Due to my profession, I fly at least once or twice a month through LAX. And usually, if my flight arrives during the day, I will take flyaway bus close to my house. But any flights that arrive after midnight, it's so hard to arrange for transportation. Also, as a single woman, safety is definitely a factor. This was my first time using red line, and I'm going to use them all the time! The price was excellent, as a matter fact better than most other I checked. The driver was very easy to communicate, extremely polite, found me very fast, and helped with my luggage. As soon as my flight landed, I got a text from my driver asking me if I had luggage, and we were in constant communication. If I could give them more than five stars I would. Just for comparison sake, I checked the price of Lyft at the time, and they were almost $50 more with a 40 minute wait! read more

Worth every penny. I booked a reservation on my phone. The driver texted me to introduce himself and to let him know where my family and I were going to be once we stepped out the terminal at LAX. He arrived and picked us up in less than 10 minutes. The shuttle ride home from LAX to Burbank was smooth, quiet and peaceful. We didn't have to share the shuttle with anyone else. I used this shuttle service to transport 8 of us to LAX. Our flight was during the busy holiday rush. It was my first time using it and all went smoothly. I used the website to make the reservation. I got a text from the driver the night before my flight. The driver was on time and professional. The shuttle was new and clean. For the return flight, I texted the driver as soon as all of us cleared customs and waited by the curb outside of Tom Bradley for no more than 5 minutes for him to arrive. The next day my kids were coming from a trip that an emergency happened and they got stuck an extra day so I called red line they said don't same day shuttle they need 24 notice but gave me a number of a company that does. I am extremely impressed with this shuttle service. We used them to go to and from LAX during the Christmas holiday. The communication prior to pick up was impeccable. We received a text from our driver the evening before, confirming our pickup. Our driver arrived early (10 minutes) and text us letting us know they were outside and ready whenever we were. How awesome is that! Their vehicle was very clean and the driver was awesome! Coming home was equally impressive. I received a text from our driver the night before with instructions on where to go to be picked up. As soon as we got to the curb, we called the driver and gave them our specific location and they were there within 15 to 20 minutes.
