He had sent me several emails regarding the progress of my transportation. Ramon did an outstanding job getting our luggage, taking us to the vehicle, and driving us home, well after midnight he. I want to give him five stars for outstanding service and communication. I also give him five stars: Ramon was pleasant, well dressed, and punctual. Both of my drivers, Ramon and George were excellent for my trips on our one hour long journey to LAX. Tried this service for the first time recently and I was seriously impressed. During peak traffic hours, the cost was comparable to Uber or Lyft, but the overall experience was way better I travel often--This ride was by far one of the most pleasant. Anna was fantastic. I was nervous about finding an Uber or a Lyft since I was traveling during the Thanksgiving weekend and Executive was definitely the right choice! I've been using Executive car service a few years now. They are terrific company, timely, and always professional. Today they missed the mark. I booked a car for a 4am pick up 4:15am No Driver.... Got a little nervous, and called Oscar the driver, No answer, Called the 800 number, no answer, leave a message we'll get back to you. 4:20 am called driver again! No answer? Voicemail Mail box not set up on the phone? 4:20 am made alternative plans for a ride to the airport. Called the service again no answer, left a message, no call back? Come on! 4:25 Ahhh Oscar the driver is calling! Clearly, Oscar just woke up, and said his car broke down? Lame excuse really.... Look, things happen I get it. Own it and move on. Got an email 2 hrs later....no call. My ride was canceled and they would credit my credit card. ECS sent a nice apology letter. They offered to pick me up free of charge on our return trip. Nice touch! Pass..... Time to move on. This has been a good learning experience. 1. What I've come to realize is that if you have an issue with ECS at off hours, irregular times, say for early morning P/U's, you need a contact, someone live who can help you and provide a solution......quickly. This is not there and needs to be. 2. Trust is key and a companies ability to execute is everything. Sorry I've lost that trust. Lesson learned, maybe this is a good thing, ECS can evolve and I can find another car company. read more

This morning we had George as our driver and he was no exception - so nice, and so courteous. I had accidentally booked our ride for the wrong day, and didn't realize until the night before. Anna was very communicative and timed our pick up from LAX perfectly! The SUV was extremely clean, new-car clean, and stocked with every amenity you would want or need after a day of travel. Drinks that included water, fizzy water and juice boxes for the kids were much appreciated. The snacks and mints were nice too. Anna had a great playlist (Beatles, Billie Joel) playing at a reasonable volume.
