I researched a couple transport options and different car companies before settling on Go Ride as I needed to transport 3 kids which all required a car seats as per California Law. Uber car seat didn't seem to be a reliable option and ride hailing services required a super far transfer to another pickup location. The bus was also triple the time to our destination near the cruise port. Go Ride was very clear about their pricing and they were detailed when answering a follow up question I had about pickup time which was fortunate as our flight ended up getting in 30 mins earlier than scheduled. Our driver, Oscar, arrived early to pick us up - I received an iMessage from him before landing using my airline's in-flight wifi - I was able to send him updates as we got off the plane and got our bags. He pulled up within 5 mins of my last message when we had our bags conveniently right outside the terminal. It was so easy I didn't even need to rent the $8 USD luggage cart and my kids didn't have enough time to complain about any wait. Oscar was really helpful with our bags and had all the car seats already installed correctly! All seats were facing the correct direction, solid, tight and the only adjustment needed was for the actual seat belts themselves to secure the kids. Oscar offered us bottles of water and we were off to the hotel. On the way we had a nice chat and he was totally OK with the youngest child crying for a bit while navigating LA's notorious traffic (he said it was light but to me it was busy). Drop off at the hotel was smooth and we tipped in cash for great service - he impressed us! Definitely would recommend to anyone especially families looking for a smooth experience getting anywhere from LAX airport. I will be using them again for future travel. Pricing: reasonable and competitive for door to door private car service with car seats. Communication: from booking to actual day of it was the right amount of detail Quality: car and car seats were super clean Safety: our driver Oscar was safe while navigating LA's freeway and street traffic. Now that I've used Go Ride, I can never go back to the Flyaway or Uber or anything like that. Rich made my LAX airport experience so easy and relaxing. Door to door service in a chauffeured vehicle. No stress. No hassles. The cars were beautiful and extremely clean and comfortable. The drivers were extremely reliable, and I had a 4:30 AM pickup scheduled to LAX and a 4:30 PM pickup from LAX. Go Ride texted us to confirm the day before we traveled, and again the morning of when the driver was dispatched, and again when Rich arrived. Their professionalism is exhibited in their communication. What convenience and luxury! Go Ride is definitely worth the money. I hadn't traveled by plane from LAX in fifteen years, and I was really nervous about getting there. My earlier stress was alleviated by Rich's superb communication, even communicating with me at the airport pick-up site and pinpointing exactly where I should stand for him to find me. Just like the first we used their service,& more important than the fair price & good service, was the fact that I felt at ease, relieved that someone I trusted was transporting my daughter. The trip to the appointment was fine, however the trip back was awful. It was almost two hours for pick up and over an hour and half back home for what should have been a 40 minute ride at most. I called for a last-minute pick-up from the airport, and Ramiro was very understanding, patiently took down all my info and explained the pick-up process. I suggested a later pick-up time to allow for my baggage, but Ramiro assured me that they would be there waiting when my plane landed. We hired Go Ride to pick us up at 9:30pm and drop us off at the Amtrak station for our train to leave at 11pm. We had 4 adults and a baby with us. When we got to the train station the train was delayed with no time of arrival. We asked our driver Oscar to wait a few minutes so we wouldn't be standing out in the dark cold with a baby. Well a few minutes turned into 1:20am!! We felt terrible but Oscar was so kind and assured us he was not going to leave. He was patient and kind and showed professionalism the entire time. We almost went with a different company but so glad we didn't! We will always use this family owned company for any future rides. I cannot say enough about Romero, Oscar and Daniel. I normally would have rented a car and drove myself around. My wife and I decided to try a different route and use a car service. This was one of the best decisions we made for our trip to LA. We were picked up promptly at the airport. We were taken to the Dodger game & to the Cowboys game at Sofi stadium. We were taken and picked up from the cruise terminal in LA. We were then taken back to the airport at LAX. Everything was on time, all of the cars were great. The conversations that we had with Oscar and Romero, the owners were great. I can't say enough about Daniel Flores. This young man was awesome. Very polite, very clean well mannered, great great young man. This was not the least expensive car service. It was not the most expensive car service. It pretty much fell in the middle. There were no per hour charges for us. I just can't say enough about how glad we are we chose this. We were in constant contact with the drivers. We changed our pick up times on 2 separate occasions. This was not an issue as we gave them a few hrs notice & they obliged at no extra cost. IF you want to avoid the traffic, parking cost & UBER lines, give these guys a try. Not only were the staff highly responsive and flexible, but they also assured me that my driver would be waiting for me no matter what time I arrived. Best Car Service EVER. Our positive journey with Go Ride began when we had to rebook our reservation to the airport multiple times due to our daughter being sick and delaying travel. Never once were we charged a change fee, and Ramiro was an absolute DELIGHT to talk with when handling the rebooking. We were additionally so happy that the pricing was so reasonable compared with other competitors, which included an added cost of an infant car seat.
