Highly Recommend! In planning my daughter's birthday I went to the website and filled out the information request. Hannah text me straight away and sent me a sample of what the interior of the party bus would look like and provided a quote that I had requested. As the event got closer, Hannah made sure to confirm that we were still on, which was so appreciated as that was on my to do list and Hannah proactively reached out, one less thing to worry about! We had the pleasure of having Summer as our driver and she was so friendly and welcoming. The party bus arrived decorated with balloons and banners, one less thing to worry about and such a nice touch! The girls had a little trouble with setting up the blue tooth connection for their playlist and Summer worked with Hannah to resolve the issue with grace and patience; rather than dismissing the technical difficulties, Summer pulled over and helped set it up, voila, it worked. Both Summer and Hannah recognized how important it was for the girls to hear their playlist for the party bus and the girls appreciated their help as well. Throughout it all they were so patient and made this a priority, even saying what is a party bus without music? I was the only adult for this adventure and having Summer there and Hannah a phone call away was very much appreciated, it was one less thing to stress about. Summer is so responsive, we had two stops/pick up and she was on time and always showed up with a smile and I was so appreciative to have her be a part of our celebration! Hannah and Summer are such a great team they were responsive, kind, and professional from start to finish and made you feel not just through words but actions that they cared about us and are an integral part of such a fun evening. Just rented their sprinter van for my sister's 13th birthday this weekend. Very good service! Communicating over text was very convenient. Hannah responded timely to my inquiry and any questions I had during the booking process. The sprinter van arrived on time. It was clean and perfect for what we had in mind. I work with this company beginning of October, We were so happy with the service first of all the driver even came 15 minutes earlier than the pick up time, the bus is really clean and fancy, they take good care of it , oh and food is not allowed in the bus. Music set up is really good , easy to connect and play your own music, what I really liked about the bus was like it was plenty of space for you to move around. Hana the lady who helped me was really nice , we talked back-and-forth she's very trustworthy and super helpful.
