Outstanding service! We booked a large van for our family of eight and traveling with a one year-old that needed a car seat and my mobility scooter. The customer service was super friendly, the driver checked in with us the night before to confirm everything and was waiting on time at our hotel to take us to the Cruise port. The morning we returned from the cruise, I had received a message the night before confirming his pick up time the following day. He was again extremely prompt, kept in good communication via text to find us quickly at the port. Car seat was ready to go for our little one. They picked me up from my house to LAX (25 miles) for $130 whereas if I chose Super Shuttle it would've been $180 on the same date and time. I've used this service for LAX transportation several times. The driver has always been right on time for both pick up and delivery. In one instance a bomb scare temporarily closed down the passenger pickup area and created traffic havoc when it reopened. We booked Red Line Shuttle to take us to/from the airport during the holiday rush. Alejandro picked us up bright and early (4am-yikes ;) ) and drove us to the airport safely. He was very polite, friendly, and professional! On the way back, our flight got rerouted mid-air and had to contact Red Line Shuttle once we landed. We weren't sure if they could accommodate us. We were extremely thankful and impressed that they had no issues at all with the last minute change. They have been monitoring our flight and noticed the change themselves. They quickly sent someone over to pick us up at a different airport. This is where Angel came in- literally an Angel- he was happily waiting for us in the pouring rain/heavy traffic on NYE at the busiest airport. He drove us home safely before the clock strike 12 (We weren't going to turn into a pumpkin but felt bad that he should have been off but had to pick us up). My family and I have used Red Line Shuttle at least 3 times now. None of our extended family or friends want to make the drive from south O.C. to LAX to drop us off or pick us up, so we always need to find a ride. I've used Uber, Lyft, and even booked other companies but, so far, we've been happiest with Red Line Shuttle. Our latest experience is probably the best reason why we will use Red Line Shuttle again: Our flight back from Europe to LAX was cancelled at the last minute. I contacted Red Line Shuttle from Europe with a new arrival day/time. Then, that flight was cancelled. So, I had to reach out to them, again, to change our reservation. Red Line Shuttle rebooked our reservation without a problem and our driver (Rodolfo) texted us a confirmation the night before we were scheduled to arrive. After all the delays and rescheduling, when we finally arrived in LAX, we waited at baggage claim for 1 hour... only to find that our luggage never made it and was stuck in Europe. We then had to get in the very slow lost baggage claim line. I was so nervous that Rodolfo would have to leave us behind at LAX because our pickup was so delayed. After all was said and done, Rodolfo had to wait for me and my wife to exit the terminal for almost 2 hours! He didn't leave us behind. Glad we picked Redline Shuttle vs Uber or Flyaway bus. It's our chauffeur and no other passengers or people (carpool), just my husband and I. Red Line Shuttle is the best shuttle service if you are visiting the LA area! My family recently flew into LAX and needed a ride to Anaheim (Disneyland). I found Red Line Shuttle online and booked well in advance. The rate was very competitive, much much cheaper than Uber or Lyft! I was traveling with two small children so we needed a private shuttle (van) to fit our big checked bags, the stroller, and room for the car seats. The flight to LA was chaotic! We were supposed to land at 10:00am but because of delays we didn't land until after 5:00pm. Our driver was checking in with us via text throughout the day and kept up on our flight status - one less thing to stress about while stranded at the airport with small children. We finally landed at LAX and would now be fighting 5:00 LA traffic all the way to Anaheim. Our shuttle driver was so kind and courteous, helping load our luggage into the very well maintained van (seriously looked brand new!). This next part is where Red Line really stood out. Our 4 month old baby had officially had enough with this travel day and proceeded to scream his head off after being in traffic for about an hour. Our driver (Carlos) offered to pull off the freeway so my wife could feed our baby. We were less than 30 mins away from our destination, my family was tired and stressed, but our driver was kind and courteous enough to help us with this situation. WoW. This shuttle service is first class all the way. I booked a roundtrip to Long Beach airport. The email confirmation didnt make it to me so I called and spoke with Victor. What a friendly and knowledgeable young man. He re-sent the confirmation email and was very informative. I received a text message Friday evening from Angel telling me his van number and pick up time for the next morning. He arrived as stated bright and early Saturday morning and got us to the airport just fine. The van was clean and a newer model. Angel was pleasant and wished us a safe flight as he dropped us off. The morning of our return flight to Long Beach I received a text message from Manuel letting me know he would be at the airport upon our arrival. He asked me to text after we had our luggage and he would meet us at the center divider up front. Again the van was clean and looked well maintained. Manuel was friendly and fun to converse with. On our trip back, our flight was delayed for 2 hours. We were supposed to arrive at LAX at 11pm. I was afraid there would be a problem getting our ride home because of the flight delay.
