Im not one to post reviews but i just had to get this out there..Ive recently been on a few other party buses from "bargain price" companies that friends of mine rented for their girlfriends bdays.. Total disappointment.. As a master mechanic i can tell you these vehicles shouldn't be allowed to operate + No ice or water, dirty, smells like vomit & driver (though they were nice) wearing a bennie & white T shirt 3 sizes too big looking like they just got out of prison.. So i decided not to make the same mistake for my girl's 30th.. and spend a little more if need be... I've always been one who believes you get what you pay for...After some research i went with ULC.. I spoke with Paul & Justin who were friendly, informative & professional ..though it is right in the middle of prom season they were able to make some adjustments to accommodate me on somewhat short notice. On her bday the bus showed as scheduled as was immaculate clean inside.. bins were full of ice & waters and our driver George looked like he belonged on the cover of GQ magazine.. We had a large group of my girls friends & family, everything from Great Grandmas to Hoochie Mamas & George treated everyone single person like royalty.. We had an absolute blast!! The next morning i woke to my girlfriend crying because she said i gave her the best birthday party of her life!!! Thank You all at ULC for knocking it out the park for me!!!! read more

I have been a repeat customer with ULC and the customer service is superb! I would like to congratulate all of the employees of ULC, but especially Travis. He always went above and beyond to answer my questions and he was patient & professional. Also, Paul, who was confirming the limo a couple days before was very kind and professional, putting me at ease and assuring me everything would be ready for the event. I have some observations regarding the day of the event. I was told we were having a Hummer, and although the SUV was BEAUTIFUL, it made me wonder why there had been a last minute change. Also, the kids mentioned to me that the limo had disposable cups with chewed gum, as if someone forgot to clean the car. The driver was professional, but there seemed to be a breakdown in communication. I was told the driver would contact my daughter at the end of the dance to set up a pick up spot. She waited for his text, the group waited outside, and were among the last kids at the venue when the limo showed up about 20 minutes after the event was over. I don't know what happened, and while this is no reflection on the driver, I feel it necessary to let you know. Thank you very much! read more

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I was with the entire experience of using your limousine service for my daughter's winter formal. Everything from how easy you made the initial contract, to your dispatcher contacting me, to the driver himself, and the beautiful car that took my daughter's group to the dance. This was a very tough decision for me to allow someone to take 12 15-year old girls form San Juan Capistrano to Long Beach. It is very scary to think about all of the things that could go wrong in that scenario. It would have been much safer for me to drive them all up there myself and ensure everything was perfect for them. But after talking to you on the phone, you convinced me that ULC is a professional organization and my worries were eased a bit. You gave me a very fair price and assured me that the safety of those girls was your #1 priority. Then the dispatcher called me a few days before the event to finalize all of the details of pick up, delivery, and return. That made me fell like there was a great team behind the operation. Awesome company! I called and spoke with James regarding what I was looking for. He quoted me prices and answered all my questions. This was for my husband's 50th birthday and I wanted to make sure I had plenty of room for my guests. It was between an SUV limo and a Party Bus. I chose the SUV limo because it was a little cheaper than the Party Bus, and I knew it was going to be an expensive night. To my surprise, on the night of the party, Brian showed up about 15 minutes early and with the Party Bus!!!! I was thrilled! The bus looked brand new, the inside was nice and roomy, had laser lights, a great sound system for us to plug our iPhones into for our own tunes and a great air-conditioner. It was so much easier for us "old folks" to move around in than the limo would have been. Brian was a fabulous driver, explained all the "rules", was very polite, funny and prompt. All of our guests said what a great night it was, and the Party Bus made it even better for us to have a little more liquid fun! It was a night we will always remember. Great,Great service.We used the same company from Lax to Anaheim Hills and back to Lax.The reservation system was easy,the followup great by Brandon and Justin.Upon our arrival from a international flight.Mark Othoman,our driver did send us a text message to confirm our arrival and to advise us where to meet.The whole process was flawless and Mark was very kind to help us with the luggage.Very safe and professional attitude and also a real pleasure to receive great tips about what to do and good restaurants where to eat not to mention a little Turkish history lesson. The 2nd part of the trip was again right on time,and Mark made sure he arrived a few minutes earlier to retrieve us.We did arrive in time at Lax for another international flight.We work in the tourism business and we know how important is to have a professional and also a customer oriented attitude . I was EXTREMELY pleased with our experience!! First, our original rented bus had the AC go out and instead of just giving us that bus or down grading us (both of which have happened to me with other companies) UCL upgraded us to a bigger bus. This was an AMAZING gesture. We all came from across the country for our friend's bachelorette party and I wanted everything to be perfect so I really appreciate the extra effort made to make that happen. Additionally, our driver, Robert, was THE BEST driver I have ever had. He went out of his way to make the trip amazing. We had to reroute when our dinner reservation wasn't kept and again when we found out a place was closing early and he was just totally accommodating. I'm sure a bus full of drunk girls is not an easy thing to put up with but Robert was so patient, kind and just kept telling us he was there to help make our night special. We booked a party bus from here for our high school prom, and it was honestly one of the best parts of the night. From the moment the bus pulled up, everything felt special. The vehicle was sleek, clean, and felt luxurious--way better than we expected. I was pleased with the experience. Their prices were competitive and firm (no after the event added charges). Shannon was great to work with, she was professional and very responsive (as we had some last-minute changes). The driver was new and she arrived a little late, but I was told she did a great job once they got going (had the same driver for a 2-day event). There was limited space for luggage underneath the 23-passenger coach. Our clients had to store some of their luggage in the cabin of the coach. We would have appreciated a heads up on this. It worked out because there were only 16 passengers' total. It limited the room for the team to spread out. Also, the coach could have used an exterior wash. It was black so I understand how that color attracts dust and dirt, but it did not appear to be freshly washed. They did a great job, we will certainly use their services again! read more

I recently rented a limo from ULC Party Bus and Limo for my daughter's homecoming night, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! Our driver, Joe, went above and beyond to ensure that my daughter and her friends had a memorable evening. Very friendly and positive experience all around. Our daughter and her friends wanted a party bus for winter formal and after calling other companies ULC was so thoughtful and explained things as the "Leslie Bill" that needed to be signed by each teens parents or they could not ride the bus.... I put down a deposit. Just felt comfortable. No other company took the time the explain any of that. Dispatch when they called to confirm the reservation and times etc. were very nice and helpful. Right down to our driver - Allan, he was very sweet and great with the kids. He was a blessing to all of us parents who get nervous about sending our kids off with strangers. Our company booked ULC to attend a convention in Anaheim last week. The initial booking was done very quickly. Weather conditions caused flight delays and changes in arrivals, not once but several times. ULC was extremely professional, helpful, and so patient given the number of changes. The rates are reasonable, given our delegates had the vehicle to themselves. The driver, Alan, received rave comments from our delegates - ''awesome'' ''extremely nice and professional''. It's evident that this company works as a team. All my conversations with the owner, James, Breanne in Dispatch and others in Dispatch, were so professional, helpful, and patient. I'm very satisfied with the service we received. The day I made the reservations it was fast, easy and the price is very reasonable. Customer service was good- I called them twice to ask questions and they were answered to my satisfaction. Our driver was on time and was courteous. Before accepting our party bus I got on to inspect it and everything was great. We had never been to our destination before but that was okay because our driver knew exactly where we were going. It was a hot day and it was great that the bus bar had ice cold water bottles. My daughter's sweet 15 birthday celebration is full wonderful memories and thanks to their affordable prices she got the party bus she so badly wanted. We booked our party bus with Shannon, and what a horrible experience it was! We specifically asked for an overhead bar and 2 poles, but they sent a bus without either of them. The speakers were not working properly, and when we tried to fix it ourselves, they remained scratchy. We spent hours on the phone with Shannon, who claimed we hadn't requested the pole or overhead bar since there was no note of it. It felt like we were expected to remind her of our requests! She also refused to acknowledge that the speakers were faulty, insisting that they worked perfectly fine. Despite being a group of 30 people, she accused us of being a bunch of liars. She introduced herself as the manager, and it appeared there was no one else we could speak to. read more

I used ULC Limos for my daughters 13th Birthday Party and it was the best Party she's ever had. She had 23 friends with her and it was an experience none of them will ever forget. ULC Limos followed my directions (and driving directions) perfectly and arrived to her school on time and also dropped them off on time too. The bus driver was named Brian and he did an excellent job! I will definitely use them again (especially for more birthday party's for my daughter as it was such a convenience). I had booked ULC Limos in the past with great satisfaction but this time I had a group of 17 crazy women going for Ladies Night Out!!! What a great job and treat is was for us to have this company serve us!! From the great price to the end of the night was a pleasure. Our driver was a little early to help us put everything we wanted to bring on the bus, which was already supplied with water, ice & was very clean. She was a shear pleasure, so helpful through the night keeping stock up and at the end made sure everyone got off the bus safe and even helped us bring what was left back in the house. I ordered a party bus for my daughters 13th birthday and everything was perfect. From the set up with Jennifer, to the payment process and finally to our awesome driver, Tammy...Huge success! Tammy showed up on time, she had already taken "the pole" out, was great with the kids and was an awesome and safe driver. She cares about what she does. I rode along in the front cabin so I can honestly say she makes safety a priority which is of the utmost importance...especially with 12 and 13 year old kids.
