We loved this company so much for our daughter's 13th birthday that we came back again for her 8th-grade graduation celebration--and it was just as amazing the second time around! It was actually fun to see many of the same kids who rode with us the first time, now celebrating such a big milestone together. Once again, Evelyn was absolutely incredible. She is organized, responsive, and makes the entire process so easy from start to finish. A special shoutout to Jacob, our driver, who was phenomenal. He was professional, friendly, patient with a bus full of excited teenagers, and helped make the experience memorable for everyone onboard. The bus was spotless, the music was going, the kids were singing and laughing the entire time, and they truly had the best time. As a parent, I appreciated how safe, organized, and stress-free everything felt. We will absolutely be using them again for future celebrations. Whether it's a birthday, graduation, or another special milestone, I can't recommend them enough! read more

We had such a great experience for my daughter's quinceañera! Our driver, JC, was amazing and so patient and flexible with us. It ended up raining that day, so plans were changing and there was quite a bit of waiting around. He even had a bunch of teenagers directing him on where they wanted to go and he just rolled with everything and never made us feel rushed. Evelyn in the office was also wonderful! She was great at communicating with me throughout the whole process and made everything so easy leading up to the day. We really appreciated how accommodating everyone was, especially with all the last-minute changes. Thank you JC and Evelyn for helping make our daughter's day so special! Definitely recommend! read more

Working with Excel Fleet Limos was an amazing experience from start to finish. As a wedding planner, I work with a fair share of wedding vendors, and it's easy to tell which ones are not only experienced, competent, and professional, but also friendly, easygoing, and just good people to work with. Evelyn made the whole planning process a breeze leading up to the wedding -- and on the wedding day itself, getting the couple and their wedding party from point A to point B to point C in style in a fancy Hummer limo all went so seamlessly thanks to our amazing chauffeur, JC. 10/10 I highly recommend working with the Excel Fleet Limos team for your next special event! read more

It took me a long while to finalize and finish this booking ONLY because of the inability of all the kids in our Prom group to make a decision who was going to be riding in the limo. Evelyn was extremely patient and was a pleasure to work with, offering to have us come and view the fleet. The booking process was very smooth and easy and Evelyn made sure every detail was covered and communicated clearly, ensuring everything was 100% accurate. Alfonso was the driver and made sure we, as the parents, had his cell #. He followed up with every detail when he came to pick up the kids. He was thorough and reassuring to the parents and made sure everything was as expected. He also let us know of his experiences with the dinner/event locations and explained any parking issues he may anticipate. The kids had a great time with him and said he was the "GOAT". Some of the comments I got from them were that he "was good, really good" and "he was honestly so nice and super helpful". I would not hesitate to use Excel in the future and would recommend them without hesitation. read more

Used Excel for our 1st daughter's wedding in 2017 and again for our 2nd daughter in 2025. They were excellent both times!! Scheduling was easy and communication from time of booking to pick up was awesome. The drivers both times were on time, kind, and patient. I definitely recommend them! read more

We rented the hummer limo for our daughter's prom and I was very impressed with the vehicle and our driver JC's professionalism. He kept us posted of their location when they stopped for dinner and later after dropping them off at the venue. He was punctual and very attentive. They were very accommodating when making our reservation as well. Kids had an amazing night and the ride made it even better! Recommend them 100%. read more

We had the best experience with Excel Fleet! It was for my birthday & we were going from HB to Hollywood park. For starters, Evelyn was so helpful and made the perfect suggestions on which vehicle would be best for our group. I had a lot of questions and she was so nice and patient with me. We had the black limo bus that held 18-20 people. Although we had 12 people, this was the perfect choice, we had room to move around and sit comfortable, plus we had a few coolers we brought on board & still felt spacious. Our driver Richard was so nice & he got us to our destination in perfect timing, on the way back he was very flexible as we asked him to make a stop at Del taco before bringing us home. I would for sure recommend Excel fleet & Richard! we will be using them again! Thanks Excel for making my celebration extra special! read more

I hired excel fleet limo and JJ the chofer was curious and kind great driver highly recommend

We used them for our son's Prom & to say we were impressed is an understatement. We called 6-7 different companies, none had what we were looking with the rate that was reasonable. Excellent Fleet allowed us to take a couple of the kids to look at their stock of limos and vans, so they could decide what they wanted. Their staff was friendly and allowed us to take our time looking at their vehicles. They allowed us to walk away, without feeling the pressure to make a decision on the spot. After we took the tour of their inventory, we got in the car & we called them (before we left), do reserve the limo the kids wanted. On Prom night, their driver was kind- he exchanged numbers with us and our son. We honestly looked like he was happy to be there & be their driver. We will be using them again, for homecoming. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the communication of this company and their customer service. After communicating with Evelyn, the Client Relations person for this company, we decided on a date, 6 hours of limo service, and agreed on a price. Then she waited until the DAY BEFORE the event to tell me that SHE had made a mistake and that I needed to pay even more than was agreed upon if I still wanted to use their service for the 6 hours. After telling them "No, I will pay the amount we agreed upon for the hours we agreed upon." Evelyn told me she was sorry for her mistake and that she would cancel the limo reservation and give me a refund for the deposit. She said "It is hard for me to give you a $70 discount on a 6 hour rental." Call me crazy, but its not a $70 discount if that's the rate that SHE gave me when I made the reservation. She should've honored that rate. So, not only was she not going to rectify her own mistake, but she caught this mistake the DAY before the event, which was my daughters 12th surprise birthday party. After being firm and standing my ground, she finally agreed to our original agreement under the stipulation that I pay cash for the whole thing. I said "that's fine." Not only am I completely baffled by the TERRIBLE communication and egregious customer service, but the limo driver was supposed to show up at 2, and ended up showing up to my house 15 min early and completely ruined the birthday surprise. The whole thing was so stressful and I would never use this company again. Save your energy, and your money and use a different limo service. read more

I rented the Chrysler 300 / Rolls Royce back in Aug. Chofer was awesome and easy to work with, great competitive pricing. The lady that answers the phone is truly east to talk to and very upfront. My family had initially planned an outing two days after the federal shutdown. When we had to postpone, Evelyn was very understanding and professional. We were finally able to reschedule to last night and Evelyn was very helpful and a pleasure to work with. She provided confirmations all the way up to the morning of. Our driver, Michael, arrived a little earlier than scheduled which was the perfect amount is time to load items and settle paperwork so we were on our way at the departure time. He was friendly and professional and was there as he had promised when we needed fo be picked up. Our destination had a very non-limo friendly parking lot but you should've seen him do some strategic driving to make it happen!
