Michael, the driver, was fantastic, courteous and professional. He was flexible and was able to make a couple of pit stops without a problem. He was punctual and easily accessible. Highly recommend getting a car service out for a night out on the town in LA!!! read more

The best driving service. Always on time, always available even last minute. Piece of mind is so important when traveling and knowing you have a reliable ride to and from the airport is great!! Michael is very professional. My wife and I stopped using any other car service including Uber because in our experience they were all unreliable, caused to many headaches and unnecessary stress from unsafe driving etc.. Michael is always our first call, he's a great driver and we even contacted him on our last trip abroad last minute at around 2am because a family member couldn't pick us up and he came through without question! Simply the best car service we have experienced, period. read more

Top Top!! Reliable, safe, clean and comfortable vehicle, on time, friendly and polite...scores great in all categories!! Used the service about a dozen times, and plan to use it every time in Los Angeles. read more

LA LAX limo service is our go to car service when we need a ride to the airport. The owner / driver is Mike. His car is very impressive and classy. He's all dressed up in black too, so he looks very professional. If you need to make a stop someplace in between, he's flexible, but his ultimate goal is to get you to the airport on time for your flight. If your return flight is coming in late, let him know and he will keep track of the flight so as to pick you up at the airport when you come in. His car is always impeccably clean, with water bottles put out for one's enjoyment. He's professional all the way and super dependable. On top of all this, he's reasonably priced! That's why we've been using him for 5 years now and will continue to do so! read more

Michael offers fantastic service, on time and great vehicles. We use him every time we travel to LA. We are always on time to our flights and he is always there, ready to pick us up when we fly in!! Wouldn't use any other service. We have been using LALAX for 3 years. read more

Fantastic service. I called (from Chicago) to book a car to pick up my father in Burbank and take him to the Burbank airport. For the low price they quoted me, I expected them to send a share-ride, but they sent a town car and my dad was the only passenger! They showed up ten minutes early and were very courteous. I was able to pre-pay over the phone, and I appreciated that they didn't charge my card until services were rendered. I will definitely use this company again the next time I need to send a car to pick up guests! read more

Failed to show up! Terrible experience! Failed to even call! I called and the sleepy nervous excuse was even worse, "the police pulled me over" - for what 2 hours? yeah right... read more

After several disappointing experiences with different airport town car services in the greater Los Angeles area, I was about ready to give up on the search for a reliable service. Then, I happened to find LA LAX Limousine -- which changed my perception of town car services. Their price was extremely competitive - lower than all of the other services I've used, including taxis -- and the service is outstanding. The driver was at the airport, as promised, when I arrived to the baggage claim level at LAX. The driver looked and acted professional and his vehicle was spotless and smelled fresh. There were bottles of water and some magazines in the back seat and the ride was quick and comfortable. I definitely have found my choice for airport town car service and can't recommend it highly enough! read more

Just used LA LAX Limo service twice, to and from the airport. Very pleased with their service. Very prompt and the town cars exceptionally clean. Will definitely use them again. read more

I had some guests comign into town and wanted to have a car service to drop us off at the restaurant and then pick us back up after having a long night out partying. Tony showed up early and patiently waited out front for the ladies to get finished. Dropped off at the SLS from Redondo Beach, ate at The Bazaar, cabbed it over to Hollywood, and then was picked up at the nightclub. The driver was very accommodating and handled the simple evening professionally and smoothly. Dropped us off, paid out, and slept it off. It was nice to get a car service for the same price as a cab would have cost for the drive. Just make sure you take car of your driver. read more

DO NOT USE!!!! Absolutely unreliable! These reviews must be planted from the owners or friends because 55 minutes before my pick up the guy calls me an says his car broke down and "...sorry. It's my only car". What?!?!?! I didn't buy his bullshit excuse. He is a small solo driver who didn't feel like doing the commute for me and calls last minute to cancel. Never again and please don't try to save a buck by using them! You'll get screwed! Pay a bit more an go with a company that actually has a dispatch service! Try 24-7 ride... It's a good one! read more

Nice cars, good rates, and on time! What else could you ask for? They are my new car service.

Great Car Service! I've called twice at the last minute for a business pickup - both times, they were available and there on time - really reasonable rates too. They are now my go-to car service for business in that area. Thanks Michael! read more

There on time to pick me up, had water in the back of the car which was great, and got me home timely. We had to maneuver around the traffic which took me longer to get home than anticipated--but that is no ones fault. All and all, I would definitely use again and recommend. read more

Great company/owner and service. You couldn't ask for anything more. I had been using taxi-cabs for most of my airport needs but never again. I've used this company 3 times now during the month of April, and Michael, the owner has been on point each time. Arriving early to each scheduled appointment, text message replies to confirm or answer any of my questions, plus a very nice/clean car that's stocked with magazines and water. What more could you ask for!? Also, the one time I needed a pick up at LAX, he was there waiting at the baggage terminal with a luggage cart already paid for and in hand. Top shelf service and company - you won't be disappointed. -Luke read more

Every time I am going on vacation or on any trip out of town it starts from LA LAX Limousine. Always on time, very reliable. Michael is very professional. Always available: holidays, weekends, late nights or early mornings. Have been using LA LAX Limousine for almost 6 years. Would never call any other company. Exceptional service!!!! read more

Great car service . I definitely recommend them. Michael, the owner, is easy to deal with and very professional. They show up on time and have always gotten us to where we needed to go and back right on time. And the cars are clean and very impressive, especially this last car my wife and I were picked in, the latest Lincoln. Very luxurious. A great ride, great service, and professional management. read more

We had given up on car services and were leaving a car at the airport until we stumbled upon Michael. Now it is the only way we will get to LAX, a concert or anywhere that we don't want to drive. MIchael the owner is professional, pleasant, and reliable. Prices are fair, cars are clean and comfortable. read more

I've just returned from a trip where I used LA LAX Limousine for car service to and from the airport. I can not say enough good things about this company. The car was a clean town car, with bottled water and magazines inside. The driver was on time, very friendly and polite. The price can not be beat. No hidden fees or charges. The price quoted includes tip, taxes and all fees. I would definitely recommend to others. A+ read more

Excellent service & would highly recommend to everyone! Have used them twice already for sedan service (technically 4 times since both times were r/t pickup & return from LAX). Last time we booked the day before our trip & they said "no problem at all!" Both times we had Michael as our driver & he was very nice, punctual, professional & got us to and from the airport safely and on time. Car was always clean with bottles of water and magazines to read. They coordinate with you for airport pick-ups beforehand to find out if you want to be met inside the terminal with a sign or outside at the curb. We always do curbside and just call the driver when we've gotten our bags. They actually have called us both times when our plane landed to say, "we saw you just landed, we're here on site...just keep us posted when you're ready". Talk about efficient! Can't say enough great things about them...see for yourself and give them a try! read more

Amazing service!!!! My sister and I went out with friends for dinner and drinks. Nice not have to worry about how's driving or if we were ok to drive. Great prices too and would definitely use LA LAX again and again.... read more

Hired last minute. Driver was on time professional and put up with our yapping - what a good sport. We use drivers all over the world and US cities and we strongly recommend this service! read more

Easy!! You can reserve by sending a text message! Great communication, booked last minute for my husband's 50th birthday trip to Vegas. Picked us up 2 hours before flight and got us to LAX from woodland hills just before cut-off time (no checked bags). On our return, Things didn't go smoothly, thanks to the airline & no fault of the driver's. Alex the driver waited patienlty in baggage claim despite our plane landing and being stuck on the runway for over 30 minutes & not being able to find us. Due to being stuck on the runway I was unable to use my phone to communicate with Alex (which could've been a disaster for us and for an impatient driver) because the airline had the flight listed as landed on the arrival screens. So, for 30 minutes the driver attempted to locate/call us unsure of whether we were still somewhere in the airport or had made alternate plans without notifying him. Thank goodness he made the extra effort. After a long weekend and a late flight my husband and I were exhausted. We would have been furious had the driver opted not to wait. The town car was clean, stocked with bottled water. Alex the driver was curteous, friendly and extremely polished in attire and professional. Much to his relief we hadn't ditched him and even much more to ours he was one of the first drivers we saw at the baggage claim entrance waiting patiently. Our ride was comfy, we slept all the way home!!! I highly recommend this company!!! For those who complain about mishaps there is no such thing as perfection, mistakes are bound to happen as businesses are run by humans. What matters is that there is a sincere effort on the company's part to take ownership of the mistake by rectifying it to the customer's satisfaction. Based on my experience and the character that I witnessed with it's employee. I believe they strive to put customers first. I highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again!!! read more

Incredible service, perfect timing, very reliable!!!!! Must use when in LA!!!

Michael is one of the best drivers I've ever had. He went above and beyond to make our trip from LAX the easiest I have ever known. He was early, had a long wait, helped with luggage, had a clean car with water and soda and was the most courteous man. read more

Couldn't be happier with their service -- called mid-afternoon for a car to take my daughter from La Canada, through Beverly Hills to pick up a friend, then to the beach for graduation party. Their rate was very reasonable and confirmed within an hour. The driver showed up early, and spent time to clean the already spotless new TownCar -- he couldn't have been nicer or more polite. They absolutely will be my go-to company when I need rides to the airport or other in-town transit. read more

great and friendly driver - car was clean - felt very safe
