So I had a few concern going to LAX with my 2 kids (2&infant). If we were only with adults, go take some random ride. But when you have a kid, it's a different story. I was skeptical of the reviews of those airport transportation services as those reviews were inconsistent (some rated high, some very low), and I was thinking the same for OC Town Car, which they overturned that idea. My driver Alex was very friendly, punctual, kept the car very, very clean (I'm saying it!) and drove safe. Car seats were there as I requested. Some of the reviews of other airport limo companies complained about the dirt of them, but that I believe isn't the case for OC Town Car. They kept its hygiene level pretty high, which means I didn't see any dirts at all on my kids' car seats. I really liked the service, then I ended up using the service again when I was coming back home from LAX several months later. My family were all happy. read more

I have been using OC Town Car since 2009 for mostly business transport to and from LAX as well as personal for my friends and family. I travel extensively and use OC Town Car at least twice a month. Alex and his team are amazing. They are always early, prompt, professional and make a drive pleasant by being social or leaving you to personal calls or just some sleep. I also used the team for work pick up of VIP's and they never disappointed and the VIP's always compliment on the service. They have beautiful modern cars and SUV's for your needs. He also have coordinated large limos for special occasions for me. Always for a fair price. There is a reason why I have trusted Alex and his team over the past 10 years. Its the only way to and from the airport and for making that special personal event, such as concerts, even more special. read more

I had a crisis transportation event and needed to have a client picked up immediately from Orange County and taken to Los Angeles. Other companies refused as they needed more time. When I called OC Towncar they swiftly moved a driver into action and asked me to provide the pickup information via text so the dispatcher could hang up with me and direct the driver. Driver promptly showed up within 20 minutes and successfully made the scheduled arrival time. Client stated the driver was super nice and it was the smoothest ride they ever experienced. This client uses Uber quite often and stated they would prefer to ride in the comfort of a Towncar and experience a professional driver like OC Towncar provided. Price was so reasonable that the switch from Uber to OC Towncar is a no-brainer! read more

Reliable, Responsible, Flexible and Responsive! We hired OC Town Car for a ride for a third-party to be taken from Santa Barbara to Mission Viejo, then from Mission Viejo to LA. Even though our plans changed slightly between the time of the reservation and the date of the ride, Robert at OC Town Car was super responsive and we texted the details and he called to confirm. There was even a small change we made on the night of the ride and he accommodated us and made sure the pick up was seamless. Very professional business- and with a personal touch! There is a reason that OC Town Car has been in business since 1985-- they provide outstanding service! I would book them again in a heartbeat! read more

My name is Michael Frost. I have been a long time consultant and now work remote in NYC while living in Dana Point. Alex (and the many other drivers) of OC Town Car have never once let me down. In ten years this company has been on time or early. No matter if i leave at 3 am for a 6am flight out of LAX- or land three hours late at 4am at LAX. For those of you out of SNA- i missed the cuttoff and these guys new to meet me at LAX. That is what i call service. If you are a business traveler or even just a family taking a one time trip, i highly recommend this company. read more

OC Town Car is an outstanding Service. They have nothing but your comfort and your schedule in mind when you use their service. The drivers we are well prepared, used routes throughout Los Angeles that bypassed long traffic jams and provided great conversation when appropriate and then let me focus on work when I needed to. I've used car services all over the US and I wish all of them could be like OC town car. I needed to use their services in one instance to transport me to a medical procedure and it was as if I had a Family member taking care of me. They are the best read more

I have been using this car service since 2011. They have been prompt and are very professional. When picking up from my home they are on time or slightly early they check in by phone the day before. At the airport I ring them when I am just about curbside and they come from just offsite with just a short wait or you can ask them to come to the arrival area. The cars are new and clean. Water bottles are at the ready all the time. Conversation can be deep or light as you prefer. Frankly, I have nothing but good experiences. I can highly recommend OC Town Car. read more

I have been using OC Town Car for years and recommended them very highly! They are safe, professional, punctual, friendly, and clean. They always call the day before to confirm and even make sure to offer return service which is very handy as I am sometimes tired or distracted while traveling. Their rates are amazing! For less than Uber or a taxi I ride in air-conditioned style with no wait and no hassle. I have never had anything but the most pleasant and dependable experiences. We just took a trip back east and used OC Town Car for the first time. We had previously tried two separate companies and were disappointed with both as the agreed upon pick up times were not met; we were waiting at the airport both times for over 45 minutes!!!! We then decided to use OC Town Car and booked them for a service to and from LAX. Both rides could not have gone more smoothly!!! Needless to say, we will be using them for all rides in the future. Thank you for your great Customer service!!!! read more

OC Town Car was great to work with. I needed a ride to John Wayne from Irvine at about 4:45 am, and Lyfting may or may not be an option at that hour. I made a reservation the day before by calling their main number, which was very easy. I also got a confirmation via text message. Mike arrived in an SUV 10 minutes early and in the right place! The drive was quick and comfortable and we got to the airport ahead of schedule. I'd definitely use OC Town Car again! read more

The PERFECT ride for a family to and from LAX from Orange County. He arrived early to our house (5:05 am instead of 5:15 am, which is fantastic because we hit some unexpected traffic), dropped us off right at our terminal, and was there waiting when we landed 2 weeks later. He had booster seats for our kids ready in the car, water bottles, and a perfectly clean SUV. Highly recommend! We'll never drive ourselves again. He made it too easy for us! read more

We've used OC Town Car for the last 5 years to and from the airport, with or without our kids, with 1 or 6 bags and the service is exceptional every time. We've even sent them to pick up friends and family for us when we're unable to. They are always on time and accommodating. When my flights are delayed or changed they are on top of it. They are even good last minute. There are other car services out there but OC Town Car is the best! read more

I used the OC TOWN CAR, LLC on Fri 5/10/19. I had an unexpected change in plans and called at the last minute. The owner, Frank, was extremely helpful. The driver arrived early, took me to my destination, and took me back to the John Wayne airport in a manner that was extremely professional, safe and courteous. The fare was also very reasonable. I give them 5 stars rating and highly recommend this car service. read more

OC Town Car is the only car service we use. Saying they put the customer first is an understatement. Customer service is excellent. The cars are always very clean and the drivers (Mike is a wonderful man) are friendly and professional and will do everything in their power to get you to your destination safely. Prices are super competitive but I feel it's a bargain for the service you get. read more
