I recently had the misfortune of encountering the most unhelpful and rude bus driver during my commute. Not only did this driver refuse to assist me when I needed help, but they also took my valuable lounge and showed no regard for my concerns. To make matters worse, they failed to report the incident or provide me with any information regarding the situation. This review serves as a cautionary tale and a plea for better customer service on public transportation. I am deeply disappointed with the behavior of this bus driver, who exhibited an alarming lack of professionalism and failed to meet even the most basic expectations. Their refusal to assist me, rudeness, and failure to report the lost lounge reflect poorly on the entire service and organization they represent. I strongly urge others to reconsider using this bus service until they address the issue and take appropriate action regarding this specific driver. So the reason why I hired Intermex was because the company we originally hired cancelled on us the day prior to our trip. Can you believe that!! A day prior!!! Anyways, I automatically freaked out because I thought I was not going to find a bus for my group in such a short period of time. I went on Yelp and these guys came out. Frankie helped me out with our reservation. It was done in less than 5 minutes and their price was very affordable, even cheaper than what I was paying with the other carrier. They gave me the option to pick the bus that I wanted so we used the American bus with electrical outlets.Let me tell you something, the inside of this Bus is really really good. The flooring, the seats are very comfortable and spacious AND they have outlets.Our driver Gerardo was punctual. He allowed us to take control of the music so that was good. We arrived to Disneyland on time, enjoy our magical day and went back to our church. I will definitely use these guys for my upcoming trips. read more

Very good experience. Booked this bus to transport our 32 wedding guests from our wedding location, our home in Westchester, to our reception dinner, in Marina Del Rey, only 5 miles. We were thinking this was going to be a small bus, but when booking found out that it would be a full size bus. Intermex gave us our drivers name and phone number after we booked, in case we needed to contact him, or had any trouble connecting at pickup. Our driver Jose was very prompt on his arrival. He disappeared nicely when we didn't need him, and reappeared promptly when summoned. The bus was also very clean and in good shape. We also very much appreciate help locating the cell phone left on the bus. Only negative at all was the warning buzzer that sounded the entire return trip; however, I don't think many heard it other then myself, as I was sitting in the very front of the bus. We just got back from a five day school trip to Los Angeles from Fort Myers, FL. We used Intermex from picking us up at the airport to taking us every where we wanted to go in the LA/Anaheim area. They were always on time, the buses were very nice and our driver was the best I've ever had in the LA area. I cannot recommend this company highly enough. I got quotes from several LA bus companies and their quote was by far the best. If you have any reservations about using this company, forget them. They will definitely be my first contact when planning another trip to the LA area. I have organized trips for 30 years as a band director and choir director in public schools and dealt with too many bus companies to even think about, from horrible to great and Intermex definitely comes in on the GREAT end of the scale. We used Intermex to visit a couple of Casinos in the Coachella area. I struggled a little bit with other companies that would take forever to just provide me with a simple quote. These guys are ON IT! You can easily book a trip with them in less than 20 minutes. They also care about your budget and try to accommodate your transportation needs with the funds you have available. During our trip, our driver Gustavo was very patient with us. We had to wait for a couple of guests as they were stuck in traffic and he was very polite about it. We also made some last minute changes to the itinerary and they accommodated us without any extra cost. Overall, we are very happy with the service. We will use them again. read more

Their customer service is exceptional. I needed last minute transportation for my guests to attend my wedding, since the ceremony and reception were in different locations. After reaching out, I was given a quote right away. (The other 2 companies I also contacted did not get back to me until 3 days later.) The driver was punctual and provided a comfortable and party friendly experience for my guests. He even allowed them to play their choice of music. The bus was clean and had many electrical outlets, which everyone loved using on their ride back. My daughter referred Intermex Transportation as she used them for her wedding March 2019. They provided two buses to assist with transporting the guest all weekend from the hotel to the different locations. I never got to see or ride in the buses but she was very pleased with their services and referred med to them for the use of transporting the church youth to an event and I was very pleased.
