If I could give White Rose Limousine more than five stars, I absolutely would! We were planning our son's wedding and, just the day before, reached out to several limousine companies through Yelp for quotes. White Rose Limousine stood out immediately. Not only did they offer the most reasonable pricing, but they also had a beautiful 10-passenger van that was exactly what we were looking for. From the very beginning, Junior made the entire booking process effortless. Communication was outstanding through both text messages and email. Every question was answered quickly, confirmations were clear, and once I sent the deposit, everything was handled professionally. We even received a confirmation the day before the wedding, which gave us complete peace of mind. On the day of the wedding, our driver, Donnelle, arrived early and gave us a courtesy call before arriving. From the moment we met him, we knew we were in great hands. He was professional, personable, courteous, and took the time to explain how the day would go so everyone felt comfortable. He made loading the van incredibly easy by parking in the perfect location and even helped us load several wedding items. Throughout the day, his driving was smooth, safe, and punctual. He navigated between multiple locations without any issues and always dropped us off exactly where we needed to be. During our photo session, the park rangers asked him to move from the drop-off area, but Donnelle handled everything perfectly. He kept in communication with us, let us know where he would be parked, and when we realized we needed something from the van, he immediately drove it back to us before returning to park. That level of service and attention to detail meant so much on a day that already has enough going on. From there, he took us to the church, dropped us off right at the entrance, stayed in communication throughout the ceremony, and then transported us to the reception venue. While we celebrated, he let us know he'd be nearby and available whenever we needed him. At the end of the evening, he was there waiting for us and gave us a relaxing ride home to end a perfect day. I truly cannot say enough good things about our experience with White Rose Limousine. Everything went exactly as planned, without a single issue, and that allowed us to simply enjoy one of the most important days of our family's life. A huge thank you to Angel for the excellent communication and coordination, and an even bigger shout-out to our driver, Donnelle, for his professionalism, kindness, outstanding communication, and exceptional service throughout the day. If you're looking for a limousine company that is reliable, reasonably priced, professional, and genuinely cares about making your event special, I highly recommend White Rose Limousine. They played a big part in making our son's wedding day absolutely perfect. read more

We have used White Rose for several special occasions over the years. Again, they did not disappoint. I booked a Sprinter van to take my family to Circus Soleil in Santa Monica. John our driver was on time and very professional. He navigated through the LA traffic with expertise. We arrived on time. He communicated with us on where to meet after the show. Again that was flawless. We checked the van for all our belongs at the end of the evening to make sure we didn't leave anything behind. I was surprised to get a call from John on Sunday the day after the circus that we left behind a stainless steel cup. He said he was in the area and dropped it off at our home. What?! Who does that in todays world? Thank you very much John and White Rose for the outstanding customer service. 10 stars+ read more

We used White Rose Limo on our wedding day in October to transport the wedding party from the hotel, to the church, and back. To be completely honest, the transportation was really the only thing that went wrong on our wedding day. Yet even though it wasn't perfect, the driver was amazing and the space in the limo itself was good so it wasn't a completely awful experience. First of all, the bus was at least 30 minutes late to pick us up. I wasn't paying as much attention to time as my amazing wedding planner was, but I do know she was stressed out and 30 minutes makes a big difference in wedding world. The second bad thing that happened is the limo was not cleaned properly before picking us up, and there were jello shots on the floor. One of them got a spot on my dress, about the size of a quarter. A couple people noticed it as I was walking down the aisle. I don't care too much, but that is a significant thing to have happen to an expensive wedding dress!! Also, we were told there would be drinks in the limo. There was NO ice, two bottles of room temp champagne, room temp whiskey, and some water bottles. There were champagne glasses but no glasses for the other alcohol. And nothing to mix it with. However, the driver was very friendly and felt very bad that he was late. He helped us play our music and was gracious with our "outgoing" groomsmen. I really liked him, although I can't remember his name. He drove safely and efficiently too! The size of the limo inside was comfortable and spacious for 12 people. read more

We had a great experience from start to end. Junior sent us a quote as soon as requested and provided pictures of the car (interior and exterior) so we could understand what we were getting. We had 11 girls (11-12 year olds) plus a mom chaperone (me). Scott, the driver, was a gentleman and very nice to the kids, showing the best angles for group photos and how to use the disco lights, as well as the bluetooth for music. When we got to the first stop, the place was still closed and we had to wait by the door. Scott stayed there like a bodyguard making sure we were all safe and ok until the place opened. I really appreciate the care he had with us. From there to the second and last stop, the kids already had a sugar rush and were dancing and singing REALLY LOUD the whole way. They had a blast and I hope the driver's ears survived... (sorry, Scott, three days later and mine are still ringing...) Thanks so much White Rose and Scott, for a very memorable birthday for my daughter. read more

I'm not sure if our driver yesterday was the owner of the company, but if he wasn't, I just want to take a moment to compliment him. Johnny was, by far, the nicest driver I have ever had. Unfortunately, I had the worse experience with this company. Our party bus broke down 2x! Which made us miss our scheduled wine tour. We tried to make the best of it thinking will for sure get some sort of refund but when my husband asked for a refund for our missed wine tour from the owner of White Rose, he said 'no, it's not his problem'. I've never had such a bad experience with a company owner before. read more

Great and fast service, Jr was a lot of help getting the perfect limo booked. Drivers are well dressed too and very polite.

Used white rose for a film shoot. When shooting a film being on time is huge. White rose limo was early everyday we used them. Bus was exceptionally clean. They allowed us to do things (remove markings and such) that many company's won't allow. Patty in the office was always professional and very quick to answer questions. She also seemed to be available anytime not just 9 to 5 Edward our driver is probably one if not the best driver in the industry. With even the gruelling stuff we put him through he always smiled and said no problem. I see bad reviews for this company. I'm sure your event was important as was ours. But in an industry with many moving parts things don't always go perfect and sometimes stuff breaks down even if it is serviced White rose limo will always be my go to when needing first class transportation read more

**UPDATE 5/2/17** We are 100% satisfied with the service we received from Mike and his staff. Our driver arrived early to our pickup location, allowing us additional time for photographs. John was pleasant and helpful -even suggesting poses for the kids to use during pictures. He spoke with the kids about his no alcohol/no drug use policy and they gladly signed. Credit card was presented for an imprint, no problems. The kids had a great time during their ride. Everything functioned properly inside the vehicle, and the vehicle itself was in great condition. We will be back White Rose, you've made a life long customer out of us! 5 Stars! I was hesitant at first, after reading some of the other reviews - but turns out for no reason at all! Booking the classic Bentley was a breeze. I exchanged a few emails with Patty, and once I called in this am to finalize booking I spoke directly with the owner. He went above and beyond explaining the process, taking credit card info, discussing details. When looking at the agreement that was sent over - it clearly states to bring your own aux cord for music (not sure why someone else didn't see this mentioned), and to have your credit card on hand at the time of arrival so they can take an imprint. We are looking forward to using this service, and hopefully have our new go-to company for all of my events. Thank you White Rose - we will see you in a couple of weeks! I will be back with an update once service has been rendered, I just wanted to comment now, while I was still super impressed with the customer service I received. read more

We used White Rose for my daughters 8th birthday she loved it! All her friends had a blast. The service when I called in was great. Junior was very professional and explained everything to me. The bus was clean, fully stoked with cold drinks (water and soda). We loved that they decorated the bus with balloons and a Happy Birthday banner. Such a thoughtful gesture. Patty in the office was wonderful. We used the party bus for my boys senior prom. Every question and concern was answered with respect to meet our needs. Our driver was David. I highly suggest you request his service as the driver. He was on time, covered all my concerns as we had 44 kids and some special request. He let me know when they made it to the dance, and updates that I wanted and needed in between. I will definitely be using this service again, not just for the next proms for my other kids, but personal outings and requesting him personally. read more

White Rose Limousine - Our Stretch Hummer Limo - Limos Near Me - Orange, California

I booked their limo bus for my wedding day last week. They were to transport my wedding party from the church to the reception. When we loaded into the limo at the church, we noticed the air conditioner was broken and the vents were just blowing out hot air (on a hot sunny day). We told the driver about this right away, but he said that all we could do would be to wait for another bus to come pick us up and that bus was at least 40 minutes away. We did not want to be late to our reception, as our wedding day was on a tight schedule! So we decided to let the hot bus take us to our reception. The drive on that bus was pretty miserable though and I felt bad for the elderly and pregnant members of our party. Then, about halfway into the drive, the bus pulls over on the side of the highway and just sits there. We all assume the engine must have broken down. So now our entire wedding party is stranded on the side of the toll road in the middle of nowhere, waiting for the company to send another limo bus to pick us up. This wait alone took 20-30 minutes! Eventually we saw the second bus coming and watched him drive PAST us a few times on the highway! It was so frustrating! When we finally did arrive at our wedding reception, we were late and had missed out on a photo shoot we had scheduled. My poor mother was worried sick the whole time we were missing because everyone was there except us! My wedding coordinator had tried phone calling the limo a few times to find out where we were, but they never answered the phone. A couple days after the wedding, we called the company to ask for a refund. We were transferred to the owner Leo, who was very rude to us and had absolutely no sympathy for the situation he caused on our wedding day! It took two separate 30 minute phone calls until we were able to haggle a partial refund out of him. What I find so frustrating is that he did not want to admit to any fault or wrong doing. We should have been given an apology and offered a refund instead of having to call and argue for one! read more
