Such a great experience! Friendly and hilarious bus driver, what a comfortable ride, it was like being on a mini vacation

Our school buses were all booked so we chartered through Fast Deer. Our driver Dina was incredible! She was early for the pick-up and did a great job with the safety talk. During the drive she had to maneuver around other drivers in school pick/up lines, as well as some tricky tight spots at our destination. She managed with ease, always emphasizing our safety as her top priority. read more

Our driver Raphael was a real professional, down to earth, jewel. He picked up a group of "high energy" seniors from our church on time! He was plesant, kind, and accommodating. He was also very patient with those of us with physical ability challenges. We arrived in Long Beach for our Harbor tour and had a wonderful time. I contacted him by phone and he ws punctual in returning to pick us up to drive us to our lunch destination where we continued in our festivities. In spite of the bus having mechanical issues, which delayed our final pickup, Raphael was clearly frustrated and apologetic. He was genuine and sincere, and our group of seniors understood that things sometimes happen that are beyond our control. Overall, we are grateful for the services of FastDeer, and we would not hesitate to use your services again. Shout out to Raphael for remaining cool under pressure! read more

Quick and responsive service. They were prompt and easy to work with. Buses was one thing I didn't need to worry about! Thank you!

Booked for a high school track meet. Drivers were on time, nice, professional and safe drivers. I would recommend this company.

Solay out driver is GAAAAAAS YO (figuratively and literally with the bus mileage from LA to SF) She drove us, payed my tuition, payed off my uncle's retirement, and resolved all my daddy issues ALL IN ONE RIDE??????!!?? She was absolutely incredible and welcoming, and I can't believe caffeine kept her awake enough through all out screaming. UCLA THANKS HERRRR‼ read more

Our high school girls soccer team made the CIF SS Championship game for the first time since 2008. We set up (and received confirmation) from Fast Deer to charter our team to Long Beach for our Championship game. The bus never showed up. I called and their staff member told me that they didn't have us on the schedule, even though we have confirmation. We had to scramble at the last second to get parents to show up and drive students to the game and get there late. Totally unprofessional company. Look somewhere else, Fast Deer is not trustworthy. read more

Solay was AN AMAZING DRIVER, great jokes, such a sweetheart, loved her! She took us up north to Colleges, NO BREAKS AT ALL(unless told), she is truly one tough cookie, amazing woman honestly the best. We hired the Fast Deer Bus Charter company to transport our fifth grade students to science camp this week. Both of the drivers who arrived were well equipped to deal with winter roads. Ramses Padilla and Eva Segovia were able to get our students to and from camp safely, even with snowy icy roads and required chains. They were kind to the students, responsible and focused while on the road, and flexible with the extensive amount of traffic they faced due to the winter weather. The buses were clean and well maintained. Thank you Ramses and Eva for getting our kids to and from camp safely. We will definitely be utilizing Fast Deer Bus Charter and requesting these well trained drivers for student transportation in the future. read more

Tommy great driver! However this two fellow bus drivers are not. The drivers refused to come into the parking lot at the YMCA while Tommy showed great skill and customer service coming into the parking lot. The other two drivers then double parked blocking the road and wanted our group to unsafely load luggage and passengers in the street. I do not recommend this company to service youth groups. I give one star only for Tommy and Kevin the dispatcher who was professional even though two drivers weren't. read more

We charted a bus for our Vegas turnaround trip for a fundraiser and must I say that this was the easiest, most reliable service I received even with starting by just getting a quote! The process was super easy, Kevin answered all my questions! Since this was a fundraiser I was scared to not be able to fill up the bus and be stuck with the bill but at Fast Deer you don't have to pay until a week prior to boarding. Leo was our driver and he was nice and kept us up to date with timing and also answered all of our questions! Definitely recommend everyone to use Fast Deer, we will! read more

Fast Deer bus company is the BEST!!! It was my first time organizing a bus trip and couldn't have done so without the help of Errol Adams. From the initial request of the quote up until the day before the trip, Errol was by my side step by step. The buses are very clean and up to date. Our driver for this trip was Kenny. When I say professional...that is an understatement. Kenny was on time, courteous and very efficient. Usually I don't like others driving me but Mr. Kenny can drive me anytime. I'm in planning stages for our next trip and will definitely be using Fast Deer again!!! read more

I have no idea where to start with the praise. If I could give this business ten stars, I would. From the moment I walked into the office I was impressed. The office is clean, well decorated, and organized. This immediately stood out to me. When I met Eddie, the owner, I was so pleased to find that he was kind, thorough, and went above and beyond to think of details that needed to be addressed so the day would run smoothly. In fact, I found his entire very helpful. He took my requests seriously and made sure they were met. On the day of the event (we hired three shuttles picking up from three different locations in the Malibu - Agoura Hills area), everything ran like clockwork and all our guests were picked up on time. The shuttles were clean, air-conditioned, and in fantastic condition. I have and will continue to recommend Fast Deer Bus Charter to anyone in need of special transport, especially on special occasions. So grateful to them. read more

This was the first time that our church used Fast Deer Bus Charter on August 4th for our Summer Camp Retreat. We chartered two buses and both came on time picking us up from church to the destination and coming back, they were also very punctual. Both bus drivers are very friendly and courteous. One of the driver, name Ramses Padilla, is familiar with the route and got us there very smoothly. I definitely recommend this vise company! read more

Had to bus for a field trip and it was really great. Great bus, loved Hellena's (our bus driver) personality, overall would recommend

I had such a fun trip this Sunday! Hellena was an amazing driver and had a beautiful character. She handled the road like a boss!!!

I just returned from a fantastic 5-day trip to Las Vegas, and Fast Deer did a really great job with the transportation. Our driver (I can't believe I forgot her name...) was so sweet and friendly, and was always on-time at our pick-up locations. She even learned most of our names and addressed us with a smile each time we boarded the bus. Booking the bus was a really simple process. This was a last-minute trip (as in, the day before), but the office staff were understanding and accommodating. I called so many times with questions since I've never booked a bus before, and they were patient every time. I even called at 11 PM and had my call answered almost immediately! Overall, great service from both the driver and office staff. My family reunion wouldn't have been a success without Fast Deer's help! read more

Fast Deer Bus Charter - Having lots of fun! - Buses Near Me - Montebello, California

We hired Fast Deer Bus for an 8 hour turnaround to raise money for my daughters choir trip. I requested the quote via email and it was a pretty simple process. I had to make a change in the pick up location and I called Elena. Zero hassle. Also, I needed to add a pick up location since half my group was in LA county. That wasn't a problem either. The staff is super helpful. The driver was awesome. He kept us safe and played good songs on the way back. Speaking of songs, there was an aux cord that everyone kept fighting over to play their music. It was in the front by the driver. There is also a mic on board if you want to MC during your trip. Oh and a DVD player so when you're ready to pass out on the way home, skip the music and plug in a movie. The bus was comfy and had plugs around some seats so you could charge your phone. Comfortable ride and room for storage in the overhead bins. We kept a cooler in the very back. Good times had by all. read more

Ramses is a truly excellent driver. We had an accessibility issue with the bus we were given for two days of our trip and he went out of his way to obtain a more accessible bus for us the next day. On the other day when the bus step was problematic, he went out of his way to be helpful so there was no injury. He was always courteous, personable, and on time. We knew we could rely on him which made our trips across several days much easier. He is exceptional!! read more

Our school uses this company and multiple times there have been problems. A few of the buses even broke down for a trip once, forcing the students to be crammed into the other already-filled buses. Nevertheless, I still decided to use this company, with the intent of organizing a social event among 7 other schools. I called the number on their webpage, and the operator gave me an email address to which I could direct my request, telling me to expect a reply within 24 hours. No reply. I sent another email, this time through their internet form. No reply. read more

HOW 34 PEOPLE HAD TO SIT ON A BUS AT 103 DEGREES I'm not sure if this location is where our bus was rented, I just know it was the fast deer charter. Our bus AC broke halfway from LA to Vegas. That's 2 hours in the heat. That's ok because it isn't the drivers fault. He called the mechanic who was no help and didn't know what was wrong. But the next day driver says it was working again so no bus switch was made. Worked Sunday. MONDAY. We are now leaving UTAH to come home to LA. We leave at 4:30 and what happens? AC isn't working again. Multiple calls to the mechanic who is still of no help. Driver was nice but seriously... Things don't fix itself. I wish they had just switched out buses. The whole bus (34 people total) had to stop at some random city to wait until the sun set before we could go on. You know how you leave sweaty prints when you lean on your legs in a sauna? It was like that. Now I'm one of the younger ones in the group so I'm sure I can handle this fairly better than the rest. Because everyone else was a lot later in their years. I was pretty worried about them... Wasn't sure if they were sleeping or plain passed out from the heat. I'm sure many of them got sick as we got back to LA at 1 am with many of us sniffling and sneezing. Had to skip work next day. read more

I am the project Director for a state-wide grant for the California Community Colleges. We sponsor a 8 to 10 day recruitment caravan in the fall that includes travel throughout the state. This is our 2nd year of using FastDeer Motor Coach services and once again it was a great success! We were provided with a new motor coach that was in excellent condition and our driver Harry Gonzalez was an absolute pleasure!!! He was courteous, patience and extremely help. We certainly will continue to use FastDeer and Harry Gonzalez! Thanks FastDeer!! read more
