We set up (and received confirmation) from Fast Deer to charter our team to Long Beach for our Championship game. The bus never showed up. I called and their staff member told me that they didn't have us on the schedule, even though we have confirmation. We had to scramble at the last second to get parents to show up and drive students to the game and get there late. Totally unprofessional company. We hired the Fast Deer Bus Charter company to transport our fifth grade students to science camp this week. Both of the drivers who arrived were well equipped to deal with winter roads. Ramses Padilla and Eva Segovia were able to get our students to and from camp safely, even with snowy icy roads and required chains. They were kind to the students, responsible and focused while on the road, and flexible with the extensive amount of traffic they faced due to the winter weather. Tommy great driver! However this two fellow bus drivers are not. The drivers refused to come into the parking lot at the YMCA while Tommy showed great skill and customer service coming into the parking lot. The other two drivers then double parked blocking the road and wanted our group to unsafely load luggage and passengers in the street. I do not recommend this company to service youth groups. I give one star only for Tommy and Kevin the dispatcher who was professional even though two drivers weren't. read more

The staff is super helpful. The driver was awesome. He kept us safe and played good songs on the way back. Speaking of songs, there was an aux cord that everyone kept fighting over to play their music. It was in the front by the driver. There is also a mic on board if you want to MC during your trip. Oh and a DVD player so when you're ready to pass out on the way home, skip the music and plug in a movie. The bus was comfy and had plugs around some seats so you could charge your phone. HOW 34 PEOPLE HAD TO SIT ON A BUS AT 103 DEGREES I'm not sure if this location is where our bus was rented, I just know it was the fast deer charter. Our bus AC broke halfway from LA to Vegas. That's 2 hours in the heat. That's ok because it isn't the drivers fault. He called the mechanic who was no help and didn't know what was wrong. But the next day driver says it was working again so no bus switch was made. Worked Sunday. MONDAY. We are now leaving UTAH to come home to LA. We leave at 4:30 and what happens? AC isn't working again. Multiple calls to the mechanic who is still of no help. Driver was nice but seriously... Things don't fix itself. I wish they had just switched out buses. The whole bus (34 people total) had to stop at some random city to wait until the sun set before we could go on. You know how you leave sweaty prints when you lean on your legs in a sauna? It was like that. Now I'm one of the younger ones in the group so I'm sure I can handle this fairly better than the rest. Because everyone else was a lot later in their years. I was pretty worried about them... Wasn't sure if they were sleeping or plain passed out from the heat. I'm sure many of them got sick as we got back to LA at 1 am with many of us sniffling and sneezing. Had to skip work next day. read more
