I want to extend my sincere thanks to Ray at EZ Vans for supporting our bus tour in LA. We used a 27 person mini bus and it was affordable and clean. Our driver, Zach, was an absolute gentleman -- prompt, communicative throughout the day, and drove safely and efficiently in LA traffic. He truly set the standard as a model driver and made the experience smooth and enjoyable for everyone. We are so grateful for your service and look forward to the chance to work with EZ Vans again in the future. read more

We had a great corporate outing in a very posh Mini Bus that fit 20 of us very comfortably. Our driver was on time and attentive.

I needed a corporate mini bus for a private (party) event. I searched Google to reach out to companies for quotes. I am so happy I ultimately decided on EZ Vans-EZ Bus! Ray and Azy were phenomenal! They were very responsive and professional, and kept in touch with me throughout the entire process of reserving the corporate mini bus, as well as on the day of the event! The driver (Ali) was professional and the kindest person you'll ever meet! The bus arrived on time and was clean and very well-maintained. I highly recommend EZ Vans-EZ Bus!!!!! read more

EZ Vans is our sole transportation provider for our summer program where we had 76 trips this year in a six week period. EZ Vans is lovely to work with and ensures that everything goes well through excellent communication and customer service. Azy is phenomenal and a great person to work with, always checking in to make sure things are going well, sharing driver names and contact information, and confirming information ahead of time to make sure everything is all set for a smooth experience. We love working with Azy & EZ Vans and will absolutely work with them again next year! Thank you for all of your help this year! read more

We traveled from Hawaii to California with a Scout Troop for a week long summer camp on Catalina Island. EZ Vans made the transportation to and from the airport so seamless and stress free! The drivers are kind and accommodating! Communication is the best I have ever had with transportation! We will recommend this company to anyone we know looking for transportation service from LAX. read more

Last summer (2022), I used a different company for a number of different transfers for our summer program. Their service was absolutely terrible - buses no-showing, breaking down, rude and reckless drivers, the list goes on... Ended-up subbing-out for EZ Vans for the few remaining trips we had and they were amazing! SUCH a refreshing change from what we were dealing with. I stayed in contact with them and used EZ Vans for all our transportation needs this summer (2023) and they were still phenomenal. Azy and Ray are amazing - very easily reachable and flexible. They're an ease to work with considering our complicated itinerary of transportation needs at times. 10/10 would recommend! Will be returning our business next summer. read more

A huge THANK YOU to Azy!! I work for a corporation and had to get a group of people from LAX to Anaheim - Azy was wonderful. She was responsive, checked-in all the time and made sure service was smooth. The drivers here are wonderful as well. When I had a last minute change/addition, Azy stepped in and made it work - even for a 4:30am pick up. Thank you again, Azy and EZ Vans! I highly recommend!!! PS the vans are clean, comfy and well worth every penny! read more

I needed a reliable shuttle service for crew transportation for a production, and EZ Vans delivered! Azy was so helpful and attentive, and accommodated some very last-minute change to our reservation. On the day, the drivers Scott and Farshid were wonderful to work with - very flexible and professional. I highly recommend EZ Vans, and will definitely be using them again in the future! read more

Love these guys! Ez Vans is a terrific company. I have had nothing but positive experiences using their services. I've used them on 3 separate occasions (all corporate events) - most recently yesterday. We hired a 26 passenger mini bus to take our staff from LA to Del Mar and back. Kal was our driver and he was fantastic. Friendly, on time, patient and zippy. He even stocked the bus with cold waters for us. The other huge benefit I've experienced using EZ is their ability to accommodate my last minute requests. I'm always having to make last minute changes to pick up times, vehicle sizes, drop off times etc. and they're always responsive and on top of it which I love. Having that flexibility is hugely important. Also their prices are extremely competitive read more

I used Ez Vans for the first time on June 2, 2023. I am extremely pleased with their operation and recommend them to anyone looking for transportation from LAX. The quoting process was user friendly and you can email any questions. I especially want to thank Ray for his help and patience in the booking process. The driver Scott was fantastic. He kept me informed as to his arrival at the airport and was extremely helpful with all of the luggage. read more

AWESOME company!! Just when I thought customer service was dead and gone I had this wonderful experience with EZ Vans Shuttle Service. My bff reserved this company to shuttle her guests from their hotels to her wedding venue. They were on time, a pleasure to talk to and the driver even helped me out of the van! After the wedding and may I say, many cocktails later, I stumbled my way to the van when it was on time to pick us up. I realized the next morning that I had left a very expensive pair of sunglasses in the van. My flight back home was calling so I didn't have time to retrieve them so the shuttle offered to ship them to me at no extra charge!!! It doesn't get much better than that! Love this shuttle company! Don't waste your time or money on any other shuttle service! This one is the BEST!! read more

As the Venue Director for Red Horse Barn wedding and event venue in Huntington Beach, I need shuttle service for my clients and their guest for every event. I have been using EZ Van's for several years now and highly recommend their services. Azy and Ray have always provided great service and on more than one occasion covered my special needs, sometimes with little to no notice. The drivers are always very courteous to event guests and my staff. They go above and beyond to assure everything runs smoothly. Thank you for doing all you do to make my job easier and the transportation of my clients from off site parking to the venue go seamlessly. I would give 10 stars if I could! **HIGHLY RECOMMENDED TRANSPORTATION COMPANY IN LA** Azy is just absolutely wonderful! This is my first time assisting in coordinating a big event for a company (I am a newly college graduate so this is my first big girl job). The Events Marketing Manger made me responsible for coordinating travel arrangements for our 170+ attendees that will be landing in LAX and BURBANK airports. I had to group them up and find a transportation service to get them from the airport to the hotel where the event was being held for the week. Being from the Bay, I've never traveled to LA via plane before (because I'd prefer driving) so I had no idea how landing at LAX or BURBANK would be like. I originally grouped everyone based on their arrival time but didn't realize that there were multiple terminals at LAX...and also didn't factor in international travelers and how they would be stuck in customs. Our employees were flying in from all over the world. I communicated with Azy for over 2 weeks through email leading up the the event. She was very kind, patient, and informative throughout the whole process and responded oh so quickly to all my questions/concerns. I changed the group travels multiple times yet she was still very accommodating and understanding. After confirming our transportation reservations, the process with booking the final transportations was very quick and easy. 02/27/17 -The day we've requested for the transportations from the airports to the hotel, Azy kept me posted throughout the whole day by sending me email updates of the drivers and the passengers that were picked up. All the pickups went smoothly which gave me peace of mind since I did not attend the event. The Marketing Manager was very proud of me for making the transportations successful but I honestly couldn't have done it without Azy's help! Looking forward to working with you again to book the returning transportations after the event! read more

Every two years my organization holds a convening. We contracted Ez Vanz and got connected to Azy. She always replied quickly to emails and was able to accommodate all our changes, preferences and requests. Our schedule for three days was complex and there were different routes each day. All our participants raved about how easy it was to get from the hotel to the conference space. Bryant and Larry were the best drivers ever! Highly recommended for any professional event! Thank you for making our conference such a success, Azy and team! read more

We hired EZ Vans to transport guests to our wedding in a beautiful but somewhat isolated location in the foothills. Azy was incredibly responsive and supportive when arranging all the logistics, and Frank, the driver, was fantastic, professional, and kind. Highly recommended! read more

Called in to get a quick quote as we are trying to make a decision quickly. The woman says "can you just email me your information?..." and starts spewing out a ton of questions she needs me to answer. I asked her if there was any way we could just do a quote over the phone because I need a rough estimate quickly. She hesitantly begins collecting my information. When she asks the drop off location, I told her California City, CA (a real city in California). She responds with, "I don't know where that is can you name another city?" I honestly am not very familiar with the are either so I was unable to provide off the top of my head. At this point she sounds beyond frustrated that she has to actually look up this information on her own so I told her we were fine not using their service. Pro-tip: train your customer service reps to be nice and patient! I would've gladly looked up the area for her, but she sounded like she didn't even want to talk to me. read more

I used EZ Vans for a bus tour I planned for the organization I work for. Azy was very accommodating and professional with my neurotic emails leading up to our event. On the day of, the bus showed up right on time with all the printouts I had sent. Throughout the tour, the driver didn't seem to mind my intense back-seat driving and was very professional and thoughtful. For example, at one of our stops he turned the bus around while we were off the bus so we could quickly move on to our next stop as soon as we were ready to hop back on. The only thing that kept me from giving 5 stars was that the bus was loud, especially when going uphill. This made it difficult for our tour guide to be heard. Nonetheless I was pleased with our otherwise seamless event. Thank you, Azy! read more

I reached out to EZ Vans in need of a last minute van rental with a driver for a work event and not only was EZ Vans extremely responsive, they also offered the best prices out of all the other companies I reached out to! Not only that, the itinerary for my work trip kept changing but Azy was extremely accommodating. She was so friendly and never made me feel like I was being a nuisance about the changes. On the day of, the driver Jonathon arrived earlier than agreed upon time to make sure we wouldn't derail from our tight itinerary. He was so friendly and professional and got us to all of our locations safely and on time. This was my first time booking a van rental with driver service but will definitely reach out to EZ Vans again! read more

I used EZ Vans for a company event. From start to finish they were very helpful. What I appreciate most is that they returned every phone call and responded to all of my emails. We hired EZ Vans for a high level event and program we hosted in Los Angeles where partners were picked up from their hotel in Beverly Hills, taken to Playa Vista for an all day summit, back to LA for a cocktail reception and then back to the Hotel in Beverly Hills. They never missed a beat! Their pricing was the best we received and the drivers were prompt, professional and friendly. Azy was a pleasure to work with and super responsive! Communication between Azy and the drivers was excellent. We may now be using EZ Vans again for our conference in July! read more

My wife and I needed to rent a shuttle van to take guests at our wedding from the hotel to the venue and back again. We priced out several services, but frankly, we were worried. Most every service had plenty of bad reviews, and even our day-of-coordinator said when it comes to shuttle services, expect the worst. Ultimately, we went with EZ Vans, but I was terrified the whole time. Would they show up on time? Would they show up at all? Would it be in the right size vehicle? Or would it be in a modified school bus or hearse or some other crazy shit? These were the panicked thoughts that plagued me. All I could think about was my wife's 86-year-old grandpa being forced to walk from Pasadena to East LA because the shuttle service crapped out. Turns out, my fears were 100% unfounded. The bus showed up early and ready to roll. The driver (Leonard) was professional and friendly. Several trips were made, and not one person had a complaint. It was probably the most effortless experience I had out of all my vendors. Price wise, they were comparable to everyone else. A little less than $1000 for 8 hours of service for a 32 passenger mini-bus. If you need similar service, I highly recommend them. They were friendly from the outset, and they were very reliable. read more

I just called this company and a very rude lady answered me at that time my kids were playing and they were making noise!!! In a very rude way she yelled at me "ma'am, ma'am ma'am there's too much noise" well HELLOOO kids are noisy!!! If you're having this actitud over the phone I can't imagine how you're gonna treat me if I choose your company to transport me and my kids to the airport and also if you don't know a thing about customer service you better work for someone else instead of offering services that involve deal with customers!!! SHAME ON YOU!!! read more
