We rented the 14 person Sprinter Van for a bachelorette to Temecula for the day and they were amazing! The van was super clean, spacious, and comfortable, the integrated bluetooth and music sound was on point and the lighting (once it got dark) definitely set the mood! Rented a bus for my alumni group, driver showed up early, bus was clean. That is what is keeping this from 3 stars. Bus was not provisioned with Paper Towles, bathroom sanitizer was out, and toilet paper had to immediately be replenished as it was almost a fully used roll left. The DVD would play with no sound, and the mic did not work. This would have been a 5 star review if those simple things were all in place. I booked an Intermex charter bus for a company trip this past week. Our drivers, Luis and Benji, were both friendly, punctual, and great drivers. Both rides were super smooth and seamless. Taking off 2 stars because there was very little communication leading up to the trip. I would have liked to receive a confirmation email with additional info from someone on the team in addition to the payment confirmation. I also emailed a few members of the team asking if I should expect to hear from the driver or if there was anything else I needed to know before the trip, but I never received a response. Despite the lack of communication, I would consider booking with Intermex again for the value and the quality of the rides. read more

Our experience with Intermex was superb. It was important to us to bring our business to a locally owned business versus the big guys. From the first call with Kenny to the minute my guests were dropped back off at LAX after their cruise they provided professional service with the nicest attitude in wanting to keep us happy. I rented a bus from Intermex Inc. to go from Los Angeles to Joshua Tree for my friend's wedding. It was the best decision! I was worried about finding a reservation since it was last minute, but Edgar took great care of us. He responded right away and got us a great deal. He made sure he was very detailed and made me feel very comfortable during the booking process. Since we spent the night in Joshua Tree, I was slightly worried about our luggage not being able to fit but the luggage compartments on the bus are HUGE. We had no problem transporting all our belongings. Our bus driver Cyrus was so kind and patient with my whole crew! We were playing music the whole way there and we had a blast! Zero stars for this company. I could not book with my normal choices for charter buses for my baseball team at San Bernardino Valley College. We decided to book this company and give them a try for a trip we took up North to Fremont for three days. BIG MISTAKE! The toilet did not flush and the entertainment system to watch movies didn't work. The last day of our trip it rained that morning and the windshield wipers were malfunctioning. I addressed it with the company in an email and asked for a discount. They replied back saying their bus driver said everything was operational and they do not provide movies, which didn't matter because we had our own but again, could not play them on non operational entertainment system. The bus driver was not being truthful about the toilet or entertainment system and I asked to speak with the person the college and I were dealing with named Edgar. I emailed Edgar and told him we had DVD's to watch. We should also not have to wait to use the restroom at the bus driver designated rest areas halfway to our destination and at the same place on our return back home. The point in booking this charter bus, it was expected to have operational toilets entertainment system along with feeling safe in our travels for a drive that was over 6 hours in duration to and from the college. I have not received a phone call from Edgar. They recently sent me a message to "please pay the remaining balance" and obviously do not want to discuss the issues with the bus on this trip. They have blatantly disregarded my complaints and concern for safety of my players and coaches. In the future I suggest to anyone to use H&L or Inland Empire charters as they have never disappointed me on previous trips. read more

Intermex Transportation is my go-to transportation provider because they are reasonably priced, reliable, and have the best customer service. Frankie Casillas really understands customer service and goes over and beyond. Not to mention, supporting they are a minority-owned business and will probably win awards for their outstanding business practices. One of their drivers, Elizabeth has a great personality and is reliable. She drove us safely through the busy streets of LA. I wasn't expecting such a quality and clean bus, and the students got excited too since it was a long bus ride and they were used to those yellow school buses. read more

Unfortunately, Intermex was highly unprofessional. The driver was 40 minutes late for pickup. When he arrived, I kept my cool but he continued to try to explain to me how it was not his fault. I have waited a week for management to follow up with an apology and an offer of some kind of compensation, but nothing. In addition, the driver had a guest with him. Although this did not affect anything, it did reflect on the lack of professionalism. Lastly, it is worth noting we received offers a discount on future bookings if the customer leaves a positive yelp review. I am not claiming that all of these positive reviews are false, simply pointing out that customers that have left reviews may have had a monetary incentive to do so. To their credit, they were flexible with regard to accepting payment, and I don' think they are bad people. They just messed up this one, and handled it pretty poorly. read more

I charted a 56 passenger bus to take our group to Las Vegas. I was a little nervous because this was the first time renting a bus and I wasn't sure what to expect. I have a group of athletes and every year we use a bus to get us to Malibu where we do a short hike and then our annual race. The bus was top notch: power outlets, bathroom and tv's.
