My wife and I have taken many incentive trips where Buses are a regular fixture. This August trip was for our Family Reunion. We stayed in Newport Beach but wanted to visit some major locations in LA. There is no way we could have done so in individual vehicles. CLIFF, our driver arrived on time in a clean bus ready to go. We immediately hamaded a few adjustments to the day's agenda and Cliff rolled with us and very accomodating. When he dropped us off at each destination, he was back very promptly. The service from the office team before and after the trip was incredible! Will use use them again for our large travel party needs in the future! read more

Very responsive to inquiries and economical. Had to make some small adjustments to pick up location and Tae was willing to accommodate

I used this company for my wedding. We chartered a mini bus for the bridal party and then also for the guests to and from a hotel to Topanga canyon. Customer service and communication with Tae and our specific driver Sam was excellent, even as I had to adjust some of the pick up spots. My husband even left his backpack containing many very important items (including a new wallet I had gifted him as a wedding gift the morning of the wedding) on the shuttle after the wedding, and our driver met him the next day to return it with everything intact. I would highly recommend their services, they are honest, fair, and very helpful! read more

Outstanding service from start to finish! Our company rented an LA Coach sprinter van for an office trip to Palm Springs. Tae responded quickly to my many questions and patiently worked with us to keep our costs down and accommodate a fluctuating number of participants. He was always available and willing to help. This kind of personalized service for a reasonable cost isn't easy to find elsewhere. Our driver, Yang, was also terrific. He followed a complicated route and got us to each of our stops safely and on time. The van was clean and comfortable. We will definitely use LA Coach again for any future trips! read more

This company contracted with another bus company so this review is not for their bus service. They just collected the money to give to another company. However, I paid for a tip and hotel room for the driver that the driver said he didn't get. I had to email LA Coach to find out what the mix up was. Received an email from Tae Jeong and it was the most unprofessional email I have ever seen from a company. Message me and I will forward you a copy of the insane email. This company is a joke. To quote Tae in his email "ROFLMAO". "WTH" LA Coach? read more
