I used their service once for a one way ride to LAX for a business trip…read more I honestly thought I reserved a multi-passenger shuttle because the price was not as high as I'd been quoted by others. The driver arrived on time and communicated with me as they were approaching and we were immediately on our way. The ride was great I think because the driver understand how to drive with a passenger. Unlike the majority of my experience with Uber, who are not "professional" drivers. I was able to catch a nap as a result. I don't often, not drive myself to LAX, but they gave me pause for their professionalism, courtesy and price.

Before Uber and ride-share, there were great limo companies to take for the day into DTLA and LAX, they seem to be few and far between. To & Fro certainly provides the same level of service and dependability as you would expect, and pay for, in a private car service. I could not more highly recommend them, we only use them for our car service.

Not only did she help me decide what vehicle would work best, she DECORATED it with my favorite colors and beautiful balloons! The extra time and effort was so appreciated and it made everything that much better. Rachel stayed in contact with me from the time I booked to the day after the event to check in and see how everything with. She answered all of my questions, was super responsive and attentive, and was just such a lovely person to work with and chat to. It was such an above and beyond and personable experience - I saved her number in my phone as "Rachel Bus Boss"! Our driver Rosalyn was the best - such good vibes, kept us safe and was super attentive and made sure we were all having a good time. I wish I had more (and better) photos but I was just having the time of my life! :) I'll definitely be booking with them for any of my future party bus etc. needs, and you should too. (For those curious, the theme was "Last Chance Soiree", and everyone wore something they've only worn once as a chance to rewear it!)

Last night, we used them again for a Noah Kahan concert at the Rose Bowl, and our driver Lila made the whole night easy. The car was beautiful, clean, and clearly newer, exactly what you want for a special night out. Lila was easy to communicate with leading up to pickup, and when we arrived at the lot, she was already standing outside with the car lights on so we could spot her right away. Getting in and out of a sold out Rose Bowl show is genuinely no small task with traffic and crowds, but she navigated it smoothly and got us home without any stress. Their prices are competitive, especially considering the quality of the vehicles and how well maintained everything is. We'll keep coming back for special occasions. Highly recommend if you want a reliable, professional car service.
