We waited until the anticipated time and watched a Silverwing bus drive right by us. We call them and they said if we hurried we could catch the bus at the next terminal! I'm 76, my wife is 72, and we had our luggage. My wife did manage to get to the next terminal. The driver's excuse was "it just slipped my mind." Just about the worst customer service we have ever had. I would not recommend Silverwing to anyone.

They provide car seats for $15 each trip and it's very convenient to have that as an option for infants and/or children who will be traveling with you. Skyline is definitely not the cheapest transportation option but much cheaper options are less reliable with long wait times. The shuttle service will text you the night before your trip with information details about the van and later an ETA (estimated time to arrival). You can call the 1-800 number almost any time you have questions. I say almost any time because I don't think anyone was available to answer at 4am Pacific Standard. Other than that, there is always someone who will answer and answer your questions or change your pick up needs. I would definitely recommend this shuttle service to anyone and I would consider using this ride service in the future.
