No. As a matter of fact, as of this post, if you look at the map of their service area, you will see Inglewood completely covered. At any point during the online booking process, did they prevent me from completing the booking because they do not go to Inglewood? No. I found this out the morning of my ride, when I called to find out where they were. Then the man on the phone told me, "We don't go to Inglewood." So now, dear reader, you know as well. We booked sav-on shuttle to take us from LAX to anaheim. A confirmation was sent to us, they had phoned me to let me know I accidentally sent the request twice to confirm I only needed one shuttle, and I called them to confirm pick up. The man on the phone was over the moon kind and made us feel like everything would go great landing in california. The morning of flying I received a text message from the driver telling us where to go when we land, how we wanted our car seats set up, and if we paid by card we'd be charged an additional 3.5% on the total so to pay in cash. We called when we got there and the guy on the phone again was great. She arrived and she was very short with talk and unfriendly. When we arrived she took my credit card because I was in charge of booking this vacation. She tried tapping $500 and her machine wasn't working. Everyone's credit card did not work. She could not provide a receipt either so we did not want to pay for the ride home too in cash until we received the ride home. By the time we got upstairs I had received a message from her letting me know she was unhappy with her tip. We were now worried we wouldn't be picked up on our way out. We called for confirmation and the man again was great and kind. She picked us up early, now she seemed super annoyed with us over the tip issue. She talk more during the drive but she had 1/8 of a tank of gas left and kept pushing on the gas and releasing which made the 40 minute ride uncomfortable. The company seems great and a lot of people have success I see with the other drivers. She personally I would not request it we returned. read more

I would give this company a MILLION stars if I could!! I have used this transportation service several times. I've found Sav-on Shuttle to be extremely responsive, very friendly, great customer service, affordable, reliable, timely, and easy to communicate with. I've always had either John (owner) and Stacy as our drivers. I travel often with my daughter and my grandson (since the baby was just 5 months old). It really makes it so stress free to use a service that will provide a carseat!!We never have to worry about traveling with our own carseat in addition to all of our luggage! Completely flaked on our group of 22 people. Booked this shuttle service for our scout troop to transport three different locations in Long Beach - was assured over the phone that they had all the logistics - we had Boy Scouts that needed to get to the USS IOWA and ferry to Catalina island. Shuttles never showed up - had to rely on Uber to transport 22 people (kids included). You can imagine how upsetting this was. THANK GOD we didn't pay them in advance. This was the scariest experience ever in my life. The driver was 20 mins late, he had our flight info so not sure why he was so late. 15 mins into the drive his transmission goes out and the Ford Van is going 40mph on the fast lane of 105! I have 2 small kids on this ride. We were literally crawling on the 105 with rain. My husband had to give directions on not letting it slip gear and coach him thru it. Super Heroes! We called last minute, and I mean last minute, for a pickup at LAX with 5 people, and they had a driver waiting for us at the airport when we landed. We immediately got a text response with confirmation, our drivers name (Joseph!) and a picture of the vehicle he would be picking us up in. Boom, just like that. I was literally on the plane texting them before I had to airplane mode, lol. After we landed, we got our baggage and walked outside to the pickup area, texted the driver our location and he rolled right up to us. It was so quick and easy. And let me talk about our wonderful driver, Joseph! He was super friendly and a joy to talk to! He was also an excellent driver and he expertly navigated the airports and freeways of LA and OC. Joseph was just an all around great guy and we were so happy with our service. The vehicle they picked us up in was a Ford van so it was big with plenty of room. It's not exactly a luxury vehicle but it was clean and well maintained. The driver had sanitizer and Lysol with him too. The price we paid was about half of what an uber would have cost us. I had a reservation to go to LAX from Irvine with them. They never showed up. However, this was not the company's fault, a driver overslept. The CEO of the company went out of his way to remedy the situation, paying for the cab I had to call to get me to the airport and giving me a free ride from the airport. That ride went well. On the positive. Did arrive on time, got me to LAX on time. Job done. On the negative. I was told I could pay with a card by the guy I booked shuttle with. Major language barrier with driver, Tony, as I went to pay him at destination. He said "no card, cash" and proceeded to take the fair of $60 and a $10 tip after declining the card and touching the cash in my hand. Not really sure if this is common but I went with this service because of Yelp review and ability to talk to someone rather than use Uber app, which would have been 1/2 the price from Long Beach. read more

Terrific shuttle service. I made my reservation online and called beforehand to ask a few questions. They were easy to contact over the phone and were very helpful in determining a good pick-up time. (My online reservation didn't say what time they were going to pick me up, so make sure you confirm that.) From Irvine Marriott to LGB, it was only $50 + tax. They arrived 5 minutes early. It was so convenient to pay with a credit card on the spot (They use a smartphone to swipe it upon drop-off). They accept changes/cancellations of rides up to 4 hours before your scheduled time. read more

This shuttle service is awesome, they got to the airport on time, and they even got to the hotel airline when they came to pick us up to go to the airport. The best part of this business was that they offered car seats. They honestly save us on a hustle on bringing our car seat. They had awesome customer service since day 1 when we put our reservation in. Our drive Stacy was awesome and had great customer service . She went the extra mile and even got to our hotel early to pick us up to take us to the airport. And even would check with us and confirm pick up and time a day before. Scheduled my shuttle about a week in advance and spoke to the owner John who was very personable and gave me much peace of mind that my 2 scheduled rides would be taken care of with a car seat. My flight was delayed for 2 hrs on the outbound and so I made a call to John just to make sure they were aware. John is so on top of it monitoring flight schedules and already knew. Upon arrival I received a text from Stacey letting me know where to wait for her and gave me a description of the vehicle and number which was clearly located on the front window. She was so helpful helping us with our luggage and making sure that my child was buckled in before starting the vehicle. Our return was the same, quick, clear and easy. Called them to get a ride to and from LAX. The owner was very polite and the rate was good. The reason for the 3 star was communication with the driver. I had to text him my flight number and arrival time when I filled out the form right from the start with all that information. One last thing. I reserved a van to LAX about two weeks in advance. Got a price and conformation very quickly. About a half hour before pick up time I started to get worried. I started thinking " this was way too easy". The van showed up a little early, I wish I could remember the driver's name but she was really nice, a very safe driver. We got to LAX early. This is a VERY belated review. We have been using Sav-On Shuttle since 2013 for all of our family vacations. Their drivers have always taken us to/from home and the cruise terminal and airports (LAX, SNA, LGB). Even when our flights were delayed, they were waiting for us when we left the baggage claim area. Our last cruise was in Oct 2022. As expected, terrific service! When we have lots of LARGE bags for our cruises, their vans are perfect. 10of us needed a ride from the cruise terminal to Lax and their quote was easily 40% cheaper than the other quote that we had. Easy to work with, just a call and everything was set up. On the day of the pick up, the ship docked early and CBP and immigration were very welcoming so we got out like an hour earlier than I thought we would. No problem, a call to savon and they showed up shortly after... Very flexible! The ride was smooth, our driver, unfortunately I missed his name, was very friendly and informative, but most importantly, save and the ride was smooth. Van was comfy enough for 10 of us for the ride with enough space for luggage. Overall, I would go with them as n when I am in the area. read more

My family and I traveled to Catalina Island in March and needed a shuttle from the airport to the Catalina Express and then one to take us back to the airport. Sav-on Shuttle was great! I received a text after our plane arrived, saying they were waiting for us. On the way back from Catalina Island, our boat was delayed, so we got back approximately 30 minutes later than expected. We got off a cruise and didn't have a shuttle to our hotel. It was a mad house trying to find one with all the people and vehicles around . A Sav- on van was full but that driver personally called his boss to get us another vehicle and they sent one right away last minute.
