He arrived even before the scheduled time so I was able to make it where I needed to be in plenty of time. Who has patience to wait that long??? My cell phone server wasn't working which is why I had to resort to a taxi. Finally, 6 minutes before the driver arrived I was able to get an Uber. Yes. I cancelled the taxi and I took the Uber who had a six minute eta and fulfilled it. Sorry yellow cab, this isn't personal against your driver but an hour and a half is nowhere near acceptable service. The one star is for the driver. No fault of his.
