My wife and I have taken many incentive trips where Buses are a regular fixture. This August trip was for our Family Reunion. We stayed in Newport Beach but wanted to visit some major locations in LA. There is no way we could have done so in individual vehicles. CLIFF, our driver arrived on time in a clean bus ready to go. We immediately hamaded a few adjustments to the day's agenda and Cliff rolled with us and very accomodating. When he dropped us off at each destination, he was back very promptly. I used this company for my wedding. We chartered a mini bus for the bridal party and then also for the guests to and from a hotel to Topanga canyon. Customer service and communication with Tae and our specific driver Sam was excellent, even as I had to adjust some of the pick up spots. My husband even left his backpack containing many very important items (including a new wallet I had gifted him as a wedding gift the morning of the wedding) on the shuttle after the wedding, and our driver met him the next day to return it with everything intact. However, I paid for a tip and hotel room for the driver that the driver said he didn't get. I had to email LA Coach to find out what the mix up was.
