They offer the CBX services and they leave you stranded on the terminal. They tell you to wait for Uber and then they cancel it and you have to pay an additional amount on top of your ticket. The sad part there were many elderly people stranded. Worse service ever. read more

To whom it may concern, Just wanted to inform of my unpleasant experience with the staff. I called to cancel a bus shuttle service that I purchased. When I purchased my ticket I spoke to Itzel and wasn't inform about the cancellation policy of rebooking my trip for a future date. I also never got some confirmation email or receipt about my purchase just my ticket number. I called back today with my request for cancellation. I explained to the representative my situation hoping she would be able to further assist me. Instead for some odd reason she got very upset and just hung up on me. I called again and she did the same thing. I have never seen such horrible customer service. I was not rude or disrespectful to the representative. I don't understand how such company can have such disrespect and unprofessional associates. For it is there job and duty to help customers out. Thanks to customers business keeps running and if one wants to have a successful business one needs to keep professionalism at the work force. I asked for her name but she didn't provide it. STAY AWAY FELM THIS PLACE !!! If I could give zero stars I would. Bought round trip tickets from LA to Tijuana. On our way back the ticket agent took my tickets and said she would send the info to the San Ysidro booth. Once we arrived there o checked in and was told can would leave at 1:30pm. Van arrived at 2pm and the ticket agent never had us on the list and all she said was sorry you can get on the next can at 4pm. I was with my son and we were tired and wanted to come back to LA asap. She never apologized for her wrong doing and refused to give me my money back. I ended up paying another van service and filed a dispute with my bank for the transaction. A BIG warning for any passengers considering Futura Net! Think twice if you want to put your life on the line!! My mother and I were traveling from Tijuana to Los Angeles using this service on January 4, 2018 when we had a dangerous and explosive driver who left us terrified and never wanting to ride Futura Net ever again. We were sitting in the front row and from the start could see the driver Alfredo on the phone, looking at his phone, turning his head to look at the passenger while chatting and eating while on the highway. Out of concern for our safety and for all passengers, my mom respectfully and discretely asked if he could refrain from using his phone as it is breaking the law in the state of California. He got very angry, denied everything including the law, and threatened to kick us out of the vehicle; he said he had the right. Later he pulled over and told the two of us to get out and told the whole van he would not continue until we were gone - so absurd and abusive! Eventually he did start the engine when all passengers started begging and pleading him, but we were so scared of being dumped in the middle of nowhere, both of us were even shaking. (He also crossed double yellow lines twice during this trip.) This is not what we expect from any service we pay for. We expect a safe and secure passage. When we arrived in LA, we addressed the owner 'el guero' and he wouldn't let us finish and wanted to get rid of us. Very disappointing. The "bus isn't actually a bus... it's a gross van that you'll be sitting in with other smelly gross ppl getting dropped off at random spots. I got to my destination (vegas) alright but getting home on thursday this "bus" never showed up. I waited and waited but saw nothing. I then called the vegas office which was some regular number that no one answered. Called the los angeles office and they hung up on me. Called again and was left on hold for a long time then told that there was no bus coming back today and that I can wait tomorrow or get grey hound. Soooooooo I ended up catching a cab to the airport and booking a last minute flight and then another cab to get home I will never use this place again. Had a good experience at the ELA stop waiting for my bus, played clasic pacman in the lobby before they called out to board the bus. I recently started shooting some projects in Tj. I spend enough time doing local driving in L.A. As the streets and fwys are so congested now. I decided to start taking this service so I could Relax or do some work on my laptop instead of burning gas, wearing my car out or being stressed in traffic. HOURLY DEPARTURES, You say?? Hell yeah! its on!. Sounds uh-maze-ing right? Chale Tamale, WRONG. I have taken this service like six times in a month and this will likely be the last. Im sitting here since 3:55a because the website, brochures and signs read 4am. Mother Flipping 4 A.M.!Office was closed at 4am......430am......5am.......crickets.....5:18am ahhhh it finallly opens. Where's the driver I ask. "I dunno". 6:06 driver eta still as mysterious as whereabouts of Hoffas remains. 6:25a the driver claims 15m away so the office girl informs us that we now have to walk to another site and go with a van they are "renting" . So our group of tardy @$$ travelers cross the street, train tracks, up the block to a remote lot. The office girl who walked tellsus there will be a driver there named *ENTER STAGE* (rhymes with) "el mariachi"...... --FLASHBACK- .......wait did you say " E-e-e-el mariachi"? No! wait... please I'm already late and you're sending me with el mariachi? The driver who on my last trip dropped off doña chole in Boyle Heights (not a stop for futuranet) kept exiting the 5 fwy on the way to San Ysidro at non futuranet locations, circling neighborhoods yelling to pedestrians "San ysidro?". Funny nuff some said "SI Si" ran to the van ingot in. This stretched what should've been a 2.5 hour drive into almost 3,5. dont get me wrong I dont blame the guy, futura net only gave him 6 passengers so he's gotta hustle n fill seats BUT The website reads we shouldve be there at 10:50p ( Traffic you say? none it was at a minimal) this should be respected. -PRESENT DAY Anyways. back to today. We meet w El Mariachi 633a. He loads us asks us to wait 5 min and We finally leave at 651a. It's ALMOST 7a?!?!?!?!?I should've been ve less than an hour away from home by now and instead will arrive at 11a!!! So now I have to hire a sitter to watch my boy as I will not be able to pick him up from his mom's on time.....SMH 359a-11a journey LA to SanYsidro 1st Trip--Going-was smooth to and from San Isidro. waited almost two hours to catch van back. 2nd Trip- Going-- was meh nothing special other than the nasty @$$ van with no working seatbelt. Return---I walk up to the booth @6am only to be told next van would be in about 3-4 hours. Im like "cool....3 to.....wait ...4 HOURS!?!?!?" EFF THAT! I went next door to Saenz they had vans scheduled and ACTUALLY LEAVING on the hour EVERY hour. So i had to purchase ANOTHER TICKET with ANOTHER co. just to get home at a reasonable hour. 3rd Trip- Going-- 3.5 hours getting to San Isidro AT NIGHT w minimal traffic w El Return---I get a futuranet van, yay! *claps hands rapidly*........Alll good til The van stalled in a gas station halfway back to L.A. We all had to be transloaded about an hour later because van was leaking diesel. so i got home about 1.5 hours later 4th Trip- Going-- Late @$$ van. 45m Return--Had to wait 5a-7a only to be asked to walk to different site with independent van guy named "el mariachi". 5th Trip--Going- Driver greeted us with "dont sit in the front seat it has piss all over it, You dont want to sit in that little puddle....sit in the back". We get in, hop on 5fwy during rush hour traffic, It's SUMMER... we are all sweaty, almost 5pm, it's HOT, there are children in Van. We are super shiny, looking like we just jumped off the elliptical at the gym, ELLIPTICAL not some silly treadmill, We all looked at each other in disbelief , Our foreheads beading and dripping. I asked the driver to please turn AC on "oh no sorry no works....yeah "....pos ta cabron. Return--NEVER happened because up until 430 there was no one in the office...Sick of Futuranet, I'm not chancing waiting on the office to open up an hour+ late AGAIN so Walked over to Saenz Vans there were lined up and ready to go. Futuranet should try and be more like their competitor 6th- NOT opened @433a can't buy ticket if not open can I? Considering Saenz from now on because this co. has failed me on so many times, I cannot rely and schedule myself according to their posted sched because they aren't punctual,Staff not opening office on time, contracting shady drivers who make more stops than listed, not having vans at the ready so they can actually follow posted departure sched. I have had to pay extra parking fees because vans always late, , sitter fees, tickets w other companies.! I'm a professional. I need a service that is reliable, operates smoothly not no Mickey Mouse junk Van Collective. At least 4 of those round trip tickets were a complete waste of money. The worse experience I ever had. On our way back from Tijuana the mini bus had no air conditioning with 30 people aboard. Windows cant open and the only window that open was the driver. I think he didnt want to waste gas and thats the readon for not turning AC on The driver was on his phone holding it wth his right hand for about 20 minutes while on the carpool lane. He did not hand up until i continue to tell him that it was not safe for him to do that. Specially that mini bus did not have sit belts. Spend the extra money and travel safe with greyhound! Unfortunately I had a terrible experience with this company. I purchased a one-way ticket from Los Angeles to the Tijuana airport as I had a flight scheduled for December 12th at 12:00 pm. Knowing that I decided to take their earliest departure time of 5:45 am as it was due to arrive to the airport no later than 8:45 am. I was told by the ticketing agent, Careli, to be prompt and arrive no later than 5:15 am to avoid any delays. It was 7:00 am and we were still at the station with no reasonable explanation as to why we did not leave at our scheduled time. In order to make my scheduled flight I had to modify my itinerary and get dropped off at the CBX crossing point and pay an additional $20 in order to make my flight. This is unacceptable and irresponsible. I will make sure to never give my or anyone I know their business to this company. read more

Do not trust this business. I purchased a ticket for my dad and they sold me a bus ticket from Los Angeles to Tijuana. The bus ended up being an old bus with no air. During this Covid there were so many passengers and no sanitation. I am reporting them to cdc. Also the ticket from Tijuana to Guadalajara. They said it was none stop and it would get there the next day at 1130 pm. We made arrangements to pick him up and the bus didn't arrive until 7 hours later. read more

The busses are high quality, the restrooms have always been clean, and the drivers are always very polite and don't mind when I ask them to charge my phone or play music for me. Terrible service-STAY AWAY!!!! I REPEAT STAY AWAY!!! My husband had decided to use this as a last resort because he had to work so everyone left for Las Vegas in the morning and he had to take the bus or rent a car after work. I told him to take the bus, because they have internet and tv and bathrooms and you don't have to pay for gas and you get to relax. This was what was said on the website! So he went after work but no bus ever picked him up! He was there early and he kept calling and the bus call center said they were on the way. An hour later he was STILL waiting! When we called to ask for a refund they said NO. That all they could do was give him a free roundtrip ride to and from Las Vegas-WTH??? As if we would ever use their service again?!?! They say that you will be picked up and arrive at a certain hour but the bus stops so many times it adds over 5 hours to your trip that they don't include that information when purchasing your ticket! This is honestly the worst company i have ever used in my entire life. I bought a round trip ticket from Pacomia to San Ysidro which was reversed for me to come back Christmas day at 6:30 pm. On the first trip to San Ysidro , i felt a little uncomfortable being packed with 5 people in a 3 seater row without our seatbelts and the windows cheaply spray painted in black. Our driver kept pulling over on the side of the freeway to reply to his Facebook posts and was talking on the phone mostly the entire time which was very scary while he was driving with one hand. When we reached San Ysidro the driver yelled at me to get my luggage which made me very confused because i didn't bring any in the first place. The worst part has not even begun. Two hours before I left my hotel I called their San Ysidro office and made sure my seat was fully reserved and i was told by the women that yes i can come at 6 and i would be good to go at 6 30 which was already reserved for me and already paid for .I show up early at 5 30 and reach the woman at the counter and she told me they had already sold my spot and there was nothing they could do about it. iKeep in mind this was Christmas Day and had my whole family and daughter waiting for me at home. I Begged the woman at the counter to call a manager on the phone that i could speak with so after 30 minutes of me begging she gives in and calls a woman on whatsapp who claimed to be a manager and all she told me it was not her problem and hung up. At this point there was a small crowd trying the encourage me that things would get better but at that moment i was Completely heartbroken that i was lied too and was now going to miss Christmas with my daughter. Atleast i ask for refund back to catch a uber back home and refused. After asking them multiple times they called me annoying and waste of their time.
