Our driver Raphael was a real professional, down to earth, jewel. He picked up a group of "high energy" seniors from our church on time! He was plesant, kind, and accommodating. He was also very patient with those of us with physical ability challenges. We arrived in Long Beach for our Harbor tour and had a wonderful time. I contacted him by phone and he ws punctual in returning to pick us up to drive us to our lunch destination where we continued in our festivities. In spite of the bus having mechanical issues, which delayed our final pickup, Raphael was clearly frustrated and apologetic. He was genuine and sincere, and our group of seniors understood that things sometimes happen that are beyond our control. Our high school girls soccer team made the CIF SS Championship game for the first time since 2008. We set up (and received confirmation) from Fast Deer to charter our team to Long Beach for our Championship game. The bus never showed up. I called and their staff member told me that they didn't have us on the schedule, even though we have confirmation. We had to scramble at the last second to get parents to show up and drive students to the game and get there late. Totally unprofessional company. We hired the Fast Deer Bus Charter company to transport our fifth grade students to science camp this week. Both of the drivers who arrived were well equipped to deal with winter roads. Ramses Padilla and Eva Segovia were able to get our students to and from camp safely, even with snowy icy roads and required chains. They were kind to the students, responsible and focused while on the road, and flexible with the extensive amount of traffic they faced due to the winter weather. Tommy great driver! However this two fellow bus drivers are not. The drivers refused to come into the parking lot at the YMCA while Tommy showed great skill and customer service coming into the parking lot. The other two drivers then double parked blocking the road and wanted our group to unsafely load luggage and passengers in the street. I do not recommend this company to service youth groups. I give one star only for Tommy and Kevin the dispatcher who was professional even though two drivers weren't. read more

We charted a bus for our Vegas turnaround trip for a fundraiser and must I say that this was the easiest, most reliable service I received even with starting by just getting a quote! The process was super easy, Kevin answered all my questions! When I met Eddie, the owner, I was so pleased to find that he was kind, thorough, and went above and beyond to think of details that needed to be addressed so the day would run smoothly. We hired Fast Deer Bus for an 8 hour turnaround to raise money for my daughters choir trip. I requested the quote via email and it was a pretty simple process. I had to make a change in the pick up location and I called Elena. Zero hassle. Also, I needed to add a pick up location since half my group was in LA county. That wasn't a problem either. The staff is super helpful. The driver was awesome. He kept us safe and played good songs on the way back. Speaking of songs, there was an aux cord that everyone kept fighting over to play their music. It was in the front by the driver. There is also a mic on board if you want to MC during your trip. Oh and a DVD player so when you're ready to pass out on the way home, skip the music and plug in a movie. The bus was comfy and had plugs around some seats so you could charge your phone.
