I called Kamran again for an afternoon trip up to LA and back. We had a friends bday party and I did not want to drink and drive. I completely forgot we used Kamran for service back in 2020.....and his amazing service is still impeccable with an OUTSTANDING attn to detail. You can tell he truly cares about his client's comfort, satisfaction, and happiness. He had fresh waters in the car for us when he arrived. My girlfriend was running late and he was so patient! We even had him pick us up later than anticipated on the tail-end and he did so with a smile :) There were beautiful fresh roses in the car, it smelled amazing, was super-comfortable and clean and he even refrigerated my friend's bday gift for me in the car, to ensure it did not melt by the time I got there. He showed us how to adjust the air and music (so we could play from our own device). Literally NO DETAIL was unaccounted for. The day was so much more memorable and enjoyable without the stress of driving and Kamran's service was the icing on the cake and the cherry on top! :) PS - The one thing I will say about Kamran vs other companies I've used...(and I've used many for business trips over the years). With Kamran, it's like calling a friend. Someone familiar, where you can come to expect a specific caliber of high-end personalized service every time, and you know what to expect. When Ive used other companies, they often have different drivers and each driver is different - some are better than others and the cars differ. With Kamran, the service is very familiar, boutique in nature vs. commercialized for the masses. read more

When you book an airport pickup with Kamran and his bristol SUV limousine, you will feel like a celebrity billionaire returning from Milan or Cannes, even if you just flew in from visiting family in Kansas City. An excellent driver who uses flight info technology to magically appear at the precise moment you descend the escalator to Baggage Claim, then whisks you home in safe, comfortable luxury. I was put in charge of arranging transport for my nephew and his new bride after their wedding. One hour before the limo was expected I discovered that the company I had booked with had lost our reservation. Needless to say I was in a panic. After many frantic calls, another limo company recommended I try OC Luxury Town Car. Upon hearing my situation, and realizing it was too late to find another driver, Kamran changed into a suit, jumped into his car, and arrived at the venue within the hour. Even after being made to wait an additional hour he was patient and gracious. He even surprised me with photographs of the happy couple the next day! During a time when customer service is virtually non-existent, Kamran goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. I highly recommend OC Luxury Town Car! read more

Excellent service. Called the night before for a trip to take my in-laws to San Diego airport from Irvine. Had a quick phone chat with the owner and then finalized everything over text. They arrived on-time and kept in constant communication to let us know when the driver was on their way, that they were outside, and then when they were dropped off safely to the airport. Will definitely use them again when we need car service. read more

There was water, snacks, and electrical outlets to use to charge my electronics. My pick-up from the airport was the easiest I've ever experienced.
