We used this service for dropoff and pickup and unfortunately it was by far the worst and most stressful part of our trip with our baby. We booked months in advance. For pickup, despite stating on reservation and confirming twice (day before and morning of), they did NOT provide the requested rear facing carseat required for our baby. They had a car seat set up as a booster which was a safety issue and probably illegal. We had to hold the babys neck the entire trip. The driver did not know how to convert it and he did not have the manual so we could not do it ourselves. For dropoff, again despite confirming the same morning for 9:30 pickup (months ago we stated 8:45 but updated them), when we arrived they are now saying there is no driver until 10:20. They are leaving our baby screaming and waiting in the rain for an hour. Imagine if anyone had to catch a flight. Overall it couldn't have been a more anxiety inducing, unreliable, and unsafe experience. They also did not respond when we provided them with feedback after the first trip. read more

We were a group of 5 and didn't want to deal with other transport options which have ended up being a nightmare around LAX so found PickUpRide and they were amazing. Both times our drivers arrived on time and the transport was smooth sailing. The drivers kept communication open and were very responsive. Our flight was changed last minute (delayed an hour) on return flight and they were able to make changes without issue. I would book with them again for sure! read more

We have used PickUpRide successfully on several occasions, however on our last ride, we were deeply disappointed. Our driver arrived late to pick us up at LAX. He had been overbooked (similar to another reviewer's experience) and was delayed dropping off another client at a departure before us. Normally, I wouldn't mind a minor delay, but here, I kept in communication with him from the moment we landed to the moment we arrived at our pillar. There was no real indication of acknowledgement or empathy and when you are traveling with three young children including a baby and arriving home after a long flight late at night, you expect some punctuality and professionalism. The woman I spoke with at the office was also unprofessional and making excuses about traffic and other justifications. This is LA and it is LAX--everyone knows there is traffic and as a car service you just need to account for it. Even their excessive texts and emails to me ahead of the trip indicate that the driver is supposed to be waiting right outside LAX ahead of time so that once you text him or her, he can begin to move. Clearly that is not their actual practice. Following this trip, I emailed them per the lady's instructions to discuss my experience but got no response which at this point seems very on brand. Will look elsewhere for airport transport in the future. read more

Everything was going good until the pick up. We were asked to communicate as. To when our plane landed - I did. We were asked to advise when we were outside and at what pillar, which was 5B - I did that. After several minutes I texted the driver to find out where he was. He told me that he was on the departure level at Terminal 4 and asked us to walk up there. I refused. We them waited outside for about 20 minutes until he finally arrived. I am handicapped and have a Motorized scooter, which he initially refused to load into the van. He finally acquiesced and loaded the scooter. The luggage was another issue. I pointed to where the luggage was at the curb, but he wouldn't bring it to the van and my wife had to do it. In addition, the mini van was instead a full size cargo van, dirty, stinky and full of other items crap. I was hoping to have found a good transportation company from LAX, I guess I'll have lo keep looking. I must also comment on the Christian music playing on the radio. read more

This is the way to go! I have always parked at the airport, but it has become so expensive and inconvenient waiting for shuttles and what not. This is the first time I ever ever uses service and I'm so glad I did. They were very prompt with their pick up time, when my flight landed almost an hour early, they were able to send a driver earlier than the time I had booked. Good communication from the start via email. They sent a link to pay and I paid. Then they offered a bigger vehicle for an additional fee and since there were 5 of us, all with luggage, I agreed and paid for the "big van". We land and I'm keeping them informed as we wait for baggage claim. We set out to 97 degree heat and no word from the driver. I contact the other number and they say he's there. We finally talk and he says he's coming to baggage claim. 10 mins later melting in the heat and I'm starting to get upset. I call again and he says he's already here and gets out of a Toyota Highlander which I guess can seat 7-8 tight but with the 3rd row seats down, it can only seat 3, plus the front passenger and their driver. There are 5 of us! Oh yeah, where's the "BIG VAN"? This isn't going to work. Not the drivers fault, as I'm sure they just tell him where to go. I text back and ask for a call. I speak to the general manager but he doesn't seem to know how to resolve this. I ask where's the van and he doesn't have an answer. He can get it but it will be over an hour wait. Luckily my sister in law had picked up my in-laws and could come back for her sister, my wife, so the rest of us could fit in the smaller car they sent us. We resolve the issue for them and I ask for a refund. He agreed but then only refunded me about 1/3. At the very least it should have been 1/2 if not all. They did not provide the big van I paid EXTRA for. DO NOT USE THEM!!! Or at the very least verify the vehicle and confirm it again. read more

Outstanding service!!!! We scheduled the shuttle the night before to go from Azusa to Ontario airport at 5,45 AM for 4 people and a large service animal plus lots of luggage. Driver was right on time and very Professional. They sent out a large 9 passenger Ford Van. There price was 5 $ more than a Uber XL , however much more roomier and more professional. I will book this service every time especially when it comes to multiple people and lots of Luggage. read more

I can't for the life of me remember the driver's name that we had... Stanley? Charlie?... Anyways, he was the best driver I've had going to LAX from Chino Hills and we have done this many times. He was prompt, courteous, and got us safely and quickly to the airport. I was hesitant at first because this place had no reviews anywhere but their prices were the best. But fear not, our experience was solid and we will use them moving forward to get to LAX. The vehicle was large enough to fit our 3 adults and 3 children with 8 suitcases and a stroller. They won't leave you stranded at LAX! My flight came in late and delayed and after we collected our luggage (which was very s-l-o-w coming off the plane) we were almost two hours late for our originally scheduled pickup time so, ultimately, it was 2am when we finally made it to the pickup curb! Who wants to be stranded at LAX any time of the day let alone 2am! They won't leave you. This outfit is professionally run from the moment we booked to dropping us safely home at 3am! Once again I used PickUpRide to get to LAX for an early morning flight. Once again they were excellent! I would give them 10 stars if I could. My driver Carlos was great. The black SUV was immaculate. As with all my other rides to & from LAX they are always on time. I also get alerts the night before as well as the morning of my pick up.
