Started off questionable, with a little attitude that I thought was just misinterpretation due to text messaging. But then when I received a quote for a longer period of time, my response was "Ouch. OK, we can't do that." The reply was "if it's not good enough, then good luck on Friday, we will get booked regardless." The attitude and subsequent conversation was kind of crazy to me. What took me so long to write this review? This was by far the easiest most professional service I booked for either of my kids proms. My son wanted a simple stretch limousine (no party bus go figure), so I began calling all around for service quotes and I got some real scammers but NOT with Synergy! Lou is super professional and detailed. He is honest and up-front with you about all of his services. He is prompt and just does what he says he's going to do! All contactless set-up, paid the deposit via Venmo and Lou texted and emailed me the written itinerary and invoice so there were absolutely no discrepancies. He knows what he is doing. I made a few minor changes towards the day of the prom and he happily updated my request in writing. Had an amazing experience with Synergy. Hired them for a friend's birthday event and really elevated our experience. Arrived early, had ice and waters available on board waiting for us. Of course, we had some much fun dancing on the bus. Very reasonable pricing and don't try to up charge their clients, we went over by a half hour and they actually only charged half the hourly rate. Let me start off by saying that the owner Lou was the nicest man and so easy to talk with. My daughter's senior year was a bust due to COVID19, so her best friend's mom and I wanted to do something special for our girls. We hired Synergy Limousine for 3 hours to drive them and 4 friends around LA where they stopped off to take photos. They got all dressed up and had a great time. Rubin was their driver. He arrived early which is always a plus and called me to let me know he was at the pick up location. He was dressed in a suit and got out to let the kids in and out of the limo while wearing a mask. Because these seniors were not quite 18, he kept the partition down. Lou told me that the limo would have ice and bottled water. However, we were allowed to supply soda and snacks for the kids while they were on their venture. When they were finished, Rubin dropped them off to my house for a sit down dinner. It was a memorable evening for our kids thanks to Synergy Limousine! *For 3 hours in a stretch limo it was $230 plus we gave Rubin a little more then a 20% tip. He was wonderful!!! I highly recommend Synergy Limousine!!! The customer service was excellent. Lou sent me an invoice with the details once I sent a deposit to lock down the date. I had originally booked a party bus for 20 on 2/10 when I had intended to book for 2/3 for Illenium at SoFi. I realized it the day of an hour before pick up, panicking and stressed, I called up Lou to let him know my mistake. Lou mentioned they had a Sprinter Limo Van that could fit 15, depending on passenger size. Day of, the driver arrived on time and walked us through everything. He was familiar with our destination at Banc of California Stadium so I'm glad he was able to get around easily. The van ended up being a little tight, even with only 13 in my party. I would say it fits no more than 13 comfortably. 14-15 would be too tight. Gratuity is included in the rate, but it does feel a little awkward after getting dropped off with the driver just standing there. Thanks again Lou!
