I've used Sam's Express airport shuttle three times now, and every experience has been excellent. Sam is always on time, which takes so much stress out of getting to the airport. Communication is fast and clear -- he responds quickly whenever I reach out, and he's just a pleasure to deal with overall. Highly recommend if you want a reliable, friendly shuttle service you can count on! read more

Sam was on time and got us to LAX on time. Reasonable price. Highly recommend Sam for your transportation needs.

Sam and his drivers are the best! Highly recommend! My family and I have been clients for years. He is always on time; cars are clean, comfortable, top of the line. He can take you on local tours, out to dinner or to do chores or doctor's appointments, or of course to airports and back. His rates are great, and worth it. Call or text them! read more

My family used Sam's Express to take us to LAX. We had an early 6am pick up from home and a late 11:45pm pick up from the airport. Sam was early and our pickups were perfect. Our son felt he deserved a 5+ star rating for his reliability and driving skills. We will use Sam's Express again and will be recommending this driving service. Great job Sam! read more

Sam's Express - Airport Shuttles Near Me

Very satisfied with their transportation service. We were dropped off by Sam and picked up by Pete at LAX. Both are nice and safe drivers. Easy to communicate.. Will definitely call them again for future airport transportation. read more

If you neee airport shuttle service, pick Sams express! I had a group of 10 that needed transport to the LAX airport from my home and the driver was awesome. Here on time and even a little before our scheduled time to make sure we can load all our bags and get everyone aboard so we wouldn't be late. It's a great service and I recommend it to anyone before they order an expensive Uber! read more

With ridesharing such as Uber and Lyft, I believe people rarely use a traditional airport shuttle service. However, if you're looking for fast, reliable and trustworthy service that doesn't add any more anxiety to your trip, look no further than Sam's Express. Great communication and great customer service. We booked Sam for a last-minute flight change from our home in Orange County to LAX ('thank you' Southwest for cancelling our flight out of John Wayne). Scrambling to find a shuttle that could bring our family of four with sports gear and luggage to LAX from Orange County was a challenge due to the outrageous prices other shuttle services wanted to charge. Then came Sam's quote. Thank you, Sam for not raking us over the coals and taking advantage of the situation. Communicated pickup time and arrival, and arrived early! Stress free! After our return, I even realized that I left my reading glasses in the shuttle after we came home from our trip. I sent a text to Sam, asking if they found any glasses. Fortunately, they did find glasses and they even went out of their way to deliver it to my home the week after we got back. Talk about caring for their customers - great service! Again, if you're looking for a reliable, trustworthy, shuttle service in the SoCal area at a great rate, look no further than Sam! read more

Sam is Professional, friendly and punctual. He charges a fair price for his transportation services. We booked his 10 seater for 9 passengers and about 20 bags from Orange County to LAX. He then came back to the Bradley terminal at LAX three weeks later and picked us up with all of our luggage and drove us home safely after an international flight. I've found my perfect transportation ride to LAX. A customer for life... A BIG THANK YOU Brother! read more

I give Sam x5 stars. He was awesome. Picked up on time helped with the luggage, very friendly, and accommodating. Didn't talk much but that's ok. He was a great driver. I do need to mention that his van is clean and in tip top shape , so you feel safe read more

I made quote request on Yelp, and made reservation via website on June 4, for a July 10 flight. I called at 4am day of flight to verify payment options. Seems I woke up Sam. In a groggy voice, he listed the payment options. I said great, see you in 30 minutes. He then texted me that he does not have any cars, and that my reservation is for next month. I sent him a screenshot of my confirmation email, listing the specifics: July 10 4:30am pickup for two passengers, a surfboard, a dog, a crate, and six pieces of luggage. He replies he'll look into it, but does not offer any kind of resolution. Good luck getting to the airport with this company. read more

We needed a van to carry our family of 9 to lax and to pick us up a week later at 11:30pm and drive us home. Sam was the perfect choice. He picked us up right on time in his new clean van and safely delivered us to and from the American Airlines terminal. His price was very fair and he even delivered a forgotten backpack the next morning. He'll be our family driver from now on. read more

STOP! Your search for THE BEST shuttle service is over! I am very diligent about researching the best value, pricing, communication and professionalism. Sam checked all the boxes and more! His pricing was better than all the shuttle services I called out there and I called most of them! He was on Time to pick us up at 4am from our home and transported 6 adults comfortably, quickly, safely to the airport in his clean and comfortable Ford Econoline Van! We waited only seconds before he pulled up to return us home on a busy Friday night at LAX! You will not be disappointed using Sam! Great rate, service and zero stress! Thank you Sam... we will see you again on our next trip! read more

Sam is the ultimate professional. Arrived 15 mins early. I tried to give a deposit when I booked but he refused. Unheard of in this day and age IMO. He loaded 2 car seats all our luggage and stroller and then stopped on the way to LAX to pick up the rest of our family (we're 6 total) all at an unbelievable price!! And got us to the airport without a hitch. He's very quiet, low key and laid back He made trying to herd cats (big family and toddlers) into a a very calm experience Use his services, you WON'T be disappointed Thank you Mr Sam. read more

We used Sam's services for two trips. Highly recommend using Sam's Express. We had a round trip for Temecula for my birthday. We had no worries about drinking & driving, sam was on time and even accommodated a later pick up time from Temecula which we appreciated. He picked us up in a 10 passenger van which was perfect for our 7 people. We all had a lot of fun & grateful for his service. Second round trip was to LAX & back. Again, Sam was on time & vehicle was what we needed for our 4 people with luggage. Sam was very responsive via email & text. Pricing is great as well. Use his service! I will be using him again for any & all of our future trips. Thank you Sam. Forgot to mention, we used Sam's services because having a set driver & time is much more reliable than Uber/Lyft nowadays with cancellations of rides etc. having tour times for Temecula & flight times is so important to be on time. read more

I am one happy customer. Sam is very professional, responds to my concerns on a timely manner, and courteous. His van is clean and spacious. And on top of that, his price is cheaper than the other shuttle service in the area. Will definitely use his service again and recommend to my family and friends. read more

We called Sam a couple days before our early morning flight to LAX from Costa Mesa. He took care of us in every way, making sure we were picked up at 3:15 am! Our family of 8 fit with ample room for luggage in the 10 passenger van. His price was very reasonable and our driver was helpful and actually came a little early. I highly recommend this service. read more

We spent a couple of hours trying to figure out which service to go with and so glad we chose this one! He only charged $400 round trip to go from So. OC to LAX. He was super responsive, prompt, professional, clean van and he drove well to keep my family safe! read more

I received a response to my request for a quote very quickly. Before I booked, I asked several questions via email that were answered very promptly. When I landed in Orange County, I received a phone call from the driver who identified himself and described the vehicle. He was very friendly and eager to assist. On the day of departure, the driver texted me when he arrived at the hotel to pick me up. He was actually a few minutes early. He was very friendly and helpful as well. I only have one small negative comment. I was picked up in a different vehicle than what was stated in the original quote. It wasn't an issue at all, except it made me second guess who was picking us up. Before my kids and I got in, the driver again stated who he was, the company he was working for, and the destination. He was very understanding that I was apprehensive and offered to wait if I wanted to verify things with the owner. A text notifying me of the change of vehicle ahead of time would have been helpful. I gave 5 stars because the service was amazing! It was easy to book a reservation and communicate with the owner. He answered all my questions and put my mind at ease. The drivers were punctual and courteous. I felt safe and confident that my kids and I were well taken care of. Thank you to Sam and his drivers! read more

*Wedding on 7/11/21* We used Sam's Express on the day of our wedding to transport the wedding party from our hotel to the wedding venue. The process could not have been easier as we were able to secure SUV's and vans over the phone. Their rates are very affordable compared to other car services, which was a big help to us, as we looked into wedding day transportation more on the last minute side. On the day of the wedding, the drivers were very punctual and ensured that my wife and I did not see each other (we didn't do a first look) and each got to the venue with our groomsmen/bridesmaids on time. The SUV's and vans were clean and spacious. We would highly recommend Sam's Express for all your transportation needs. read more

On time, which to me is essential. Sam was attentive, drove well and picked me up timely.

Sam is the BEST! He's affordable, professional, kind, and extremely efficient. I trust him completely to take me to and from various airports. If I could give Sam a higher rating than 5, I would. He arrived early to pick us up for our airport trip, but when he really proved his worth was on our return. Our flight was delayed by more than 2 hours, and then our luggage was at a different terminal than the one we landed at. No problem for Sam. He was there to pick us up at 1:30 AM, with no complaint. Additionally, his rates were better than anyone else I spoke with. Need a ride to the airport with 10 people plus luggage? No problem - call Sam! read more
