I used their service once for a one way ride to LAX for a business trip…read more I honestly thought I reserved a multi-passenger shuttle because the price was not as high as I'd been quoted by others. The driver arrived on time and communicated with me as they were approaching and we were immediately on our way. The ride was great I think because the driver understand how to drive with a passenger. Unlike the majority of my experience with Uber, who are not "professional" drivers. I was able to catch a nap as a result. I don't often, not drive myself to LAX, but they gave me pause for their professionalism, courtesy and price.

Before Uber and ride-share, there were great limo companies to take for the day into DTLA and LAX, they seem to be few and far between. I could not more highly recommend them, we only use them for our car service.

Rachel stayed in contact with me from the time I booked to the day after the event to check in and see how everything with. She answered all of my questions, was super responsive and attentive, and was just such a lovely person to work with and chat to. It was such an above and beyond and personable experience - I saved her number in my phone as "Rachel Bus Boss"! Our driver Rosalyn was the best - such good vibes, kept us safe and was super attentive and made sure we were all having a good time. I wish I had more (and better) photos but I was just having the time of my life! :) I'll definitely be booking with them for any of my future party bus etc. needs, and you should too. I researched, compared costs, and happened upon JMMJ in the process. After contacting them, at first for a cost estimate, and then again a couple of weeks before traveling, we decided to give JMMJ a try. Our travel needs were not simple. We live out of the area and needed a pickup at a friend's home. Next, we needed to be at the airport by 3:45 AM for a 5:45 AM flight. We were traveling for 3 weeks and then needed to be picked up at LAX at the end of our trip. I'm the kind of person who worries about every detail, so I was afraid something, anything could go wrong. So, how was the service? Nothing went wrong! It was great! Mina was so friendly, timely, and even provided extras like snacks, water, and sodas. From the first pickup in the middle of the night, to the final pickup at the airport, everything went well. There is nothing like the sigh of relief after a long, exhausting airport/airplane transit than getting into a comfortable vehicle for a relaxing ride home and knowing you don't have to worry about the trip. The vehicle was beautiful and had plenty of luggage room. The passenger compartment was very comfortable. I'm happy to have found a transportation service that is trustworthy, competent, and safe. Frankly, JMMJ transportation service is classy and reliable for an affordable price.
