Highly recommend Angelina with Thornton Executive Transportion! She arrived 12 minutes early (love an early arrival) and she texted me to let me know she had arrived. She greeted my husband and sons when they went outside, loaded our luggage and waited by the door to make sure my smallest son loaded comfortably in the second row of seats. Before we left she asked if we were sure we ready and did a verbal checklist to make sure we got everything important "do you have everything, wallets, Purses, license, passport, medication." It really helped our stress level to do a verbal check list before heading to the airport. The drive to LAX took about a hour, she was chatty, funny and made the drive memorable and go fast. She dropped us off right at departures and told us right where to go and what to keep in mind since we had not left from LAX before and what to expect on our return. She picked us up three weeks later, text me the day before to remind me she would be there at my requested pick up time and then texted me again as I was landing to tell me exactly where I need to go and how to meet her. Absolutely loved that as the airport is so hectic and the additional guidance was fantastic. The drive home was much the same, long but her spunky demeanor made it go fast. I had called around to several other Transportation services and none of the others customer service and vibe matched Thornton's company. I originally booked for transportation from John Wayne airport to Residence Inn. The owner mentioned he would complete my reservation at a later time that same day due to him wanting to protect my sensitive information whilst in public. That to me was truly professional and just like he said he reached back out later that same day. I unfortunately did not use his transportation service because my sister drove down and my family was able to get a ride from her. Thornton's company even reached out to see if I needed a departure ride to the airport to ensure I would have transportation if my sister wasn't able to drop us back off. To me this speaks volumes about an organization and the dedication they have to ensuring customers are not only taken care of but satisfied. We were scheduled to be picked up at LAX at around 9:45pm. Driver said that he was on his way to pick us up. We thought he was close by or something. We ended up waiting over 1 hour and so I asked if he was still coming. He replied that he was still 40 minutes away. We ended up taking Uber home. Update: the traffic part was the last text from you. There was no conversation upfront about being late. 2 hours late due to traffic? We waited over an hour before I texted you asking if you were still on your way. Destiny was right on time and drove 5 of us from LAX to Mission Viejo. Jerome Picked 4 of us up in Mission Viejo at 5:30 in the morning, avoided rush hour traffic and got us to LAX in plenty of time.
