I feel compelled however, because he has so earned it. To net it out, our return flight from Cleveland was delayed by 12 hours :( I kept Hamid apprised of our status (probably more than most services would want). I was hoping that he could come through for us when we finally got to LAX. He was very patient, polite and responsive.
