He arrived even before the scheduled time so I was able to make it where I needed to be in plenty of time. On the way back, he even was willing to wait for my friend and I so we could complete the necessary paperwork at the medical center. Next time I use this taxi service I will be requesting Alex again as he made the whole experience as easy as possible.

Well no wonder Uber and Lyft have taken over this business. This morning I called for a cab at…read more7:07am. I waited. And I waited. And I waited. Finally at 8:41 the driver shows up! Who has patience to wait that long??? My cell phone server wasn't working which is why I had to resort to a taxi. Finally, 6 minutes before the driver arrived I was able to get an Uber. Yes. I cancelled the taxi and I took the Uber who had a six minute eta and fulfilled it. Sorry yellow cab, this isn't personal against your driver but an hour and a half is nowhere near acceptable service. The one star is for the driver. No fault of his.
