It took me a long while to finalize and finish this booking ONLY because of the inability of all the kids in our Prom group to make a decision who was going to be riding in the limo. Evelyn was extremely patient and was a pleasure to work with, offering to have us come and view the fleet. The booking process was very smooth and easy and Evelyn made sure every detail was covered and communicated clearly, ensuring everything was 100% accurate. Alfonso was the driver and made sure we, as the parents, had his cell #. He followed up with every detail when he came to pick up the kids. He was thorough and reassuring to the parents and made sure everything was as expected. We had the best experience with Excel Fleet! It was for my birthday & we were going from HB to Hollywood park. For starters, Evelyn was so helpful and made the perfect suggestions on which vehicle would be best for our group. I had a lot of questions and she was so nice and patient with me. We had the black limo bus that held 18-20 people. Although we had 12 people, this was the perfect choice, we had room to move around and sit comfortable, plus we had a few coolers we brought on board & still felt spacious. We used them for our son's Prom & to say we were impressed is an understatement. We called 6-7 different companies, none had what we were looking with the rate that was reasonable. Excellent Fleet allowed us to take a couple of the kids to look at their stock of limos and vans, so they could decide what they wanted. Their staff was friendly and allowed us to take our time looking at their vehicles. They allowed us to walk away, without feeling the pressure to make a decision on the spot. After we took the tour of their inventory, we got in the car & we called them (before we left), do reserve the limo the kids wanted. On Prom night, their driver was kind- he exchanged numbers with us and our son. We honestly looked like he was happy to be there & be their driver. We will be using them again, for homecoming. read more

I am extremely disappointed with the communication of this company and their customer service. After communicating with Evelyn, the Client Relations person for this company, we decided on a date, 6 hours of limo service, and agreed on a price. Then she waited until the DAY BEFORE the event to tell me that SHE had made a mistake and that I needed to pay even more than was agreed upon if I still wanted to use their service for the 6 hours. After telling them "No, I will pay the amount we agreed upon for the hours we agreed upon." Evelyn told me she was sorry for her mistake and that she would cancel the limo reservation and give me a refund for the deposit. She said "It is hard for me to give you a $70 discount on a 6 hour rental." Call me crazy, but its not a $70 discount if that's the rate that SHE gave me when I made the reservation. She should've honored that rate. So, not only was she not going to rectify her own mistake, but she caught this mistake the DAY before the event, which was my daughters 12th surprise birthday party. After being firm and standing my ground, she finally agreed to our original agreement under the stipulation that I pay cash for the whole thing. I said "that's fine." Not only am I completely baffled by the TERRIBLE communication and egregious customer service, but the limo driver was supposed to show up at 2, and ended up showing up to my house 15 min early and completely ruined the birthday surprise. The whole thing was so stressful and I would never use this company again. Save your energy, and your money and use a different limo service. read more
