LA LAX limo service is our go to car service when we need a ride to the airport. The owner / driver is Mike. His car is very impressive and classy. He's all dressed up in black too, so he looks very professional. If you need to make a stop someplace in between, he's flexible, but his ultimate goal is to get you to the airport on time for your flight. If your return flight is coming in late, let him know and he will keep track of the flight so as to pick you up at the airport when you come in. His car is always impeccably clean, with water bottles put out for one's enjoyment. He's professional all the way and super dependable. On top of all this, he's reasonably priced! Fantastic service. I called (from Chicago) to book a car to pick up my father in Burbank and take him to the Burbank airport. For the low price they quoted me, I expected them to send a share-ride, but they sent a town car and my dad was the only passenger! They showed up ten minutes early and were very courteous. I was able to pre-pay over the phone, and I appreciated that they didn't charge my card until services were rendered. Then, I happened to find LA LAX Limousine -- which changed my perception of town car services. Their price was extremely competitive - lower than all of the other services I've used, including taxis -- and the service is outstanding. The driver was at the airport, as promised, when I arrived to the baggage claim level at LAX. The driver looked and acted professional and his vehicle was spotless and smelled fresh. There were bottles of water and some magazines in the back seat and the ride was quick and comfortable. I had some guests comign into town and wanted to have a car service to drop us off at the restaurant and then pick us back up after having a long night out partying. Tony showed up early and patiently waited out front for the ladies to get finished. Dropped off at the SLS from Redondo Beach, ate at The Bazaar, cabbed it over to Hollywood, and then was picked up at the nightclub. The driver was very accommodating and handled the simple evening professionally and smoothly. Dropped us off, paid out, and slept it off. It was nice to get a car service for the same price as a cab would have cost for the drive. Just make sure you take car of your driver. read more

DO NOT USE!!!! Absolutely unreliable! These reviews must be planted from the owners or friends because 55 minutes before my pick up the guy calls me an says his car broke down and "...sorry. It's my only car". What?!?!?! I didn't buy his bullshit excuse. He is a small solo driver who didn't feel like doing the commute for me and calls last minute to cancel. Never again and please don't try to save a buck by using them! You'll get screwed! Pay a bit more an go with a company that actually has a dispatch service! Try 24-7 ride... Great company/owner and service. You couldn't ask for anything more. I had been using taxi-cabs for most of my airport needs but never again. I've used this company 3 times now during the month of April, and Michael, the owner has been on point each time. Arriving early to each scheduled appointment, text message replies to confirm or answer any of my questions, plus a very nice/clean car that's stocked with magazines and water. Excellent service & would highly recommend to everyone! Have used them twice already for sedan service (technically 4 times since both times were r/t pickup & return from LAX). Last time we booked the day before our trip & they said "no problem at all!" Both times we had Michael as our driver & he was very nice, punctual, professional & got us to and from the airport safely and on time. Car was always clean with bottles of water and magazines to read. They coordinate with you for airport pick-ups beforehand to find out if you want to be met inside the terminal with a sign or outside at the curb. We always do curbside and just call the driver when we've gotten our bags. They actually have called us both times when our plane landed to say, "we saw you just landed, we're here on site...just keep us posted when you're ready". Talk about efficient! Easy!! You can reserve by sending a text message! Great communication, booked last minute for my husband's 50th birthday trip to Vegas. Picked us up 2 hours before flight and got us to LAX from woodland hills just before cut-off time (no checked bags). On our return, Things didn't go smoothly, thanks to the airline & no fault of the driver's. Alex the driver waited patienlty in baggage claim despite our plane landing and being stuck on the runway for over 30 minutes & not being able to find us. Due to being stuck on the runway I was unable to use my phone to communicate with Alex (which could've been a disaster for us and for an impatient driver) because the airline had the flight listed as landed on the arrival screens. So, for 30 minutes the driver attempted to locate/call us unsure of whether we were still somewhere in the airport or had made alternate plans without notifying him. Thank goodness he made the extra effort. After a long weekend and a late flight my husband and I were exhausted. We would have been furious had the driver opted not to wait. The town car was clean, stocked with bottled water. Alex the driver was curteous, friendly and extremely polished in attire and professional. Much to his relief we hadn't ditched him and even much more to ours he was one of the first drivers we saw at the baggage claim entrance waiting patiently. Our ride was comfy, we slept all the way home!!! I highly recommend this company!!! For those who complain about mishaps there is no such thing as perfection, mistakes are bound to happen as businesses are run by humans. What matters is that there is a sincere effort on the company's part to take ownership of the mistake by rectifying it to the customer's satisfaction. Based on my experience and the character that I witnessed with it's employee. I believe they strive to put customers first.
