Yesterday we were on our way to our departing airport when I realized the last time flew into LAX late, we had to walk to a random place in the parking lot for ride-share and then stood around for 2 hours trying to find an available uber or Lyft. I almost hate to share my review of Hamid again on Yelp. I will need to start booking him months in advance to have a chance of utilizing his shuttle service. I feel compelled however, because he has so earned it. To net it out, our return flight from Cleveland was delayed by 12 hours :( I kept Hamid apprised of our status (probably more than most services would want). I was hoping that he could come through for us when we finally got to LAX. He was very patient, polite and responsive.
