Not only was he amazing, but he was completely reliable and most importantly safe. The car was spacious enough for my Bruin to bring home laundry to do at home. We booked this service because of all the five-star reviews, but our experience was the exact opposite. For our roundtrip airport transport, we confirmed twice over the phone that we needed a rear-facing car seat and a vehicle that could fit five passengers with luggage. The driver showed up without the correct car seat, and the car was too small for our bags. When we brought this up, we were told the driver "forgot." This created a stressful and unsafe ride for our baby. On our return ride, the same driver was over 20 minutes late, joked on the phone that "no one's coming," and when we asked for an ETA, gave no clear answer. When my elderly father expressed frustration, the driver threatened to leave us at the airport. This was deeply unsettling--especially since the driver knew our home address. After the trip, I spoke with Rich (the manager), who acknowledged both incidents were unacceptable and promised a refund and a free ride to make it right. Neither happened. It's not about the money--it's the principle. The broken promises and continued lack of follow-through make me feel we were lied to just to de-escalate the situation. I don't take writing negative reviews lightly, but this experience was unacceptable. This company may have good ratings, but if something goes wrong, you're on your own. I would not trust them again--especially if you're traveling with children. read more

It was easy to communicate with Happy Shuttle to in advance of a trip to set up a schedule for pick up to be driven to LAX and a pick up for a return trip to home. The Driver was on time and even though our return flight was 5 hours delayed from planned pick up time, Happy Shuttle's driver was at the airport for our late return. Weird experience. I hired Happy Shuttle for a red-eye flight in December because of the five-star reviews, but in hindsight, probably should have just scheduled a Lyft. My driver couldn't find my location, and I ended up having to walk around my neighborhood looking for him - I finally told him to meet me at a public location. He then couldn't figure out how to get from my location to the freeway, and asked me to look it up for him. He said it was because his GPS was broken. And then he made a surprised noise when I told him I was flying first class on American, and to please drop me off at the door. Like... okay. Weird all around. read more

left us stranded! needed to pick us up at 830 am driver called at 827 stating he would be 10 minutes late. called multiple times they kept hanging up because 30 minites later driver didn't show up. after using 3 different phone to contact customer service they tell us driver won't make it and we won't get our money back. had to pay over $200.00 for a taxi and we missed our flight. terrible company usa transporation is the nest used them 8 times. always on time and they wait for you ready to go at the airport. we had to call, they didn't even call to tell us the driver would actually never make it. we had to call and they hung up on us about 5 times had us on hold pver 15 minutes to tell us. terrible company terrible customer service. do not book with them! read more

We used (found them on Yelp and Google) this service for transport to and from LAX for a family of four (two adults and a two year old and 11 month old) and in short will NOT be using them again. To their credit, their drivers were nice, punctual and drove safely. The driver for our pickup was polite and got us to LAX smoothly. We had requested two rear facing car seats. They were installed correctly - they were the revolving option. The return trip was a bit of a mess because the car arrived with seats basically not installed at all. They were just sitting in the seats with belts looped through but not secured. I had called and even told the office more than once I needed rear facing seats. We spent what felt like an hour at the arrival pickup trying to fix the seats. At one point I think the driver tried to back her seat up to keep the seat from moving. I ended up figuring it out myself. The straps were also far too short for my son because of how it was originally set up (as people with car seats will understand) and so it was very uncomfortable for my son the whole ride back. The driver tried her best to help and was nice enough about everything, but also clearly did not know how to install the seats. The arm rest and straps hit my wife and daughter while she was readjusting things. I chatted with the driver on the way back and she was nice. She did mention in passing that Happy Shuttle subcontracted out the service to another company located in Ontario because they were so busy. That seemed odd to me. read more

Happy Shuttle is just amazing, I booked a pick up to be taken to LAX. Jonathan arrived on time in a clean comfortable car and got us to the airport stress free on August 6. I really like the company as they send you reminder the day before as to the time they will be arriving, and let you know when the driver is on the way. Upon our return on August 30, we had already received the day before that the driver would be there, and a text from Harry that he was close by for our pick up, sent a photo of car and license plate and requested us to send a photo of us showing where we were once we got our through immigration and received our luggage, and were at the median. It was just minutes after I sent my text that he arrived, as he was waiting close by. He knew the best way to drive, keep in mind this is Friday beginning of Labor Day Weekend Harry was very personable and we really enjoyed our ride home. It really doesn't get any better than this. They are so professional and I love how you can make the appointment and choose your ride online. The only issue I have is you don't really get a formal validation that your online request has been approved. It looks like it is pending and the only way I knew was when I texted the person to confirm. The good thing is they are very quick at texting back so you will always have updated info. They are extremely great and getting back with you if you have any concerns prior to as well as on that day. It seems like they function 24/7! The service is unmatched. Don't even bother searching for other places. Just use this service shuttle if you need any help to and from airport. I love how they have a whole YouTube on where to meet the shuttle that they can send to you in case you're confused coming out of international terminal. My parents are older and quite confused coming out of the international airport, and the driver was so good to help them unload the items into the shuttle and then into their home when he dropped them off. read more

And on that morning, more info will communicate with you through text as well. We have drivers Jonathan and Johnny. Both are excellent driver and arrive right on time. Both are excellent drivers. This is one of the reason that I want to use reliable shuttle service instead of share rides. I want a driver with good driving skill (and habits) to go around the crazy LA traffic. Total wait time for driver to arrive at my house: zero, he was 5 min early. Total wait time at LAX: 16 minutes. Driver was stationed outside LAX waiting and texting me updates... and that pickup after an 11 hour flight honestly mattered more to me then the one that got me to the airport. Traffic? We requested 3:30 AM service and our driver, Jason was at the house 10 minutes early. Not a problem for us, since we were ready to go. Jason texted to let us know that he was waiting outside the house. Our return trip from LAX to home was with driver, Jonathan. When our airplane landed, I had a message from Jonathan with instructions on how to meet him. Our flight arrived at LAX one hour early and he was already waiting for us at the airport. I texted him to tell him our flight had just landed and texted him again when we were at the baggage claim area. We met our driver on the second level of the airport, which is the departure level since our flight arrived after 6:30 PM. We just had to take the elevator up one floor.
