There was plenty of room especially for the kids to move around. Bus was very clean and cold water/sodas were provided. Maria also allowed me to add our own drinks to the cooler. Very easy to connect to Bluetooth to play music and control the lights inside the bus.

I had three party bus companies lined up, with 1st Class Limousine being one of them. I didn't mind paying extra out of pocket for my birthday because I wanted everything to go smoothly. I knew that if I went with the cheaper options, I might regret it. Yolanda was great and clearly knows how to make sales. She followed up regularly to ensure my reservation was locked in. I booked a party bus for 25 people for $900 for five hours. Initially, she quoted $750 for four hours, but I added an additional hour because we were traveling far. I even took the time to visit and inspect the bus to ensure it was what I wanted, as it was the last available bus for Saturday, 9/21. I booked with 1st Class Limousine because, as mentioned, I didn't want to be let down. I specifically requested for the party bus to arrive at 6 p.m. at the pickup location. However, Yolanda called me at 5:47 p.m. to inform me that the party bus I had reserved was experiencing mechanical issues. She then offered me either a Sprinter van or a limousine, neither of which matched what I had originally booked. I chose the limousine, since I had to decide quick and had reservations at 7pm in Clermont . When the limousine arrived, it was noticeably older, with worn leather seats. The limited amount of drinks and ice provided was far from sufficient for my party, which was very unprofessional. We couldn't even chill our drinks properly due to the lack of ice, despite being told that ice, water, and soda would be provided. We ended up waiting at our destination for four hours, as we had to wait longer than planned for the replacement bus I had originally reserved. They offered another bus, but it wasn't what I requested, further impacting our experience. While I understand that mechanical issues are out of the company's control and that safety comes first, I was disappointed that no additional free hour or discount was offered to compensate for the inconvenience. I later found out that the Escalade limousine was $175 per hour, not $187.50, which is what I paid for the party bus. While we did eventually get the bus I reserved, we had already waited four hours, and by that time, my guests were fed up. To make matters worse, I had purchased large 40-inch number balloons to decorate the bus, which went unused since the bus wasn't there to pick us up. The time and money I spent on those balloons, as well as the overall inconvenience, were frustrating, especially since no discount was offered even though the limo was a lower-priced vehicle & I'm sure the party bus they were offering was small which meant lower price too. The driver, Juan, was excellent and provided great service, but the last-minute changes and the four-hour wait left my guests frustrated, and the entire experience was incredibly stressful. Unfortunately, Yolanda did nothing to improve the situation. Yes, I was given 1hr free because I demanded the hour. I chose this company based on its strong reviews, but my experience did not live up to those expectations. I will not be recommending this business to anyone. I hope this was a learning experience for the company to check their buses daily and to offer some type of compensation when delivering bad news.

I contacted Sunny's Transportation (because of very positive reviews), talked to Sunny, and he set the whole thing up for me very easily. The van picked the first group up from the airport on time. It was prepared with a car seat for my granddaughter, as I requested. We had a very comfortable ride to the hotel with Sunny, who was friendly, professional, and accommodating. The flight for the second group was delayed by a couple of hours. That wasn't a problem for the pickup, because Sunny's checks on flights and arrives at the airport at the appropriate time. That van was set up correctly with booster seats and a car seat as I requested. It was smooth sailing with Sunny's Transportation. I couldn't have been happier with the service and highly recommend them!

I called them and they said in their system they were "requests" and they were NOT going to send anyone. See "confirmation of booking" emails attached -- these said they were both confirmed. They refused to do anything -- not even send a formally denial or cancellation to document that they no showed. If you want to actually have them show up and get to your destination, book anyone but Black Tie.

If I can leave a no start review I would feel better about the experience my wife had with this service this weekend for her birthday celebration with her friends. First off, while on the way to her destination in Malibu, a engine sensor on the van came on, so understanding the liability, the owner had a second van come and pick the girls up while still on the way to their destination. Putting the party an hour late to their reservation, the second vans window blew out and the driver continued to drive. I called the supposedly owner and all I got was arguing and not wanting to re-emberce us at all for a reservation that the girls were only able to enjoy for half the time they were allowed at the wineries. Also, all while the second van was fixed with black duct tape for a two hour ride home. Brochure says "setting the standard for the industry" but all we were given was no understanding from the owner, no response from our multiple emails after the experience. I didn't know that if the service standard was making you late for a reservation, flight, appointment . You get laughed at and argued at that it wasn't their fault. As far as the negative posts about this limo service go, life is full of unexpected events. Things may sometimes go wrong. As for us, our experience with White Rose Limo was PERFECT, from start to finish. The driver, Tony, arrived 10 minutes earlier than booked. We were surprised to see we had been upgraded from the Lincoln limo we reserved to a Mercedes S Class limo! Tony was extremely courteous and a great driver. He took us from our home in Fullerton to Yamashiro Mountain Palace restaurant in North Hollywood through some pretty horrendous traffic and STILL got us there in time for our dinner reservation! He picked us up after dinner and brought us to our home within the time we had paid for. I must also speak kindly of Shelsea, the office person whom we dealt with in ordering the limo. Very kind and gracious. Lastly, this company has extremely competitive rates. We highly recommend them! They own their own fleet of limos and the drivers are their employees, they do not contract out. read more

I rented a party bus for 9 people for 3 hrs. Our family had just returned from a cruise and wanted to see a little bit of LA before returning home and be dropped off at the airport afterwards. I searched long and hard and they, by far, had the best price! Our driver, Johnny, was very prompt. He communicated with us very well about getting picked up, where we would be going, and things we were seeing. He assured us every step of the way that things were going smoothly even when panic set in (on my face) as we waited on food and needed to get to the airport. The party bus included an open bar for the adults (champagne, vodka, and burbon), water and soda for the kids, party lights, bluetooth for our music, sights of the Hollywood sign, the Walk of Fame, stopping anywhere we wanted, and an overall Unforgetable Experience! I have used White Rose twice this year and i used them for my prom a number of years ago and have came back to them every time i found a reason to celebrate. i used them for my parents 45th wedding anniversary a couple of months ago and it was great. We did the whole Temecula winery tour and ate dinner at the end of the night. Then 2 weeks ago on June 11th i celebrated my 23rd birthday on there big party bus that they have. We went down to San diego and the driver was very nice and took care of us well. I am never let down when i deal with the office staff or when it comes to the drivers. there on time professionally dressed and they really take the time to make your day that much more special. i highly recommend Using them the money you spend is definitely worth everything that you get. Mike and his staff were there from beginning to end with everything you needed! Mike set our party up with the 35- person party bus that accommodated everything we needed, from drink storage with ice, sound system, laser lights, fog machine, fiber optic lighting, LCD TV's, and much more........... This bus was a mini-nightclub on wheels!....... An additional shout out goes to our driver Scott P. We needed a party bus for a Lakers game last Thursday and White Rose was not only available, but very competitive with pricing.To make things better, they also include so much for the price you pay. It's unheard of these days for limousine company to include a complementary bar fully stocked with champagne, liquor, sodas, juice, water and ice. I found the White Rose Limousine RV bus to be a wonderful experience. Besides the friendly and helpful staff, the bus excursion was a success. There were 45 young teenagers on the bus celebrating my 16 year old daughters birthday. I opted to let the bus driver,Scott handle the teenagers for the tour for the night. Booked the party bus three weeks ago for my birthday and the sound system was broken. The driver spent 25 minutes trying to fix it with no luck. We had to ride to the venue with NO MUSIC! What kind of wack party bus has no music in it?!! Because the driver wasted 25 minutes trying to fix the sound system, everyone was late to the club and had to pay a $15 dollar entrance fee. My only complaint would be that the bus didn't have a curtain of some sort on the bus from the front, so when we got on the bus at around 5pm it was still super bright out... it would've been nice to be able to see the lights from the inside of the bus... but it's okay! Still a great time, but just be aware if you plan to book it during the day, it will be bright inside.

Leading up to the event, communication was mostly fine, but the day-of experience was extremely disappointing. Shortly before our scheduled time, I was informed that the original 27-passenger bus had a flat tire and a smaller bus would be sent. I was cool and understanding because I was told it would still fit our group. That was not accurate. The replacement bus was advertised as 24-25 passengers, but with 23 people onboard, we were already cramped and one adult had to stand. Ultimately, not everyone was able to ride, and several parents had to follow behind in their own vehicles, missing out on the experience entirely. The bus also arrived 30-40 minutes late with no clear ETA given. When I asked for one, I was told the bus had just arrived, which caused us to scramble and delayed boarding even further. This created a domino effect. I had to adjust restaurant reservations, notify parents of a later pick up time, and manage a large group of children with very little communication or coordination from the company. Because of the delay, our reserved tables were given away and we had to wait to be seated. Then, despite the late start (which was not our fault), we were rushed out of the restaurant by the driver. We were not able to complete planned stops, which was a major part of what we booked. The most unacceptable part was how the situation was handled. When concerns were raised, the owner said, "I can shut this down and you can figure out how you're going to get everybody home." This was said while we were responsible for transporting 16 children. That response was not only unprofessional, it was completely inappropriate. The bus itself also felt unprepared. It appeared rushed and not fully cleaned, the blinds were disorganized, and the interior lacked the "party" or club-like atmosphere that was advertised. Some lighting features were not functioning, the Bluetooth had issues, and the air conditioning was inconsistent, with the front of the bus noticeably warmer than the back. I somewhat understood because they were not expecting to use that bus or to have a flat tire in the originally rented bus. I did not complain about anything. I say this because, while we tried to be flexible and accommodating throughout the experience, that effort was not matched. There was no meaningful acknowledgment of the inconvenience, no apology that felt genuine, and no offer of compensation or partial refund for the downgrade in bus size, delays, or overall experience. Although additional time was added at the end, it did not make up for the rushed and altered itinerary. This was especially disappointing because we were hoping to find a party bus company we could use time and time again for future celebrations, including my other children's birthdays and my husband's upcoming birthday. After this experience, I would not consider using them again. For the cost and importance of events like this, the lack of reliability and professionalism is simply unacceptable, and I would strongly recommend choosing a more reliable company.
