Love this service. Always takes good care of me The pickups are always on time and the personal pickup at the airport really helps. Good value. Great pricing read more

As you will see, I do not write reviews very often on Yelp, mostly do on Amazon only. However, this one really deserves to be noted. In general, my company, colleagues and associates selected RapidShuttle as our primary airport shuttle service after using many others that just did not work for us. We prefer the private and direct ride after tiring long-haul international trips. With RapidShuttle, we have found the drivers to be reliable, informative - if there is some sort of delay, and always polite. On this trip we got stuck in an immigration line from help for over two hours and our phone signals were blocked. When we came through after baggage claim I suddenly received all the text messages from the RapidShuttle booking agent and the driver asking if everything was OK and they had been waiting for over an hour. I texted we had just got through immigration and would be outside Tom Bradley terminal at LAX. They asked for the pillar number, which I gave them and within five minutes the driver arrived. He was very helpful, offered us water and said not too worry about the wait, as this happens both ways. Great experience again and we will continue to use RapidShuttle and unreservedly recommend them. read more

I've used Rapid Shuttle for all of my travels this year, it was one of those things that I stumbled upon and couldn't be happier. Their service is very prompt, the drivers are always friendly and entertaining, and they have top notch customer service while booking. Long story short I will always use them when I'm traveling! read more

On time, polite and entertaining.. Don't know what else you need or would be looking for, but can't go wrong.

These guys came through for me when I couldn't find a van with a wheelchair lift from the Orange County airport.

They went out of their way to find me a very early shuttle at the last minute when another company bailed on me 8 hours before my early morning flight. Thank you so much!! I can't tell you how much I appreciate it. read more

The trip to the airport was great. The driver was early, nice, helpful, clean van, etc. He took the toll road even though it wasn't really necessary. For the trip back I got stuck on hold forever so we were standing on the curb waiting just to get through to let someone know we were ready! When we finally got through and the driver finally showed up he wasn't going to take the toll road to take us home at 6:00 pm rush hour. He said he was an independent contractor and that Rapid would not cover toll charges. We paid him for the toll so we could take the fastest route home. I have never had any shuttle driver not take the toll road, and the driver was not at the airport waiting for us as he was supposed to be because it took him so long to pick us up. read more

I did a little on-line research for a shuttle service to LAX from OC. We had 8 of us, with a lot of luggage & 2 handicapped people with walkers. I called to confirm they could handle the luggage because our confirmation said mini-van. I was assured we'd have an extended van. I called at 4 in the morning when I got a text from Super Shuttle saying they were on their way. I was told Super Shuttle was one of their partners. The driver said he was called about an hour before our pick up saying he needed to come get us (we made reservations in advance.) On our way back, our flight was delayed. I called from Canada to let the service know and that we would be late, with the flight details. 1/2 hour after they were supposed to pick us up, I called them. They said they'd be there in 5 minutes. Then I start getting calls directly from the Driver who apparently had not talked to the office. They showed up with 2 vehicles. I have no idea how we got all the people in luggage in the cars. But at 11:00 at night, after traveling for 24 hours, I didn't want to have to get another way home for all 8 of us. But these vehicles appeared to be some guys personal vehicles. They had a booster seat in them. Apparently, these guys are not using technology to track flights or communicate with each other. They have no back up plan if your flight is delayed. The drivers told us someone called them to bail them out when we called about our flight delays. I went to Super Shuttle to ask if they were picking us up because they were partners, they never heard of RapidShuttle. I gave them a 1 because they did deliver - somehow. But I would never recommend them! read more

I booked Rapid Shuttle, they charged my credit card immediately, got a confirmation email several days later. The morning they were suppose to pick me up they did not show - I called and they said it was for 'tomorrow' and I told him I had the confirmation in front of me - 20 minutes later they were still trying to find a driver. I got to the airport with a couple in our complex. I asked for a total refund - they promised a refund and after 5 phone calls and promises again, nothing. I finally submitted a complaint with American Express and they finally got the refund for me. I will NEVER use this company again! read more

Excellent service. Our flight was delayed, and by the time we were out of customs we were a few hours late, but our driver checked n us frequently and was waiting for us as soon as we were available. Our drive to Orange County was comfortable since the Lincoln Navigator was spotless and well maintained. Prices are fair and competitive. read more

Ack! I hate giving bad reviews! I always feel bad, but I feel obligated to warn everyone before they use this service for something that actually matters...like a wedding. My friend booked this company to shuttle a group of us (40+) from the hotel to the wedding venue. They were supposed to do 2 pickups, one at 4:15 and the second at 4:30. The first shuttle didn't come until 4:30! The service was scheduled to start at 5pm. Okay no biggie I thought until he got lost and took us to a completely different venue and a completely different wedding! Good thing my friend spotted the sign directing cars to a "perez-garcia" wedding (not our wedding but congrats!) Or else we all would've gotten off and been stranded! So here we are already 15 mins behind schedule, and now another 15 mins behind due to the driver taking us to the wrong venue. He said the hotel directed him to the wrong wedding! But shouldn't you check to make sure?! We ended up gpsing him and directing him to the right wedding...we arrived, finally at 5:00pm...when the service was supposed to start. I don't even know what happened to shuttle #2 as he was supposed to be that shuttle too. One star because the driver was kind and apologetic and super determined to get us there. Yay! No stars for the company itself that would not take responsibility afterwards. No apology, no trying to make it right, no discount, no refund, just pushed the blame around. SHAME ON YOU! Don't use them if you actually have to be somewhere on time. read more
