We have used Hamid before and recommend him to all of our friends going to LAX. Ben has been the gentleman picking us up and is very friendly, always on time, and the cars always fit everything comfortably. Reliable and well priced! He responds very quickly and keeps you updated with the car and driver. Thank you OC Shuttle! read more

Hamid was super nice, clear and informative, and picked us up from LAX and back to Lake Forest with no problem at all. He was also able to provide a car seat for our three year old. Loved this service and will definitely be calling him again on our next trip! read more

Excellent car service from Orange County to LAX in the very early morning. The car service was then waiting for us at LAX to bring us home. Prompt and polite service. I can highly recommend them. read more

Hamid was absolutely a godsend! Yesterday we were on our way to our departing airport when I realized the last time flew into LAX late, we had to walk to a random place in the parking lot for ride-share and then stood around for 2 hours trying to find an available uber or Lyft. I immediately decided to check out yelp for shuttle services and came across Orange County Airport shuttle. The reviews were awesome so I gave them a call. No answer. A few moments later Hamid called me back. Normally he is booked out but just happened to have availability to pick us up! The pick up was seamless. I even texted him while I was on my plane letting him know we were actually landing 45 min earlier than predicted. He was able to accommodate our new request. He arrived right on time and the trip home was easy and light. My husband and I very much enjoyed the conversation with Hamid. The drive from LAX to Irvine was easy peasy. Will absolutely be booking Hamid's shuttle services in the future!! read more

Hamid, The Absolute Gold Standard of Airport Transfers! I cannot recommend Hamid Shuttle Service enough--they are, without a doubt, the best private transportation I have ever used. This is a solid five-star experience from start to finish. I used Hamid Shuttle Service for a crucial early morning airport transfer (6:00 AM pickup, which always makes me nervous) to and from LAX! The communication was flawless; I received a text confirmation the day before, and another text when the driver, Hamid was 10 minutes away. Not only was he perfectly on time, but he was actually 5 minutes early, which allowed me to relax knowing I wouldn't miss my flight. The vehicle itself was immaculate--a pristine, late-model SUV that smelled fresh and clean. The ride was incredibly smooth, and Fares was the picture of professionalism: courteous, a great driver, and respectful of my quiet morning. Hamid Shuttle Service is worth every penny. You pay for premium reliability, comfort, and service that simply can't be matched by ride-share apps. If you need reliable, stress-free, luxury-level transport, book Hamid. They are my new go-to! read more

Hamid provides excellent service. I had to go to Kauai 09/27. He already had an early morning booking, but agreed to take me even earlier. He showed up on time at 3:45am. His pricing is VERY reasonable. He is very reliable, dependable and responsive! Then on my way back home, he picked me up exactly on time. I had estimated an 8:30/8:45pm pick up. HE was already at the airport and picked me up at 8:09pm. It was incredible. He uses a special app to track the status of my flight. He is a safe driver. I will be using his services again and again! He is so awesome! read more

We called for a last minute pick up while at the SeaTac Airport in Seattle, arriving three+ hours later. We picked this service at random, not knowing what to expect. We were treated well in an impeccable van and excellent service. We had three generations in the car, my Grandchild, Daughter and me. Hamid was an excellent driver, very personable and professional. Because of this we arranged for a return shuttle service at the end of our trip and were just as happy. A highly educated man with friendly demeanor and interesting conversations made the direct route he took go quickly and pleasurably. Thank you, Hamid Mary S, Washington State read more

All the other 5 star reviews are true!!! Hamid is hands down the best airport shuttle service I have encountered in recent years. After getting quotes from other shuttle services and getting sticker shock, Hamid's pricing was not only competitive but VERY reasonable. Hamid proved to be exceptionally reliable and professional. We initially booked Hamid for an early morning ride to the airport. He showed up on time and was very professional. We then booked him again for the return ride home from the airport, which had me worried, because it was pouring rain out and I wasn't sure if he would show up for us. Imagine my relief when I received his text instructions on where to meet him! I cannot recommend Hamid enough. The vehicle is comfortable, the ride is smooth and the music fantastic. We will definitely use his services again and recommend him to friends and neighbors. read more

Great company to work with. Kind diligent on time and priced right. I will definitely be calling again.

It was a great ride to LAX from Orange County. Hamid is courteous, and the price was unbeatable.

Hamid was amazing when picking us up to go the the airport for our trip! He was punctual, reliable, helpful, and we even engaged in a pleasant conversation with super relaxing music. He was incredibly nice and even gave my 5 year old a car toy! The entire experience was smooth and I wouldn't use anyone else for airport rides or any other ride I may need when I am unable to drive somewhere! Thank you so much Hamid! read more

I highly recommend using OC airport shuttle service. Hamid is super friendly, on time, safe, and responsive. He was very easy to communicate with via text and responds promptly. We used his services going from Lake Forest to LGB and vice versa. When he was unable to make the pick up, his colleague Abby picked us up. The rates are reasonable especially for their level of service. Be sure to book him as early as possible since availability is limited. I will definitely be reaching out to Hamid again for my future travel needs. read more

Hamid is a life saver!! Our flight to LAX got canceled and our new flight got in so late, our booked driver could not come get us. I went on Yelp and saw all his great reviews and gave him a call. Hamid is the best kept secret as an Orange County shuttle service. Super customer service, clean and comfortable van, and affordable! Will use him every time!! Highly recommend! read more

I almost hate to share my review of Hamid again on Yelp. I will need to start booking him months in advance to have a chance of utilizing his shuttle service. I feel compelled however, because he has so earned it. To net it out, our return flight from Cleveland was delayed by 12 hours :( I kept Hamid apprised of our status (probably more than most services would want). I was hoping that he could come through for us when we finally got to LAX. He was very patient, polite and responsive. He "worked" his day where he was able to meet his current commitments and still come to get us. We were thrilled to see him roll up to the terminal. He was a pleasure to converse with and a true professional. I would not hesitate to recommend him and hope that he will be available for our future shuttle needs. Chuck read more

Hamid is very polite and nice person. We needed transportation to/from LAX. When we came home from overseas flight arrived 1/2 hour early, and there was no wait at immigration so we were outside super earlier than expected. I thought we needed to wait for a while to be picked up, but he was already waiting close by (from checking flight status), he showed up to pick up almost no time to wait! Price was very reasonable and I was very happy with his service. I will definitely ask him for ride to/from LAX again! read more

Absolutely the BEST shuttle service in town. Hamid is a genuine and wonderful person. He's is very professional with his business and will treat you like family. He was early to pick us up going to the airport and early again when picking us up! His shuttle is clean, his music is amazing and even provides great conversation. You definitely will not get better service by going with the bigger corporate shuttle vans. Hamid all the way! read more

I called Hamid only two days before departing LAX and he arranged for a ride. He had to make some additional arrangements because the request was at the "last minute". He came through as he said he would and his communication was excellent! He told me he would call as soon as he made the arrangements to accommodate me and he call me back immediately. I also booked him to come and pick up from LAX upon returning and he arranged that also on the same call. Thank you, thank you, thank you, Hamid!!! I would highly recommend him for anyone wanting a very professional shuttle service!!! read more

Echoing other reviews to say how helpful and courteous Hamid is with his passengers! A man of his word. My parents were headed off to Nigeria for a month-long trip and of course, they had a wildly high number of boxes. It would have been impossible to get an uber that would fit, and there were no UberXLs available for pre-booked trips. Hamid came to the rescue! read more

Hamid was a lifesaver. I hadn't been back home from Korea for the entirety of the pandemic, and just before I left, I noticed my California driver's license was expired, making it impossible to get the rental car I had reserved. Besides the last minute panic, I also didn't have a cell phone that worked in CA, and was traveling with a small dog. Despite all those obstacles, he picked weary me up right in front of my baggage claim--I only waited a few minutes for him, and I sailed home in a clean and quiet van. I had to trust the stellar reviews--it is not a big operation--but I am glad I did. He is a capable, very experienced driver, having worked at one of the larger shuttle companies doing private service shuttles, as it turns out. I have already booked him for my return trip, and I highly recommend him and Orange County Airport Shuttle. read more

I recently needed to find a new shuttle to LAX as my previous had gone out of business. I turned to reviews on Yelp and found Hamid with OC airport shuttle.
