I really appreciate the availability, care and attention to detail that Bill , Monica and the whole team at ATLS provide. I've been using them for years, with no complaints and refer them to all my business associates. Fast, friendly, dependable on time service. read more

ATLS is excellent. Always dependable and on time. Easy booking and comfortable cars. Great meet and greet at LAX. Bill and Jasmine are terrific drivers and wonderful people. Great communication via text. Been riding with them for years and highly recommend ATLS for travel in Los Angeles. read more

This is the best limo service I've ever experienced. I used this arrive when I had a business and now for personal trips.

Excellent service. Robert was our driver. Friendly, attentive and professional. Our flight got delayed for about an hour. They were keeping track of the flight and showed us to pick us up on time. Reasonable priced. Vehicle was super clean. We were looking at another car service company and their fees were about $70 more. We were only traveling about 8 miles, LAX to Hermosa Beach. I highly recommend this company. read more

Needed a car seat to get to airport for the first time. Person on the phone was so friendly and patient with my questions, and the price was in line with the taxi service I called which didn't come with a car seat. I usually shop around a lot more but I just had a good feeling about this place. After booking, I got all the information I needed from an email then the day before drop off and pick up, text reminders to guide me to using their service. Both drop off and pickup were insane with traffic, but the drivers gave a warm professional welcome and I rested easily all the way home read more

Excellent service, I have been using this service for over 10 years. I use them exclusively for LAX drop off and pick up. I will use them again in 3 weeks. I am highly recommended this service. read more

Bill and crew are wonderful! They are our go car service every time we travel from Ventura to LAX. They are always on time, clean beautiful cars and personable chauffeurs' that make traveling soooo easy. Thank you! read more

Great service and comfortable, clean cars. Also very competitively priced. Highly recommended!

I was so pleased with our service from LAX airport on June 10,2024. Our driver Jason stayed in contact with us through text messages. We were able to join up with Jason within 10 minutes of coming out of the airport. It was easy to arrange a car service by calling and setting up the arrangement. We needed two stops with the one service and was able to do so with a minimum fee. My husband and I needed to go to our hotel close to the airport and my daughter needed to go to her place of work to get her car. Jason knew the best routes, was a safe driver and made sure our daughter was secure to head off in her car. Thank you for the great service since it was after 11:00p.m. when we arrived at the airport. Jason was the best. read more

I have been really happy with ATLS Car Service, and in particular, Robert Reyes as a driver. We have been using them for LAX pickup and drop offs. Punctual, professional service. Easy to arrange. Robert is really good at navigating the difficult traffic inside the airport loop, and good about staying in communication throughout the pickup process. Highly recommend. read more

I would not advise using. These guys advertise a flat rate and send you the authorization. Then when they pick you up at the airport they submit a second authorization for additional fees. Their price when from a flat rate of 165 to 265. They just put the second charge through with no authorization. Totally unethical. read more

I've been using ATLS for over 10 years. In that time, I've booked at least 30 trips for my friends and family with this company . I just got back to traveling again post COVID-19. Rather than booking airport transport with a stranger from Lyft/Uber I again relied on ATLS to take me and family to and from the airport. ATLS has always been and still is my go to choice for transportation in the LA area. The drivers are always courteous and the vehicles super clean. I was really impressed by the plexiglass divider they had custom installed in the SUV to help protect passengers from COVID. I also appreciate the text message reminders before take-off and landing letting me know who my driver will be and their exact contact information. I am sure there are probably cheaper transportation options out there, but when it comes to getting safe and reliable transportation for your family I highly recommended ATLS. read more

Wow these guys live up to their great reviews! We hired them for several airport to hotel and back trip over this last weekend as family flew in for a wedding and all the different drivers, vehicles, and amenities were terrific. My family was impressed. All drivers were on time and all flights were made. Price was as quoted and attention to detail given to ensure great communication. Excellent service. read more

$75 for a 30 minute trip from sunset & Bundy to LAX??? Homy don't play that. No way! What was a downer, was that I had to fill one form on their site thinking I would get a quote, only to be directed to another longer form asking me all kinds of details about the flight etc. It said they need further info before we give you a quote. So I just called them. When I showed amazement over what they were asking, she began repeating she has another customer on the other line. read more

I used this car service when I was visiting LA. I was able to request a quote online and received a response within the hour. I reserved the reservation online and received a 10% discount. I also received an email confirmation. Upon arriving to LAX I received a call from the driver letting me know that he was near by and to call him when I was ready to be picked up. The driver was very courteous and the vehicle I was picked up in was very clean. I prefer this service over a taxi any day. Their pricing is also comparable to taking a taxi. The good thing is that you pay for a flat rate and not metered. read more

Cancelled our return transportation on New Year's, leaving us stranded in downtown La! The owners personal transportation took precedence! I wouldn't suggest this company to my worst enemy! read more

I've been using this company for 10 years. Always great service. I hired a car last night to drive my daughter and I to a concert at The Forum. I didn't want to fight the traffic, parking or crowds coming from OC. Our driver G was prompt, courteous and professional and got us to and from the venue without hassle. My daughter and I both felt we were in great hands behind the wheel. Thank you G for making it a stress free night! read more

I do NOT recommend this company at all. I booked a car to have my family picked up and taken to the airport at 3:00am and they were a no show. If you want a reliable company I was not book with them. They were filled with excuses when we called them. They said the payment was rejected and they canceled our reservation; however, the credit card was still charged, we never got a cancelation email, nor did they ever attempt to call to inform us there was a problem with the card. Poor customer service and lack accountability. read more

Family owned and operated and the friendliest people you will ever meet. Always on time, clean, new cars and the most relaxing way to begin or end a long trip. I've been using ATLS for three years and have never had reason to call another service or spend only slightly less for a stinky cramped taxi to the airport. They absolutely get what real customer service is. They will answer the phone at any hour, they remember my name, and have never been even a minute late. If you happen to call them based on this Yelp review, please let them know. read more

Will drove me today from LA to Fresno and back. He was punctual, courteous, accommodating and utterly professional. Suffice to say I will be a repeat customer. read more

Excellent service! In need of a service last minute to tour a client, last minute and for 5 hours. I called and spoke with the team at ATLS, who quoted me promptly and efficiently. Everything from follow up to pick up was perfect START to FINISH. Thank you Will! You are a lifesaver, and I will definitely be using your services next time I am back in the area! read more

I booked ATLS for a recent flight because they have someone you can call, and talk to, unlike the other company I was using that says "leave your # and we will get back to you." Since my return flight arrived at LAX at 11PM, and by the time I got through customs it would be almost midnight, I thought having someone I could call was a necessity. On the departure, Damon was the driver, and was already waiting for me when I got out of my building 10 minutes early. As it happened, on the return pick up at midnight, I did have to call, as the driver (Alan) was at the airport, but not in front of the exit. Someone answered immediately, and within a couple of minutes, he was there. Both Damon and Alan were courteous and very pleasant and professional, the car was immaculate, with a bottle of water waiting for me, which I really needed. I won't hesitate to use ATLS again. read more

I Highly recommend this car service! They saved the day when my previously booked and paid for service canceled on me hours before my flight (24/7 Ride - avoid at all costs). They were extremely professional, on time and did everything they promised. They are not the cheapest but remember you get what you pay for!! read more

I had a GREAT experience with ATLS. my usual car service company, BLS, cancelled on me last minute due to lack of drivers. I contacted 3 other places and no one could help. Then my wife found ATLS and they said they could get me later that day at LAX. When I landed, I had a text from the waiting driver, Will. We easily coordinated the curbside pick up and i was in the car ten minutes after de-boarding. Will was an excellent, safe driver and I had a really pleasant experience, which is hard in rush hour afternoon traffic. ATLS is going to be our go-to company from now on! Family owned and operated. Highly recommend. read more

I would just like to say that I have never had a more cheerful driver with any other car service. Other companies just want to pick you up and drop you off as fast as possible with no interaction or conversation. There just striving to make the most runs and money in a day and they make you feel rushed and uncomfortable. Where as ATLS and the staff are more professional on EVERY level. They great you with a smile and make sure your comfortable and they get to know you on a personal level so the next time you are picked up by them they ask how your family is and vice versa. Using ATLS is like being picked up by a family member and NO other car service can even come close to the excellence that you have achieved. Thank you so much for a reliable and professional service that I have counted on for years now. Keep up the good work. Sincerely, Jeff Shaffer. Property Master "Americas Got Talent" read more

We have used this service on our last two trips to LA from Sydney, Australia. We have found the service to be sensational, always on time and provides clean vehicles with great service. Our first time using the service in 2010 we were so impressed we had Will take us out for a day around LA, he connected us with great retailers and drove us up to Malibu for lunch at a great seaside restaurant we would never have found on our own. Just returned from US today, last couple of days spent in LA, Will was there for our delayed flight from San Fran and again right on time to pick us up for return to LAX. Highly recommended. read more

The best! Friendly, courteous, professional drivers. Always on-time or early. Highly recommend!

My daughter and I hired them to drive us to a concert at Staples Center and not only was our driver super nice and professional but we got a free car upgrade. Booking was easy and uncomplicated, everyone we dealt with communicated well and was up front about policies and pricing. Next time I need a car service these guys will be my only call. Thanks for making our night stress free and easy! read more

We made a reservation for a pick up from LAX 2 weeks prior. Our flight was to arrive at 430 which is why we requested a pick up at 5. Our confirmation email confirmed a pick up at 5 with our flight number. Our 24 hour notice confirmed a pick up at 5. Our flight was early and we called for our pick up at 450. We were advised that because they did not have our flight number they could not track our flight and since we were early the driver was not available and should be there within 5-10 min. By 510 there was no driver. We called back and were then advised that they had tried to call us the day before because they did not have our flight number and since there was no answer they left a message. I advised the dispatcher that I did have a "missed" call but no voice mail from their company and if the flight number was so important that they could have emailed me for the information. The dispatcher then advised that many times flights are delayed or late and this was another reason the driver was not there at 5. This statement made no sense and did not apply since our flight was EARLY. The driver finally arrived after 520. I emailed the company that I was not happy that I was given misleading information and forwarded a copy of the confirmation email which had my pick up time and flight number and the 24 hour notice which also confirmed a 5am pick up. We received a call back to which they left a message. We called back twice and the manager was never in the office. We left 2 messages and never received a return call. I would NOT recommend this car service due to a lack of customer service. read more

Highly recommend them. Great family run operation and they are consistent and professional. There are only a few things a car service need do: 1. Be on time 2. Be clean 3. Be courteous It's amazing how many utterly fail at these basics, while charging just as much or more than ATLS. The 2 star review seems harsh. Car services sometimes have to make changes because it's either get a SUV or be late. I've had other services that ASK ME for directions, show up with a stretch limo party wagon, almost take out pedestrians and smoke smelling interiors.... I've never had less than 5 star service with ATLS. read more

On the day of Madonna's Los Angeles concert at Staples I called ATLS to drive us there and back. Not only was their price competitive with the other car services I called, but they were courteous, and well-spoken over the phone, so I chose them. I could not have done better! Their vehicle was beautiful and a pleasure to ride in and the driver (and owner) was so nice. When Madonna's show went 1.5 hours late, I kept them in the loop (via cell and text) and ATLS was there to take us home at 12:30am when our planned pick-up time was 11pm. Great people, great service! read more

Reliable, courteous and affordable. I've been using this service for years. They are dependable and they always show up early for me. I live in a hard-to-find part of the Hollywood Hills and I've never had any problem with the driver arriving on time. I've read the comments posted by other people below who claim they had a bad experience and I find those comments hard to believe. I've never had a bad experience with ATLS. I fly every week for business and I use ATLS as my first choice for ground transportation. Your other alternatives in Los Angeles are very expensive limo services or horrible taxi cabs. For me, ATLS is a good value and reliable transportation. I recommend them. read more

I used this service this morning after coming in off a red eye flight in LAX and I needed to pick up my car near the orange county SNA airport. I would highly recommend ATLS to any business needing transportation in Southern California. We have been using ATLS for many years and the service is superb! They are professional, reasonbly priced and offer the utmost in service. We typically have numerous business meetings planned for a couple of days while in So-Cal and need to be prompt. We call ATLS and don't have to worry about anything other than what we need to accomplish with our clients. Don't waste your time with rookies or cabbies, just call ATLS and consider the travel taken care of. Rocky J. Pipkin, President and Managing General Partner of the Pipkin Detective Agency read more

I found ATLS online after reading reviews on Yelp. I got online and entered my travel info. Upon landing at LAX, I received a text informing me that my driver was en-route to the airport and instructed me to call when I picked up my bag at baggage claim. I called, my chauffeur, G, arrived curbside within 5 minutes. Then started a delightful 1+ hour drive to my destination at Newport Beach. Great conversation! G proved to be a very attentive and safe driver and I enjoyed every moment of the drive. I will definitely hire this company again, AND request G!! P.S. G....go for it! Do your cross country MC ride!
