We waited until the anticipated time and watched a Silverwing bus drive right by us. We call them and they said if we hurried we could catch the bus at the next terminal! They provide car seats for $15 each trip and it's very convenient to have that as an option for infants and/or children who will be traveling with you. Skyline is definitely not the cheapest transportation option but much cheaper options are less reliable with long wait times. The shuttle service will text you the night before your trip with information details about the van and later an ETA (estimated time to arrival). You can call the 1-800 number almost any time you have questions. I say almost any time because I don't think anyone was available to answer at 4am Pacific Standard. Other than that, there is always someone who will answer and answer your questions or change your pick up needs. I would definitely recommend this shuttle service to anyone and I would consider using this ride service in the future.

I provided all information that they requested and they were unable to find my reservation and they told me to call scheduling. Mind you I received a confirmation email which means the reservation should be in their database. Both women I spoke to had quite a bit of attitude and lack of problem solving skills. One woman just put me on hold and then hung up :) Stephanie just tried to argue :) I called back when the scheduling department was open. I called the phone number on the website and asked for the scheduling department; 2 people just transferred me back and forth between each other when I asked for the scheduling department. When I called them out on this the woman on the phone just asked what I needed and was able to help me cancel my ride. And for some reason she was able to look up the reservation with the confirmation number ....

They are NOT local, and they have a NO REFUNDS policy that they don't tell you about until after you call to cancel.
