as well as regular people, I'm sure); they understood our requests, worked with our special requirements, handled everything with discretion, and did it all with a smile. I was recently in Malibu for a bachelorette party. As MOH I had to coordinate quite a few things, including the transportation to and from the airport. Since there were 12 of us we found that getting one limo made more sense than getting 3-4 ubers to hold all of us plus luggage. Since we hit LA traffic it was SO much more enjoyable to enjoy each others company and sip champagne while we got to our destination. The price was so reasonable and we actually had a great time. When it came time to leave and get back to the airport uber/lyft rides we RIDICULOUSLY expensive (~$170 per regular sized car) so I quickly called Patricia (owner/manager?) who got us a limo back to the airport within the hour, and even threw in a bottle of champagne for us to share. She was so sweet and accommodating and really saved us at the last minute. Highly suggest this company!! read more

May 2015 Very Disappointed! They did not deliver on what we signed up for. We signed up for a 4 hour tour of LA in a party bus with stops at scenic sights. The party bus that was sent for my cousin's bachelorette party broke down after an hour! 21 people waited on the curb side for an hour. Patricia told us that she would refund us and pay for our UBER cab rides to a bar but has NOT done this. They did send a hummer limo to drive us home but by then the damage had been done. We had people travel from Washington, Chicago, Wisconsin, Toronto Canada, Seattle and I'm sure I've missed some others, and the Saturday night party bus was the one event we were all able to be there together for which this company managed to screw up! read more
